Very nice and professional people here. I went in to pay my final bill after switching service to another provider. If I had done business with these people, I would still be a Verizon customer. I changed service because of a very rude employee at Verizon in Arvada Ridge.

It seems like a lot of reviews praise the caring and understanding and helpfulness of the crew here. However, we didnt get to experience their service, because after waiting an hour, they were still providing caring and understanding to the same exact customer. And, the folks ahead of us said they had already been waiting a long time.

I had such a hard time resolving my new activation over the phone with customer service and came in frantic to the store for a solution. Jon and Terry they were so patient and kind and helped us resolve our unique activation problem over multiple hours and made sure that we did not leave the store without a solution. They had nothing in it for them but to help a customer and I really appreciated their customer service here! Thanks fellas!

I would give this store -00 stars if I could. I got a quote from a rep there and I didn’t like the fact that this location charges a $35 fee on top of your activation fees.Also insurance used to be $15 but I was told that, the pricing is going up to 17 without properly explaining why. Very selfish company. Would not recommend.

I worked with Simon who in person is nice and helpful. However there is a lack of communication and service once they decided that our business was done. When I went to buy the phone, the charger was left at the store, which shouldnt have been a big deal. The store is a long drive for me, so I called and asked for them to transfer it to a closer store. I was told it would arrive on Tuesday, 3 days after buying the phone. No problem. On Tuesday I called the other store just to make sure it was there and it all went downhill from here. It was never shipped from the Thornton store. I called and asked what happened and all I was told is that Simon was out and they had no idea where it went. Days of borrowing chargers and calling the store just to be told that nothing was getting done was infuriating. Finally on Saturday, a week after having the phone, Simon texts me not to say its on its way, but to ask if Id drive to pick it up. I told him I didnt want to drive back and this was extremely inconvenient for me he said, yea I was out for a few days, this doesnt usually occur, Ill see what I can do and keep you updated. That was the last I heard from him.I text him later that afternoon to see whats going on and got zero response. Finally on Sunday Im fed up and call for a manager, whos name I wish Id caught, who said that he would take it directly to me. I got a text and call from him before he gave me the charger. It seems odd that I got no communication from a store that literally deals with communication. The whole thing left a bad taste and while I get that human error occurs, that is no excuse for bad service.

Went in about 6:30 and was told he could not call to help me set up a warranty claim that I had to come in before 4 because the warranty office was closed. guy was lazy as hell. I just got off the phone with tech support and got everything finished. Kyle is great but the older man working with him is useless.

Kyle F. Is the best. He has helped me with numerous technology issues. Im a teacher and he helped me set up a hotspot so that I could do my job. He is an incredible asset to your company. Hes so patient, understanding, and funny. He helped put me at ease with learning new technology. The best part is that he helped me five years ago with new phones and today his knowledge is even more valuable. Hes incredible!

I like to give this store 0 star if I could. I had the worst experience ever purchasing phones with this store. If you decided to buy phones from this store, make sure you got the right sales person that is properly trained to help you otherwise you’re screwed. I ordered iPhones 12 with this store 3 months ago, now 3 three months later no new phones and got stuck with old phones because they messed up the order from day one. And they treated it like it’s my fault. Also, if customer service is not your thing then this is your store.

My husband and I had gone to two Verizon stores, Best Buy and another cell phone company when looking to upgrade our phones. We were not satisfied and continued to look even looking at Amazon, ebay, etc. to purchase new phones. On our way home we stopped the market for dinner items, my husband went to this location while I grabbed dinner items, Jacob Braga helped him. Jacob was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We did purchase two new phones. Jacob demonstrated features of each of the phones we purchased, called to check up AND, saved up money on our Verizon bill. Jacob went well above and beyond and we will definitely refer friends and family to this location, specifically to see Jacob. Thank you Jacob! Jacob managed to turn an unpleasant and frustrating process into a pleasant and rewarding experience.

Friendly sales people, Verizon service is very expensive.

I usually dont trust store that are not corporate but this one changed my mind. Kyle is an amazing representative that can enjoys his job. I know that I will be taken care of when I got to this dealer! Ive purchased multiple phones from here and they havent had an issues.The dealer charges a $35 activation fee on top of the one Verizon bill you. At first I was against paying it but after getting help with issues that I couldnt solve I think its worth it.

I visited the store today to activate a new device that I have received from Verizon. Alessandro? (oops.. I forgot the right spelling of his name ) was very helpful and kind to transfer all my files to the new phone.My parents visited the store few days ago to find out why their phone stopped working for them. Kyle Foiles was very helpful and guided them through every little detail that needed to get their phone work again. He also helped them find a right device that suits for their usage. I came in today to upgrade my phone after I had dropped it in a puddle. I was helped by Chris who was very informative and even helped me lower my monthly payments. The service is super casual which isn’t my style. No one approached me when I entered though there were 4 employees with no customers. They hardly looked up from their phones. The gentleman I asked to help me made it clear they were an indirect store and services that are complimentary at direct stores are not complimentary there. Aside from the convenience if you live nearby, there are no redeeming qualities for this store.

