On time, courteous, professional and in and out in about an hour. Even helped move some heavy stuff around on their own.Absolutely would use again. The carpets went from looking old and worn to brand new! Gabriel did an amazing job!

Carpet edges of the wall not cleaned, also stairs on not properly cleaned. Technician used brush machine on carpet instead of steam cleaning. I expected him to use steam wand on area rugs and stairs so I dont think they were properly cleaned. I probably would not use Carpet Doctor again if they use the same technique.

Excellent experience. Elijah was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. We did the rotary carpet cleaning and the whole house looks great! Getting a quote over the phone and setting the appointment was easy. They sent mssgs to confirm the quote, appt time, and when Elijah was on his way. Flawless process from start to finish. Aaron was very professional and listened to what all I wanted done with my furniture to get it clean. He also took the time to let me know that a couple of my chairs would bleed from the metal buttons so he would be extra careful around them. I was glad that he let me know that before he cleaned my chairs. I definitely would recommend Carpet Doctor and will use them again.

Even being short handed, Elijah arrived on time and was sooooo fast. I’ve used the Oxy system in the past which was a longer process, but dried much faster. Be prepared to wait until the next day for your carpet to be completely dried, but it definitely looked great! Elijah was able to get stains out that have been there for years! I highly recommend Carpet Doctors!

Service was ok. Guy came in after the given time window. Carpet looks clean.Service was advertised as faster drying time of 1-3 hours but it has been 8 hours with AC and fans turned on. Still carpet is very wet. They charged lot more for faster drying option which doesnt look like any faster.

They are amazing, we wont use any one else, they are a great deal and always incredibly nice. They do a really good job and really fast.

The urine smell is still there, although its less then before. The carpet looks great. I know its hard getting rid of the smell. Looks like the stains are gone. Elijah was terrific. Very polite and professional.

Overall, we are satisfied. The carpets are clean, but the professionalism of the technician was below satisfactory. He complained about having to work on his day off and seemed to do the job quite quickly. He didnt use the baseboard or corner wall protectors. He did apologize on his own at the end for starting off on the wrong foot, but definitely was not expecting that in our initial conversation.

I was very impressed. Usually my husband cleans the carpets but he’s been working out of town for sometime. I read reviews and then chose the Carpet Doctor. Gabriel showed up he was a nice young man very professional and worked really hard. I was embarrassed on how bad my carpets had gotten. He was so sweet he said they weren’t that bad when I know they were. I highly recommend them!

They are very fast and efficient. They provide a great service at a very reasonable price. I try to have them clean my carpets and rugs every 9 to 12 months. Cant beat the quality. They have a machine that is stronger than most other carpet cleaners. Much better than the franchise outfits.

Everything was great, the guys were professional and answered all our questions. The were friendly and when we asked them to go back over a few spots on the area rug they did it happily. Create customer service from booking to getting the carpets cleaned. The one complaint we have is that a day later the rooms smell like musty wet carpet almost like there was no deodorizer in the solution the used. I expected more of a neutral smell not this nasty wet carpet smell. The area rug came out great and doesn’t have the smell at all so that’s good.

They arrived on time and did a good quick job with their equipment and said it should be dry by 9pm thursday. well saturday 9pm Im still treading lightly till it dries Im OK with that. its sunday now and the stains are gone and thats what I wanted!
