Storage got robbed, if you want secure I dont recommend this place at all, the gate is almost always up or broken they have no security system for after hours so thieves can roam the place after 10pm and go in and out of the emergency exits with no alarm going off, on top of all that a person with a small stool or ladder can look over and into any and all units to see whats in them. I lost thousands of dollars worth of stuff and was left only trash.

The manager at this place was informative, kind and went above and beyond getting my friend into a unit that was convenient. It was hot out, we were offered water and everything got completed on a timely matter. I would recommend this place!! 👌

If I could give this a zero, I would.I have had a unit at this location as Extra Space Storage for a few months now, I got an invoice on 4/25 and went to pay.... unit not listed. I figured they were having a downtime.I get a reminder email of payment due like the next day. Tried to pay again. No unit listed so it will not let me pay.Family took some more stuff to the unit yesterday no problem. Noticed change in signage. Thought the company changed names. Odd, though, that the invoices have not changed. Had not had a chance to call and find out why it will not let me pay,Took some more stuff to the unit today. Can’t get in. Office says we have not paid. We tell them IT WILL NOT LET US PAY. They say change in management from Extra Space Storage to Trojan Storage, How do I pay? I can pay RIGHT NOW.What happens? THE PERSON IN THE OFFICE SAYS SHE HAS TWO MINUTES LEFT ON HER SHIFT, CLOSES THE DOOR IN MY SON’S FACE, GETS IN HER CAR AND LEAVES!I am leaving this storage facility as soon as I am able. I work for a local hospital and time is scarce during a pandemic. I have been working 70+ hours a week for over a year straight.This is outrageous and unacceptable.NOT RECOMMENDED. STAY AWAY!!!I HAD ZERO PROBLEMS WITH THIS FACILITY WHEN IT WAS EXTRA SPACE STORAGE!!

I chose ExtraSpace storage as the prices were the best I could find for secured, temperature controlled units. I reserved a unit online, panicked that it wouldn’t be large enough and called to add another unit. Jacob was amazingly helpful, found another unit near my existing one and gave me a great deal on price. After moving in, the extra unit wasn’t needed and Jacob, again, made the process pain free.The facility was clean, well lit, and felt safe!

Ever since Trojan took over they raised my rent twice in less than a year. Didnt improve anything, just raised prices for no reason. This company is a scam and Ill definitely be looking at other options. STAY AWAY.

Extra Space storage reserved a unit for us for a move in date of 4/2/2021. Come to find out Trojan Storage took over Extra Space storage within the past two days and now will not honor the reservation. Their prices are outrageous and way over many other storage units out there. The lady I spoke to kept trying to interrupt me as I was speaking with her.We were not notified of the change in management or company, and now with the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to honor the price, we decided to look for some place else. I would not recommend this place!

I stoped by the other day and spoke with Billy about some storage, she was very information, kind. I would definitely recommend this place.

Amber is amazing. I came to move in on a Sunday after hours. She drove from Gresham to allow me in! She was helpful, quick and cheery. I am super happy I moved to Extra Space and highly recommend. A+ Service.Also, the units are clean, well-maintained, well lit and stay cool (even though it was 100 degress yesterday!)

The employee here at this facility, Amber, Interrupted me to interject in my private phone conversation while standing in their office. When I made a complaint the person who responded was, guess who? Amber.I wish that it stopped here. Amber then starting TEXTING US! On our personal phone! Needless to say we moved our stuff to a new facility.I feel borderline harassed, and expect a company to at least address a costumers complaint, using an employee other than the one who the issue was with. This was unprofessional and inflammatory. We spoke with her manager and he assured us she would have some further customer service training, halfway through the ordeal, so if that wasn’t an untruth, then she learned very little.Also hand written signs, not to use the bathroom in the elevator speak worlds about the state of the place.

Excellent value for money. They dont force you to buy insurance for your stuff like some other places do.

Been storing for awhile. Overall a good experience except the rent geos up .

