I was extremely disappointed with my experience with the owner, Lori. I had services done for a sun spot on my nose and skin tightening for my neck. Unfortunately I ended up with damage to the skin above and below the sun spot on my nose from Lori’s laser treatment. The first few days it bled and now I still have damage over a month later. I’m much worse off than when I went in! I had to ask several times for a refund which I eventually received but what good does that do for me? I look worse now than before! I’m embarrassed that I.went for a cheaper provider, I definitely paid for it!. In addition to a poor outcome, Lori spent most of my treatment complaining about her ex and generally being unprofessional. I would never recommend this laser clinic, apparently you get what you pay for!
