Unfortunately, I had to use this place but I’m so grateful that I did! Come to find out that this facility in Thousand Oaks, is one of the few place that specializes in repairing Land Rover vehicles. I met lead team member Jason Base. He was awesome, he kept his promise and these days keeping a promise is very hard to do. But Jason, was professional thru out my whole 16 Day experience! My vehicle was even out earlier than estimated.👍. If you’re looking for an auto body shop that does excellent work and keep you informed during the process this is the place to go! Caliber Collision should have been my first choice from the start because not only do they work directly with your insurance (I have Geico), you can pick up and drop off your rental there too! Jason was my main point of contact and he kept me updated on everything about my vehicle and I was even able to pick up my car 2 days earlier than expected!

My car was towed to Caliber in late in the afternoon so they told me to just have AAA bring the car to the shop and drop off the key and wed get it all straightened out in the AM. It was very easy dealing with them. A few parts were delayed and they called a couple od times to keep me updated. They were very pleasant to deal withand got the job done.

I got hit on the 101 (yay welcome to LA!) and my 3-days-old brand new car had to be taken to a body shop for repairs.Caliber was easy to get to, dropped off my car, receptionist was informative, the repair guy came out to inspect the damages, this all took about 10 minutes- excellent! I went home.I got an email a few hours later with photos and details of what will need to get done, estimate of repair time. Then I got a call later to go over everything and answer any questions I had.I have no questions- they’ve taken good care of me!

Caliber Collision did an excellent job repairing my bumper which turned out to be more involved because of internal damage that could not be seen until the bumper was removed. Jason did the estimate and I was very impressed with him and his excellent knowledge of cars.If there was a rating higher than 10, Jason deserves it.  He is friendly and personable.  He has the ability to explain the details of the repairs clearly that is understandable by someone outside the car industry.  He told me that repairs to my car could be more involved depending on what was discovered after the bumper was removed, and explained the possibilities very well.  During the estimate, he told me the car may have to be taken to the dealership for calibration after the repair was completed.  This made me feel very confident that Jason has an in-depth knowledge of cars and made me feel confident that a thorough and detailed repair would be done. At that point, I had little doubt that Caliber Collision would be the company to repair my car.I value the ability to manage expectations.  You may not have control over the problems encountered during the repair but you can make the customer aware of the possibilities so they are not surprised.  This is one of Jasons strong points.  He called often with the status and made me aware of the next step in the process.I highly recommend Caliber Collision as well as Jason who did an excellent job managing the process from beginning to end.

Our car was hit, and of course that meant dealing with insurance and rental cars, Jason at Caliber handled all of the paperwork and they set up the rental car making it completely painless. He got us the car back almost a week earlier than promised, and the paint work was outstanding. Worst experience I ever had with a this repair shop. They supposed to be one the best with German Cars. No No. Very poor quality and workmanship, they got $24,000 to repair the car. They cut corners, cover wrong doings. they held car for 40 days, and worked on the car on last 6 days. They did not cover the trunk, engine and cabin during repair, there was sanding dust throughout. They painted paper and plastic label with paint inside the trunk, and they claim it was like that. The car was less than one month old when delivered to that shop. They came up with pathetic causes. They did not bother to do any quality control. I as a customer pointed some items that should have been done before I see it.Some of the sensor are not working which is very important, the covered all dirt, dust and scrap metal under the trunk cover at the spare. Trunk, engine, cabin and spare area looks like 5 years old for a 2018 car. It seems like they used the car for personal purpose, they put 27 miles on the car. They claimed it was for test drive. 27 miles ????. Car was checked by dealer before test drive, then what is that 27 miles test drive for ???.when I took the car I was told that the car would be detailed inside and out side before delivery. It was not done. After my complaint they come up with unacceptable excuses. I have all back up and documents for specified above. Not appreciated at all. Do not let the big name of Caliber Collision deceive you check them out.

My vehicle was tagged over night and my insurance company set me up an appointment to get it adjusted and worked on here but I didn’t know the process and was already upset. They had told me in the office that it was going to be about 7 days for the process and I ended up walking out the door. The general manager stopped me and asked if he could try something so I did. He was a fantastic guy and he got the spray paint off of my vehicle without any damage done. He went above and beyond and I would recommend caliber collision to anyone who needs work done. The customer service made my day!!

Did not have my vehicle worked on here insurance company wanted to Total it. All they did was take off my rear bumper and inspect it. However they did not. Put Bumper on properly when I picked it up.Update 07/12/19The owner Josh replied and gave me his cell phone number and said to call. Im here at caliber now and they took a look and removed my rear bumper to see why bolt would not tighten. Turns out it sheared off nut that was tack welded to bumper. So long story short they did not leave nut off and I was wrong in assuming. They have satisfied my expectations.

