Very friendly and thorough. Went through some options regarding removing a tattoo on my arm, and then answered all of my questions. Due to some previous scaring, they even offered to test a small area of the tattoo in order to see how my body will react to the laser. I will definitely be going back in the near future!

She calmed my nerves and let me have a trial run for free to see how my skin reacts to both treatments of either lazer removal or the saline solution treatment.
