Every one here is very nice with my daughter, they keep.clam with her as she freaks out. They help her understand that every thing is ok and wont hurt her. I really enjoy bring my daughter her.

Went in to see their availability and see if my daughter could get help with a tooth that would not come out and causing pain. Mind you we just left another dentist office that said it would be a month until they can get her in to remove it! They made her feel so comfortable and made her laugh and were able to take the tooth out same day. She said she wants to continue going to this dentist now and that she likes them alot. Extremely friendly staff all the way around from front of office to the dentist Dr. Nate! I would definitely recommend and we will be coming back!

I LOVE THESE CARING, COMPASSIONATE PEOPLE!!! I am a single mother of two, ages 10 and 11. I love coming to this Dentist so much! They always make sure my kiddos are comfortable and pain free! I just today was in with both kiddos for some routine cavity control, first up was my daughter,10, and they drilled 8 teeth and pulled 3. My daughter was never at any time scared or in pain, and they checked often with her to make sure!! This was her first time having anything more than a cleaning amd they made it so easy for her!! Right after was my sons turn, he had 4 teeth drilled. Same care and consideration! I tell everyone I know to come here this location and their staff are AMAZING!!!! THANK YOU DR NATE and you superb support staff!

Dr. Gardner was amazing with my son who deals with reflux issues, he helped him relax thru breathing exercises all while getting his tooth removed. He is amazing with kids and I highly recommend his services.

Dr Nate is absolutely awesome! He is always so patient with my kiddos. My kids have high anxiety from previous dentist, but Dr Nate has restored their faith and willingness in dentist and we all are very happy with him and ask the staff at the Thornton clinic.

My daughter absolutely loves this place-which is weird, because have a true fear of the dentist. She had to get some cavities filled this morning and the staff was beyond amazing. I could tell she was a little hesitant, but they made sure she was 100% comfortable every second of the procedure. When she got really uncomfortable, they were very reassuring that she’s doing a great job, and one of the dental assistant held her hand to comfort her almost the entire time. I would give this place more stars if I could.

I was scheduled for a quick routine retainer check. When I originally scheduled it it was for 9:15, when they called to confirm they said 9:30, when I walked in at 9:12 I had to wait in line, and then when I got to desk I was told it was 9:16 and I was over 15 minutes so I would need to reschedule. After I explained she reluctantly checked me in. I wasn’t seen until 9:46. The service inside is always great but this was ridiculous treatment. The front desk help has really deteriorated since I started coming here.

I would only recommend this dentist if your child is over the age of 5.The dental assistants were so kind and gentle with my 3 year old and 1 year old. They were very soft and caring. I was shocked we had no tears while they cleaned their teeth for the first time! However after the teeth cleaning we proceeded to have to wait over 40 mins for the doctor to come. At that point, my kids had been waiting in a chair, out of their element unable to move around and play for wayyyyy too long. My husband and I decided we would have to leave because the kids were at their melting point and well beyond their limits of sitting still. They’re 1 and 3 years old, I think that’s too long for them. We walked out, without seeing the doctor. Extremely disappointed by this and will not be returning because of it.I think one of the reasons they have high ratings is because they offer you a Starbucks gift-card if you leave a Google review while you checkout of the office.In summary:Dental assistants: Amazing! Incredible! Gentle! Kind! - 5 stars!Office - Very clean and modern, nothing really screamed “kid” to me (no TVs, no toys, no kid friendly paintings, no fun colors, no books). It just looks like a basic dental office. - 4 starsWait time for doctor - 0 starsIf this really is a kids specific dentist, I think that they should know that it’s difficult for younger kids to wait that long in a chair without any form of entertainment. Heck, as an adult I don’t even want to sit in a chair for 40+ mins starring at a wall either. If they aren’t meant for younger children I recommend advising patients of that when booking an appointment. To expect small children to wait that long is absurd to me.

Friendly staff. The timely bad very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. My son is a bit rambunctious and they werent bothered by his hyper nature.

Ive been taking my daughter to the Comfort Dental Kids- Thornton family since she was 2, and havent looked back since. They are knowledgeable, professional, patient, kind, and everything you could hope for. Ive gotten great advice about brushing teeth from the doctors when they see my daughter, and they do a fantastic job in preparing me for her future needs. Their consistent above & beyond service level is exactly the type of atmosphere that warms my heart when I bring my daughter.

I just have to say Dr.Colt and his team are absolutely amazing through the whole process they have been there every step of the way. They went above and beyond. I can honestly say I found a Dentist I can depend on and trust with my child. Thank you for your kindness and amazing care.

Everyone at this dentist office is amazing with my son Angelo from the dentists to the assistants! My son came here when he was 2 when he hit his mouth jumping on his bed. I messaged at 3 or 4 in the morning and to my surprise a dentist messaged back right away and they said to bring him in and seen us the same day! They made him feel so comfortable and the dental assistant was understanding even when he bite one of the ladies for an xray.I have seen all three Dentists (Dr. Colt, Dr. Nate, Dr. Greg) since and they have all been AWESOME, very gentle, knowledgeable and helpful with whatever obstacles I face or questions I have with my 3 year old sons dental hygiene. Todays visit with Dr. Nate was great! He addressed my concerns and gave me some tips and Aspen was an awesome dental assistant who had such patience with my son. She even showed me how to brush his gums when I brush his teeth! Leslie helped set up another appointment and gave my son toys and stuff to keep him entertained, she was so nice and patient with him and I really appreciate that! Every person in this office is so warm, nice, and makes my kiddo feel special and I can tell they have the best at heart for my son! Always a great experience! In and out quickly and they can accommodate multiple appointments at the same time. Dr. Gregg repaired a badly chipped front tooth on my 10 year old daughter and I was very impressed. Great bedside manner and thorough explanation of procedures to both myself and my daughter. He took his time to make sure she was comfortable and didn’t experience pain. Will bring all my kids here. Office staff also is wonderful.

The dentist was very patient at explaining the issues my kiddo was having so I could understand. The tech Alexis was so accommodating with my picky little guy for flavor if toothpaste. Overall great experience, highly recommend!

This is a GREAT Pediatric dental office!!! Staff is amazingly amicable. You almost forget youre at a dental office when you are there. My daughter was a little frightened today, however the office staff helped her to feel comfortable. The Dr. disclosed to my daughter bit by bit the things he was doing and what each instrument is utilized for in kids lingo. Overall great experience for me and my kids.

This was my daughters usual dentist however due to convenience I took her to different dentist. The other dentist had other accommodations that might have eased my daughters anxieties. However, my daughter didn’t do well there. I then took her back to comfort and Dr. Nate’s ease and easy going attitude out aside her anxiety. She did very well and was had her treatment done. Not to mentioned how much more comfortable I was as it was affordable. I like to think that the accommodations provided from a dentist do not always make a difference, it is the Dentist expertise and comfort for the patient. Thank you Dr. Nate

We went here because my little brother loves them. They have been kind and gentle with my youngest who had a decent amount of work to be done. I would definitely recommend them.
