Came for tire repair/replacement. Was told they had to replace, no problem. The closest tire they could get to my less than a year old continental tire (they said) was $300. Not even a matching tire. Then they told me Id have to sit in their stuffy garage for 3 hours while they picked up the tire and put it on. At this point, I already waited almost an hour. Put the spare on, Ill take it somewhere else.Service tried, but the mark was missed so hard from pricing to timing, youd be best off going anywhere else. Other places I called afterwards were able to get me a matching tire and at less than half the cost. Ridiculous.

Over priced and dont do the work on your vehicle properly. I went to get an alignment elsewhere and was told how bad of a job it was. Never going again.

An absolutely phenomenal experience, I barely had time to sit down and get comfy before they had my oil change done, the man at the front service desk was quick and competent. Best of all they let me schedule a time that worked for me, unlike Walmart. Very much well worth the extra money for an incredible service, good job guys!

I know how to do brakes. I just didnt want to deal with it. I had my brakes done by these jokesters. Brakes were squealing like crazy. Just needed to be reset. It wasnt done. I did that myself. Dont waste your money on these thieves.

The last time I went in for service the manager Chris greeted me very professionally. Him and his team got my vehicle in right away for a simple service, and were able to let me know about a few things going on with my vehicle. They actually took me out to the vehicle allowing me to see what was going on and explained everything. They treated me like a human capable of understanding. My alternator and battery went bad on a Sunday while visiting my parents for just a day. I managed to pull my Dodge van into the parking lot running on fumes. I made an online request for an appointment for the following morning. I stopped in at 8:00am and was told that they would try to get to it today, but couldnt guarantee anything. He would call me back with an estimate. After waiting about 15 minutes, he walked out to my borrowed vehicle and told me that they would have it done that afternoon and the price was reasonable. I could not believe my luck went from bad to fantastic! They were finished with it by 12:30pm, and I was able to do everything I needed to do and still plan to leave town that evening. I stopped there because my tire pressure light came on.It took them a long time before they acknowledged me, than I was told to go to the first door and I would be helped. I waited about over ten minutes still no one came. So I drove off and went to WALMART the auto part and was immediately helped. I wont recommend Monroe auto service in Tiffin to anyone

We had car trouble while traveling, and Monro definitely came to the rescue for us. Offering both online booking and Saturday service put us at ease. The tech literally sat with us in the waiting area to discuss the symptoms and provided a timely resolution to what turned out to be a multi-layered issue. They even worked with our local shop (several states away) to warranty a part from a previous repair. If you are a local looking for a shop that communicates well, offers a fair price and stands by their work, I highly recommend them.

Traveling out of state with a senior citizen. My rear brake was shot! I GPS this place and I cannot express in words the outstanding skills, service. They immediately took my car in on a booked day... I had no appointment and thus was an emergency. The service they provided was like that of staying in a 5-Star hotel. Offered her water, offered to order her lunch. Extremely hospitable. Prompt with the repairs. I was totally blown away. I had another 5 hour drive ahead of me. Never experienced such service. You should be so proud of this team here. ... and I’m keeping this experience short.

Tony and his staff are all very friendly and honest. They dont try to sell you service or parts that are not needed or necessary. Pricing is fair. They were aware that I was trading in my vehicle soon and asked me several times to make sure I wanted them to order parts and do the work. Its nice to have a company looking out for the customers best interest. I took my car to the dealer for the longest time, but Monro does just as good, if not better work at a more affordable rate. I will continue to use them even when I purchase my new vehicle.

We were in town for a family reunion. On our 12 hour drive, we noticed our cars idle was getting noisier. We brought it to Monro to have it diagnosed and found it was the power steering pump. They replaced it quickly and efficiently and we were on our way. We HIGHLY recommend bringing your car here if you need repairs!!! They are friendly and fair!

