Stopped in for a quote, employee couldnt be bothered getting up from behind the desk. Despite having full contact information never got back to me.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WASTED SO MUCH TIME IN CALLING TO SET UP ESTIMATE.. NEVER GOT WRITTEN ESTIMATE, AND EVEN THEN AGREED TO DO THE WORK, BUT THEY NEVER CONFIRMED THE APPT. WE MADE AND DID NOT HAVE ME ON THE BOOKS.... I CALLED, TEXTED OR EMAILED TO CONTACT SOMEONE AND NEVER GOT A SOLID RESPONSE.. THE SERVICE REP WAS ALWAYS OUT IN THE FIELD.. I was patient and kind every time, but finally have had enough.. this is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Please save yourself the time, energy and effort.. I have never written a bad review in my life.. this is the first.

Great company with awesome service. I had called to see about repairing my sliders since I couldnt open them and the framing was off, two workers came out and fixed them in a matter of moments, called again to have my shower enclosures removed and again very prompt, courteous and clean service. Going to be calling again soon to get a quote to replace my windows and upgrade them. Great job guys, thank you

Disappointing this time. We have multiple projects (glass railings, wine cellar door, shower doors, etc. that are all incomplete. These had all been schedule and then no one showed up on the install dates, then we rescheduled and no one shoed up on those dates. We are very frustrated that we paid in advance and still waiting to get the projects done. The first is 7 weeks since we placed the order and still not clear date for completion. when we were told it would be in within 10 days. We hope to hear from them soon.

Oakstone came in with the lowest bid to replace a giant sliding glass door in my home. They arrived on time and did the work as scheduled. But more than that, their super-friendly and skilled installers, Manny and Dennis, did an extraordinarily meticulous and clean job. They went above and beyond. Im happy. If you need glass, use this company.

I hired Oakstone Glass to take care of one of our great clients as a sub contractor. I started with Sean in the office, then was passed to Luis who never returned my calls. When I called in I was connected with Travis who is now not responding. I have been weeks into this process and still do not have a resolution for my client. I now look like a fool to my client. I would not recommend this company.Editing my review to address your reply below - Your company strung me along for more than 8 weeks in this process. Own your mistakes, dont make excuses.

Oakstone glass replaced all the windows in my business. The job ended up being much more difficult than they had anticipated, they didnt change their price afterwards and they worked until the middle of the night a couple nights trying to get it finished so they wouldnt inconvenience my business. They were kind, and very professional throughout the entire process.
