Very very poor customer service. No customer service would sum it up a little better. Everyone you come in contact with face-to-face and by phone is rude and unfriendly. Must be the reason they cannot keep good employees and have a revolving door as you never see the same people twice. Difficult to get anyone to answer the phone or get a message to your provider. They dont return phone calls so no reason to leave a message. Front office staff is the rudest and most unprofessional Ive seen. But the staff in the back are not any better. I would not recommend this place to anyone! It is very sad that this is our only option for mental health services in Tifton.

Ive been going here for years-and I would tell people that if it wasnt for behavior health I dont know what I would have done!! But it seems like since Covid - they have just totally lost their empathy and desire to listen and help their clients- I have been ignored repeatedly even to the point of my so called Dr totally ignoring that I even spoke to her and I was sincerely and honestly asking for help because of my anger anxiety and stress issues- so I am done-i will go without the meds they have me on until I can find somewhere else to go and get treated like Im someone- and not like Im dirty-oh and I have TD- from taking Seraquel- and how bout they put me back on it and Im taking 200 mgs of it!! Sorry for this being so long- but I had to express my total disgust for their total lack of caring...

The pharmacy was very inconsiderate treating people like they dont matter

Huge lack of respect for people with mental health problems. If you need to see someone and have low income, if you are new to the area with an out of state license they wont see you at all. I called up there and asked what was required of me to be seen and they tell me only a couple things. I traveled 40 minutes to be turned around because I didnt have what was required. They were extremely rude, causing my already stressed out mind to stress out more. If you have severe anxiety and depression, these people will only make it worse. Seek help somewhere else. If there was a -5 rating they would get it.

They dont know what theyre doing. They over Medicate and thats it. A scam if Ive ever seen one. Staff is not friendly or helpful. They need to be evaluated!!!!!

The 2 technicians Shakel and Lakela were very rude and shouldn’t be working in the pharmacy more like McDonald’s they were very unprofessional they should be retrained or fired I will no longer do business at this pharmacy and will tell all my friends and family to do the same

I took a client there for assistance. They are warm, respectful and efficient.

Not on time with appointments. Lack of professionalism and courtesy with some of the front office staff. Be prepared too wait especially on Doctor.
