The technician is very thorough, courteous and professional. We have been working with him for about a year now, and its been great. We live right next to a green belt, so critters come up a lot. Anytime we start seeing anything in our house, I just call them and they take care of it. We generally go about 4 or 5 months between each visit before we start seeing critters again, which I think is good considering we are surrounded by the woods!

I love this company. I have used them previously for a mice issue in my apartment. I havent seen a mouse since.
