The sales associate was knowledgeable. Listened to what our needs would be on a tractor and then showed us the package that would best suit our needs. He was able to give us a price without going to work one up. We are definitely going to return there before we make our purchase.

I highly recommend to anyone considering purchasing a John Deere tractor to avoid Lasseter john deere in tifton Ga. I purchased a model 2025r with a front end loader from Matt Murphy (salesman). I originally was very pleased with him and Lasseter tractor. Unfortunately when I decided to trade again six months later, I did not receive anywhere near the same service. I contacted Matt Murphy and explained to him that although the model 2025r was a nice tractor but unfortunately a little under powered for me. I opted for the larger 3032e . He said that he would get working on it. After approximately 7hrs, I attempted to contact Matt but he would not respond. I then texted him to find out what was causing the delay? No response from Matt. Thinking he may be with a client, I called Lasseter john deere and was told that Matt was not in the office. I explained my situation and the receptionist told me she would have someone call me ASAP. Shortly, I received a text from Matt. He advised that he was working on it but was nowhere near reaching a deal. I immediately texted him back asking exactly what was causing the delay? He would not respond. Coincidentally, a friend told me that I should contact Perrine Tractor in Tifton were very good to deal with. I contacted Perrine tractors and one hour later we completed the deal. I traced my John Deere 2025r for a Kabota l3301 with a front end loader. The l3301 is the kabota version of the John Deere 3032e that I was attempting to purchase from Lasseter John Deere. So why would John Deere put me off? Apparently, a repeat customer is not a priority. Perrine tractors just got a new customer and definitely a repeat customer. Sad that Lasseter tractor treats repeat customers like they are not important. Funny thing is that it wasnt a kabota tractor that earned my business but the people of Perrine Tractors that did. Super to deal with true professionals . If you still want a John Deere tractor by all means get one but my personal experience recommends to find a different John Deere dealership.