I have been going to Monro in Tiffin Ohio for a couple years now. I went today to get new tires and new struts and an oil change. When I pulled out I noticed I had a tire light on so I went back in and he told me to drive it around it should go off. I started heading home and within 2 miles I had numerous lights flashing. I had my stability track light off my skid traction light off so I called and talk to them and he said bring it back in. I brought it back in and I also asked did I get an oil change? He said yes. I said well my odometer for my oil change was not reset. Also the sticker on my window is the old sticker for the last oil change. He said no they changed it it’s just sometimes the reset can be a little touchy. He then put my truck on the scanner and could not fix the lights issue that I did not have prior to having my new tires or shocks. He told me I would need to go to a dealer because he he can’t fix it. So I left with all the lights in my truck flashing my oil change setting not reset and now I have to go to a dealer because he put new tires and shocks on and somehow turned off my skid control and Traction control. I will never return to Munro muffler

Dave was very, very welcoming, kind and helpful. After figuring out my old truck’s issue and realizing that parts needed to be ordered, I was told to “put your payment card away. We didn’t do anything but tell you what’s wrong.” The mechanic spent an hour figuring out the problem. And then the truck was fixed at a *very* competitive cost!

Im a female w a 10year old economy class Toyota. New to the area, took my car in last year to Toyota of Findlay-- despite my best preparations they upsold me needless services. Coming in today to Monro with my guard up, I was just looking for a 75kmile check up on belts, hoses, brakes, fluids, muffler. Id just gotten new tires and rotation, new battery, & oil change. Monro honestly, clearly, explained the condition of everything. They gave me an honest appraisal w no charge for the inspection, no needless up selling . I hope to use their services as needed going forward.

So today my brother went to go pick up his car from this trash a** establishment. Told him that his ac had went out but couldn’t really describe the issue on how there was a leak or problem. Left his car over night and picked his car up the next day. The mechanic said the fluid that was replaced magically ran out over night and were like how?! Shouldn’t that have been fixed and replaced? They said no. Gave him the keys then found out the keys weren’t to his car. He has a push to start car. Went back and they swear that the key pad that was given to him was his. Minutes of going back & fourth they magically found his key pad to his car. And to top it off they took out his battery to his key pad and switched it with a old one. Seriously?! Now if I have to leave to go where he’s at it won’t be pretty. I will call whomever to have them shut down and reimburse him the money they basically took from him!

I have had Monro do all my repairs and oil changes for the last 6 months. They do an excellent job at a reasonable price. The manager Scott makes sure that everything is done properly and is very courteous. This is THE place to get your auto service done in Tiffin.

Brought a friend in to get an oil change. They made us feel welcome and they got us in and out in a timely manner. Everyone there seemed pleased with the level of service. This is the only place I bring my car.

I was there today for an oil change, and got an oil change and tire rotation for 19.99 (before taxes, but only about $26). Tony, the manager, answered all my questions without making me feel silly for asking them. He gave me a lot of advice on how to keep my grandfathers car running in great shape as well as what I might want to do for the car in the near future, why I should do it, and how much it would cost. I was there about a half hour, but during that time, I either talked to Tony, or was able to wait in the waiting room. Seems like everything is running as it should be, and I am happy. Thank you!

I came in for an oil change and a general checking over. The guys did a great job, were quick and effecient. They showed me my air filter which was so dirty I couldnt see through it. Had a great experience with the staff at the Tiffin Monro. We took our vehicle to a car dealership and had some service done to the tires and still had the same problem. Took it to Monro, not only did they find the problem, they showed me where the dealership had cut corners, and they did it right. Ill be seeking a refund from the dealership, but Ill be back soon to get tires from these guys :)

Monroe Muffler in Tiffin, Ohio should be shut down. They suffer a from lack of experience and knowledge of being a car mechanic. I took my car there recently for an emergency due to my brake lines. Monroe Muffler in Tiffin chargered me for parts they never put-on my car. They also did not fix my brakes and charged me while also giving me an incredibly unsafe car to drive. I also asked for an oil change that never got done. They have been rumored to damaging cars and overcharging customers.

Great team at the shop in Tiffin. Very courteous and did excellent work in an efficient time frame.

Had brake and caliper work done... overpriced and the quality of parts used just dont hold up.. 6 months later... replacing the same parts.

HORRIBLE! I only blame myself for not wanting to do the oil change myself. But i take it to this place to end up with them trying to ruin my truck. 30 minutes after leaving my power steering is all over the parking lot. They risked not only mine, but my sons life who was in the truck. Do not trust this place.
