Overall GREAT experiences! Ive used them twice, once for replacing a fan in my Mac Book Pro and once to get one of the cords in my power cord replaced. Both times Adeel was very upfront about my options, pricing, and timing of the repair. If there were any changes to what we originally discussed (approach or timing) he called in a timely manner and thoroughly explained my options. I called multiple shops for each repair and both times creative technologies was the cheapest option for me.

Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and competent staff and I think reasonably priced, although I dont have a lot to compare it too. I chose Creative Technologies to bring my broken laptop to because of the positive reviews Id read online and I was not disappointed. I ended up needing a new hard drive, but it cost much less than a new computer and they were able to back up all my data. The repair was prompt and the computer seems to be working fine. I wouldnt hesitate to return to Creative Technologies again.

Amazing service. Honest, extremely competent, and fast. Picked up my computer, determined the hard drive had gone bad. Replaced it with solid state drive and upgraded the RAM. Delivered back to my door. Suddenly, I have a super fast computer! And reasonably priced. THANK YOU!

My laptop was overheating last week and I did what I always had done first: brought it to Best Buy and the Geek Squad. The guy behind the desk told me that the fan was running slowly and that they would need to send it off to be diagnosed and repaired (4 weeks turnaround). They also quoted me several hundred dollars--more if they needed to replace the fan--PLUS SHIPPING. I work using my laptop and cannot afford to send it away for a month--especially when the official diagnosis hasnt even been given as to what the problem even is. So I searched elsewhere.After looking at a few other pc repair shops in Denver I ended up at Creative Technologies for help. Within five minutes they had diagnosed the problem (it just needed a cleaning) and quoted me less than half of what any of the other shops had quoted me, telling me it would be ready for pickup the next day. One day.Lo and behold I wasnt out the door 2 hours when they phoned me and told me it was ready for pickup. By the time I was done running errands I had my laptop back in hand and was back to work the moment I got home. Ive never had such a positive experience with tech repair. Next time Ill save myself the time and struggle and go to them first.

Best computer repair service in Denver without a doubt. The tech came to my office to fix my computer network. My Internet was in and out and had some viruses. The tech was friendly, fast, and fixed this issues in about an hour. True professional and very responsive company.