They were rude. Amber acted like she was military gustapo. She could improve her customer service skills by a long shot. However I do feel she has room for growth and improvement. She is not a good welcoming party. And Im disappointed. Emily and I left to a different storage place. They made her feel as if she was just extra storage . I believe they will turn it around though and improve.

Amber has been a great resource for renting and moving to a larger unit, and more than accommodating of special requests from my son for things like floor maps, accepting his self-motivated Light Bulb Reports, and treating him so kindly every visit we make. My son has been saying, I love to go to storage with you! A friendly face he can communicate with is such a great thing for us. Thank you and Happy New Year!

Had some issues with getting to our stuff because of the elevator being broken a couple months ago but other than that pretty good.

5 stars for the outstanding customer service Brian (King City) offered to me at both the Warner and King City locations. Brian was kind, patient and thoughtful in answering all of my questions as I contemplated closing out my 2 units and moving to the King City location. My experience here was awesome. Great location, friendly staff, I felt my things were always safe.They were genuinely excited when my life circumstances changed so that I didnt need a unit anymore. Thet were very sensitive to the fact that needing one in the first place might be related to difficult life transitions.Definitely recommend this location 👌

I love the ease and convenience of renting storage units. I have always used Public Storage, but Extra Storage was closer to my house. I was pleasantly surprised to find the units cleaned after each tenant’s stay, whereas PS doesn’t seem to do that. The only drawback to Extra is that the lights for the unit are in the hall and not in the unit itself and on a timer that shuts off pretty quickly. At least, that’s the case in the 10 x 14 I just rented. I plan on doing lots of sorting of my stuff and would prefer a light that stays on and that is inside the unit. Otherwise, for just unloading, the light and duration was adequate. One can trip the sensor by walking down the hall to get the light to come back on. Both the manager (Rob) and the other office worker (David) were cordial, professional and accommodating. There is a bathroom that you don’t have to go get a key for right by the office during office hours.

This facility is a top notch professionally managed storage. The manager, Amber, does a wonderful job at not only maintaining the facility but even a better job managing all the customers. Stern when she needs to be always fair and gives a warm personal welcome to all customers. This is the place where you want you belongings to be her at extra space storage on warner st in Tigard

I rented a unit and went to put my first load of boxes inside. Got in elevator but it wouldnt go. So I left my stuff in it and went through the main door, took the stairs and sent for the elevator. put my stuff in the hall way and rode it down to get my friend but it wouldnt go up again. My code didnt work. It wouldnt work on the main door either. I even had some people that were there try my code. There is no person to contact after 5 so my things are out side an elevator on the second floor and I cant get in.My family albums are in those boxes. Hopefully I can call tomorrow and my stuff will still be there.

Seary, the attendant at this site is great, and the site is maintained clean and fresh every time I have gone in.Keep them in mind if you have any storage needs. I really enjoyed renting a space at extra space. They made it really easy to set up the lease. When I was done they made it really easy to move on. I’d definitely recommend them.

Facility is alright. Not the typical storage setup because its a building. If your claustrophobic then bring a friend. Otherwise its pretty decent.

Customer service was above and beyond my expectations. Only potential con I see is: the loading area looks small and could get jammed up with more than one uhaul truck trying to work. Haven’t experienced that yet so 5/5.

Great prices and friendly staff! The main problem is their parking/loading dock. First of all its tiny and even a 10 6 Uhaul cant fit under their ceiling which is not marked what the clearance is! We have damage on our Uhaul now from trying! The unit is so far in the back on the top floor it took 4 hours to unload!! Love the price but boy do you pay in other ways! Im pretty sure there is a law that the clearance has to be posted especially at a storage unit loading dock!

This temperature controlled storage worked really well for me! It prevented my things from getting destroyed by moisture.The security AFTER I entered the building was stellar. I felt I could access the bay at night safely.Additionally, Seary the office manager, was on top of her game. She is friendly, organized and professional.
