The check in process was horrible. The digital kiosk didnt work well -- very inaccurate touch screen and I had to keep entering and re-entering information. (I had already given all this information online before and had to reenter it). I knelt on my knees because the kiosk was so low. Afterwards i followed the instructions to be called up, waited 30 minutes for the text that never came. No one at the front desk to help. Eventually someone came to the front desk and i found out they dont do my particular type of test until later in the day. It would have been good to know that right at check-in or at least for someone to text or call that I need to come back later.If you have other lab test options I recommend going elsewhere.

I was in and out. The staff are incredibly helpful and super nice. I’m happy with my experience at this location. They made it easy and were very helpful.Thank you guys👍🏽

They did not clearly state they were closed on Saturday. They just changed their hours from being open on Saturday.
