This new location is so convenient for our family and extremely accommodating. We had a camping trip emergency involving our brakes and they were immediately willing to service us on the same day getting us back on the road and onto our trip when multiple other business had turned us away. After visiting other Brakes Plus locations to see certain technicians and or employees for service, I was inclined to follow the new store manager JB from his old store to this location. And hands down 10/10 recommend! All of the staff are friendly and professional, service is done in a timely fashion and with no run around! Brakes plus has been the only company that has genuinely had my best interest at mind when it comes to my vehicle and I cannot stress that enough. I experienced a coolant leak 4 days after taking my vehicle to the dealership and got a rough estimate for the repairs that did not sound right or reasonable. All I did was present it to their excellent General Manager JB and he set me up with a more reasonable estimate and assured me that an inspection would be provided to even guarantee these repairs are necessary. This has been the most professional experience I’ve dealt with since this happened and so I hold Brakes Plus in high esteem! Can’t go wrong with them!

What a great experience! From the GM Shane to the Tech that worked on my truck Mateo, I had fantastic service. They were able to get me in for a last minute alignment and the price was very reasonable. The alignment on the truck feels/handles better than any other place has ever done, and thats even with aftermarket shocks and struts. Honest, helpful, and knowledgeable! I took my car in because the dealership said I needed a new drive belt and Brakes Plus had a much lower price to get the job done. Matteo and his team were professional and knowledgeable about the services performed on my car as well as things that also needed to be addressed. After going to Service Street for so long and being ripped off left and right, it was refreshing to be in the presence of actual professionals that weren’t just giving me a high outrageous price while not even looking me in the eyes. There wasn’t a garage full of smoking mechanics or blaring music. It was a nice and clean environment from the outside and inside. These guys have done amazing! Took our truck in for an oil change and got great service. Two months later had a complete tune up done not only was the communication great while they had our truck but they also picked us up when the job was done it’s the only vehicle we have! Will 100% be returning.

Update: Just sent in my car for a FREE A/C check that is advertised on their window. They told me they would call me and confirm with me any service that’s needed with a quote. The only call I had received was that my car was ready to pick up and that I owe $80 for service I never approved. Definitely feel taken advantage of as a young female client. Will not be going here again.Also, the only reason they have such good reviews is because the first 6-8 weeks they were open, they gave a significant discount to all services if you left a 5 star review. Keep that in mind…

I had called after scheduling an appointment because my brake light was on and I couldnt figure out what the issue was. We had already had my car serviced a couple of weeks ago. I am blown away by the honesty! It’s hard to find honest people these days. I went in expecting to have all my pads and rotors replaced, when they called they said my breaks were still good in the back and not to bad in the front. The grinding I was hearing was likely a rock. They asked if I wanted to still get my brakes done I said yes the front please since they are on the edge of needing to be done anyways and the back were still good so skip those. When I picked my car up they surprised me with discounts! EJ is who helped me out and he was kind and didn’t pressure me into things that I didn’t need. I went in to get my brake system checked because my car was making so much noise. After they checked my checks it turned out i needed more parts renewed than i thought, so i absolutely did not have the funds at the moment so i was about to walk out the door with just an estimated bill when they told me that they were going to help me out and replace the rear brakes and drums on my car at no cost to us. With that being said, i really appreciated the kind gesture, and i will absolutely recommend this brakes plus location to anyone! the people are very friendly, professional, and get the job done quickly!!!! very clean environment and all around i had a great experience with this location. To start off, Matteo took care of all of my car needs and concerns. He is very knowledgeable and being a girl with no car knowledge, I trusted him with my car and thats rare to find theses days. He explained everything to me and didnt try to sell me any extras that I didnt need. Very clean and sanitized (which is something we can all can appreciate) and everything got taken care of in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend.

After calling around for hours to get a oil change with not only long wait times and or no availability, was lucky to find Brakes plus . This new store was my savior . Shane was so very kind and helpful . I not only had my vehicle but also my daughters . Oil changes for both and had amazing deals running . During there inspection discovered that my brakes were bad as well as my daughters rear brakes . Not something we want to hear but made the process a little easier by discounting those repairs also . I highly recommend visiting this new store and don’t waste any time on all other places around that you cannot trust and highly overpriced . Everyone near 128th and Quebec this shop is now open. Just had my oil changed 4 wheel alignment and breaks and rotors changed. My wife’s car feel brand new.
