The staff at the rental desk was very helpful and made sure I only got what I needed and did not waste any money. They helped me haul the heavy equipment to my car and lift it inside.
I called the tool rental and was put on hold. Drove to the store while still on hold. Walked to the tool rental counter still on hold and hung up. I guy who was just standing around helped me right away at the counter and told me they didnt have what I needed to rent available. Absolute joke
I live less than 5 minutes from this store and do a significant amount of business here on a regular basis. As a former renovation and remodeling contractor my needs are typically more pro level than DIYer. Ive always found the staff to be knowledgeable and willing to help. There is always room for improvement but overall a very solid experience. I do find that tool rental oftwn seems understaffed and wait times to rent or return can be rather long, especially at peak times. Simply put, just try to avoid peak times at tool rental, dint be afraid to ask for help if you need it and this Home Depot will service your needs very solidly. Many of the negative reviews Ive read are written by people who are clearly unreasonable.
Worst service, tool rental is a rip off, tried to cancel off a rental, nobody will answer the phone, bring back equipment after several calls, and they still charge full amount, crazy and worst customer service.