Cheryl was wonderful in helping us transition to Verizon. Her attention to detail and positive attitude were amazing even at the later hour. Chris and Cory were also helpful in troubleshooting any issues we may have ran into. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. 100% recommend.

Horrible experience. I went in this store in the morning and I was told by one of their reps that I can purchase a phone outright from them. So I said yes perfect that is exactly what I wanna do. I was gonna buy an apple watch and a new iPhone 11 pro max all in cash from them. Well then the manager came up and said no they cannot sell me what I was wanting without putting me financing The phone because they will not make any money on this sale. The man helping me told his manager that they could get it done by making a call to their other manager and he told him nope we arent doing that. Im a credit class A customer who had 3,000.00 in my pocket just trying to purchase a phone and watch and I was denied service. This was the worst customer service Ive ever had.

Love this location. Had a mix up on my bill and Benjamin Stinson gave me his personal number and all I had to do was text him and he called Verizon on his own time and got my problem solved and lowered my bill, without me having to do anything. Highly recommend this location. They treat you like family.

Used to love this location. Always seemed to have my best interest at heart being a customer at Verizon for over 15 years. Today was not that experience. I went in twice today and both times I dealt with two young men (separate interactions) who were more interested in offering their expertise before understanding what Im actually asking for. Both refused to listen to what I was asking and basically offered no solution.I knew it didnt seem correct so I went online to see if the deal I was attempting to purchase was available. And sure enough exactly what I was asking for was available to me. I ordered it online a few hours after I left the store. Management needs to correct this customer service because frankly I didnt receive any. And it just seems like their employees arent willing to take the time to understand and meet the needs of their customers.And to note when they couldnt upgrade my phone. I asked if they can assist with switching phone numbers for two phones and they acted like it was such a hassle and I should be able to do it myself. You know what was a hassle?! Wasting my time talking to arrogant young men who clearly dont understand the products and services Verizon offers.Wont be returning to this location.

Best customer service hands down!!! I am a private security operator and while I was at work, I dropped my phone and busted it rendering inoperable. First, I called Verizon customer service and spoke with Jessie who went out of her way to connect with the this Verizon store, she made sure my phone was available and for the store to expect me ASAP. She mlinstrycted me to speak with Eddie as soon as I arrived. Eddie is nothing short of a leading example of an exemplary employee. This gentleman went completely above and beyond to assist me and make sure that I was satisfied. I couldnt have asked or hoped for a better experience. Honestly, he really made me feel like the universe was completely on my side! Thank you Eddie, for making my entire day lol much love to this store! This man deserves a promotion at the very least!

My Google pixel 2 charge port stopped working today, went into Verizon stressing about having to buy a new phone, Sam helped me out getting into a Moto z4, that had a free mod promotion going on. He also got me a credit for my monthly bill for the company I worked for. Because of the buyout promotion that was running, and my trade in credit, I ended up only paying taxes on the phone and my screen protector which was great. Another great thing is Im saving 30$ a month on my bill too, because Sam decided to help me with credits. Best experience Ive had with Verizon in the last 5 years Ive been with them, Sam was very transparent about what I was going to be charged, and helped me to the fullest. Thanks again Sam.

Everyone at the Verizon store were very helpful! I came in so worried after having dropped my old phone into the fishing pond. Drake Madrigal was patient, put me at ease and explained all my options with great understanding and advice. In the end when I had a new phone and all my old contacts and all other info on a new phone, I was relieved and very happy!

I absolutely love Verizon and have had them as a carrier for over 25 years now. Of all the Verizon stores I have been to I must say that this store is amazing. It is large and has so many phones and accessories. I worked with Chris and he was extremely professional and friendly and gave me an estimate down to the penny before I made any changes to my account. Highly recommend.

I brought my granddaughter a new phone at this Verizon dealer. We had a great experience. Corey was patient and very helpful in helping us decide which phone to get. He also was helpful getting everything downloaded from her old phone to her new phone, It was a very good experience.

Logan was probably the best customer service rep that we had since being with Verizon. He took the time to explain things to me over and over until I finally caught on and didn’t get frustrated. He was very polite to our son that was there for a couple of hours getting our phones switched over and a phone line added. Making sure that we got all the discounts that we could, very much appreciated Logan and all he did for us. We will def be back to see him in the future!

I came from a different carrier and got new phones and a tablet from a guy named Eric. I wanted unlimited but I think he forgot so I was put on smaller plan and went over. I came in and silena helped me. She had been helping me get the issues I had fixed before so I recognized her. She has been very nice and helpful already so I was happy to see her. She helped change my plan to what I wanted originally and I think Im coming to her for help from now on. Shes the best.

Drake Madigan was great I started at a different store getting my s10+ & galaxy watch and after I got the phone they had no idea how to get me the watch or setup the phone so I ended up here frustrated and a little confused not only did they help me get everything transferred from phone to phone and the new one set up they ordered me the watch and had it coming a few days later when it came in I had my 3 year old daughter with me when i came back to get the watch and one of the other sales people played with my daughter and drew pictures with her on sticky notes while drake helped me set up the watch they are phenomenal here and really knowledgeable about what they are doing and great with kids I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be back in may to get my sisters birthday present an apple watch.