Hello, Im a full time college student who works part time, while working on my finance degree. I dented my passenger door and decided to take my car to the caliber collision in thousand oaks. I spoke to the center manager Michael Pavich who seemed pleasant at first. He asked me how i planned on paying for my door and i told him i was paying cash because my mother didnt want to claim insurance. I assumed he would give me a little better of a deal because i was paying out of pocket. However, this degenerate decided to give me a $5,200 quote on my door. I knew there was something suspicious when he gave me a quote 5 times what i expected it to be. I ended up finding a place to do it for $800 which made me realize the criminal act this man is committing. I plan on reporting this information to the Better Business Bureau, but i want to stop any further customers from being taken advantage of. Especially WOMEN and YOUNG adults. DO NOT have your car quoted here. As a business student i am absolutely appalled to see the unethical behavior this man runs his business on.

My car was repaired correctly to my satisfaction and they finished 2 days ahead of schedule. They texted me with status updates every day and showed me they are customer service driven. They have a two-way radio for Enterprise car rentals so they can help you obtain a rental car and upon return you can leave it there at Caliber for the car rental to pick up. The office receptionist was very helpful and understanding. I would use them again if I needed accident repair in the future. I recommend it.

I got a good impression for the job was done at my car but the next morning I founded out one of the pieces inside my trunk was missing so immediately I contact their office and the receptionist told me we will call you.I sent an email back saying I need you to get me a solution ASAP. But if they forgot to put the piece backwhy she didnt say come backtoday and apologized about their poor service.I hope they not ignoring me because I have the rightto make a complaint about theirHorrible service.poor service

Ended up taking my vehicle there after a accident, insurance covered everything so nothing out of pocket, had some moderate damage and was told it would take about 2 to 3 weeks to get done. Well did receive my car and appeared very nice, nice matching paint and exterior wise looked in great shape they asked me to leave a good review which I did. Now the bad.... After having my vehicle for a few weeks I noticed my sidemarker wasnt working anymore and the paint from my wheel that was gouged in the accident, had started to fade and the dark filler started to show through. I immediately called and was told it wouldnt be a problem and it would be handled. When I go to get the repairs done the manager or the estimater whoever it was, stated that my wheel appeared to be sanded off after the fact, I told him no S#!+ That was obviously from the work that was done to repair the wheel, that it was obviously filled, sanded and then painted but the paint didnt hold up. The man said it was unlikely and that he didnt believe it was due to their workmanship. I told him why would I try to screw you guys over? Over a wheel that was already repaired, and I didnt have to pay out of pocket for? The man said there was nothing they were going to do about it, and left it at that. Well time has passed by and I started to notice the flaws in their work, my car sidemarker had a loose wire that the prongs werent making good connection with that was causing my side marker to flicker and turn off, I opened up the connector prongs and resolved that issue, then I noticed that the frame that holds my radiator in place was bent and they completely missed and not included in the repair, they also replaced a suspension arm on my front passenger side due to it being possibly damaged, now it makes a annoying popping sound whenever I turn my car. I do recommend this place for a minor fender bender, put if you have anything more substantial, I suggest you take your business elsewhere, because they will miss repairs on your car, take too long to return it to you, it took them a entire month BTW, or you might even be called a Liar.

Upon arrival and setting up initial appointment was great. I was met by the receptionist who seemed professional and courteous. I met the service guy outside and he took many photos and explained how everything would work. However that was over 3 weeks ago and Ive contacted them 4 times and gave them my number but no return calls. Its almost like they are just blowing me off. Horrible customer service. Hopefully one of the other Caliber Collision shops are much better.

They had my car over 5 weeks! The only damaged thing was the fender and front bumper. I literally had to follow up with them every week three times to check on the process. Then when I got the car back the replaced headlight didnt work so I had to drive back and get that fixed. Terrible place.

When I told the representative there, I believe his name was Jason, that I was upset that, due to the replacement bumper arriving damaged and the repairs taking an extra couple of days, that Id have to pay for a rental those extra days, he went and agreed to pay for the rental out of his own pocket. My insurance sent me here, while they inspected my vehicle and wrote an estimate for my Mercedes after going over it with them I noticed they had put used parts from a junkyard. Then they argued with me about this. Lets just say I never returned for them to touch my car.

The one in the room is Latin and is very racist. I do not recommend that place to repair your car to my Latin people.
