They are miracle workers! I had 2 dresses that I took to 3 other places to try and let them out a bit and every other place told me it wasn’t possible. They used their amazing skill and imagination to make it possible! Spring Tailor is the best! I will definitely use them again! They were considerate of my time and schedule and finished the alterations and repairs on my dresses quickly! They are THE BEST!

3 layer Bridesmaid dress needed shortening and Spring Tailor took care of it no problem with a 2 day timeline! Normally I plan better than this but the dress was late to ship and arrive at my house. I got my wedding dress a bit later than I should have and only really had about a month and a half until my wedding to get it altered. I loved the bottom of the dress I chose but the top needed some big changes. I searched for an alterations place that was well rated and close to me, and Spring Tailor was the first result. Let me just say how kind and professional these women are. Not only were they warm and accommodating, but they were able to take my mediocre verbal description and execute it perfectly. And 3 WEEKS before it was supposed to be done, at that. They worked quickly and got it right the first time. I was even given a discount because what we discussed in my first visit turned out to be more complicated and therefore more expensive than initially quoted. The dress was perfect. I brought in a bridesmaids dress that was ordered in the wrong size. After being told by another alterations place that there was nothing they could do, the women at Spring Tailor told me there was nothing to worry about. They fixed the dress and it looked wonderful. I will be coming back for any future alterations needed!

The gals there were very polite and explained the options in repairing my sons zipper on his favorite hoodie (that cant be found anymore). They took care of it and my son is lovin it.

Phenomenal work!I brought in 2 pairs of recently purchased True Religion jeans which needed hemming (legs are on the shorter side), and she was able to comfortably determine the proper lengths and appropriate stitching needed. I chose her because I live in the Thornton area, and the True Religion staff told me that the store in Cherry Creek is the only one that could provide hemming, but that was too far away, and I am not disappointed with my decision.She has very impressive knowledge of all high quality brand jeans - True Religion, Seven, Lucky Brand, etc. - and the specific thread qualities and patterns of each type!I came back today (less than one week) to pick them up, and found that the lengths were perfect for my legs. I plan on coming back to alter my dress pants and shirts over the spring. I recommend her service and fantastic quality of work to everyone!

Spring Tailor is not the tailor shop formerly known as “Joon’s.” I had a horrible experience with an expensive pair of trousers I took to Spring Tailor, not realizing it was no longer the same owner (with whom I’d had good work done in the past).I asked for a simple military (slant) hem, thinking the new folks couldn’t possibly mess it up. As others have said, they didn’t use tailor’s chalk to mark my inseam, etc. They only used a single safety pin to loosely mark it.. and only on one leg.When I returned to pick up my trousers, as I feared, they were incorrectly hemmed and left much too long. Too my surprise, the owner was extremely defensive and actually argued with me as if it were my fault! She even tried to blame my shoes (the same ones I wore when being measured in the first place) for improper job, and argued about how a military hem should look— she had only done a straight hem. She begrudgingly agreed to redo the hem, marking it once again with nothing but safety pins, this time marking the front and back to create a proper slanting military he .I returned a week later to pick up my trousers. The rework was obviously done with even less care. This time they were hemmed simply by stitching the excess material very high along the inside and again, without a military hem. The work was also sloppy, and the hem was not pressed and left loose. I decided to cut my losses and not deal with the argumentative owner again. I will be taking my tailoring needs elsewhere in the future.

Very kind. I had zipper problem and instead of just charging me to replace it, she just made it fixable for now and recommend eventually I get a new coat as the zipper would cost the same as a new coat. I will be back!!

Great local Taylor on Washington Street near 88th reasonable prices in timely as far as getting the jobs completed. Highly recommend this Taylor.

Had a mother of the bride dress altered. It was a difficult piece with several flowing panels. They had me go in a couple of times to be sure it was accurate and they did a beautiful job!! The ladies are so sweet, I would definitely go back.

I had to have my sons karate uniform altered and had to have it back the next day by 2pm. I dropped it off at 5pm. They had it done and it was perfect plus I was surprised at how inexpensive it was. Both the ladies there were super sweet and helpful.

I had to order a custom made dress for a wedding that I was attending. When I received the dress it did not look or fit right. I did not think I would even be able to wear it for the wedding but thought I would take it to Spring Tailor to see if they could fix it. The lady there is a miracle worker! She did a fabulous job of fixing all of the issues and did it in the limited timeframe that I needed it done! It looks stunning and now I can’t wait to wear it! Will definitely bring them all of my future business!

She did great on my bridesmaids dresses. I didn’t know that Saturday she closed early and she was willing to give me the dresses after she closed for the day, just in time for my wedding. She is awesome and I thank her for doing that. Not a lot of people do that and I like how we are able to reach her by email.

I really cant thank these ladies enough. I ordered a custom suit online on a time crunch for my wedding. The suit arrived and it didnt fit my bicep. Extreme problem. Way too small. I asked them to do something thats almost impossible and they did it! They made my suit fit absolutely perfect. I was stressed about it and they eliminated that stress!

Spring Tailor is well skilled and fantastic service store. She hemmed one of my favorite pants with lower price than other store. And also i found this store has dry cleaning service with lower price than the store i used to go. I highly recommend Spring Tailor.

I went here today to ask about having patches sewn on my jacket. The work was absolutely amazing! You cannot see one stitch, it was done with absolute precision and I am very happy with the service. If you need anything sewn, altered, patches you name it this is the place to go.

Paid way to much to alter a suit and pants which still does not fit. I feel like they have changed nothing. They do not even take your measurements they just pinch and squeeze the material when it lays on you and place pins to mark it. Had to get the suit redone professionally.

This place refuse to give me service to dry clean my suit because it smell bad, regardless of how your clothes smell they should never refuse to give you service. Bad place!!! Don’t go there.

Received horrible service. My daughter needed her prom dress altered. Joons alterations were horrible. She was measuring the length without taking into account that she was also lifting the shoulders, so we asked her to take that into consideration but she didnt listen. She mumbled something in another language acting like she knew she was doing. She did not use a measuring tape, she just eyed it, and the dress came out too short and too tight. Brought the dress back and she said she would sew a layer to the bottom of the dress to make it longer but there would be a sewing line across the bottom. Unacceptable. I asked for my money back and she said she would only give me my $85 back but she was going to keep my $200 dress. My daughter was in tears. Joon was very rude, almost had to call the police because she wasnt going to let my daughter have her dress back. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE - they dont deserve a one star

Great job on tailoring my fiances suit jacket!!

I got three pairs of pants and a formal dress altered here. I wore specific shoes with each item as a reference to how much I wanted it hemmed. I brought the same shoes back in to try on my items upon pick up and every single item item was hemmed at least 1/2”-1” too short (and on all my pants one leg was slightly shorter than the other). I feel as though the service was really overpriced and when I pointed out these mistakes the owner had a habit of making excuses like “must be the fabric.. your legs must be different lengths” rather than accepting the responsibility of her mistakes and even attempting to satisfy a paying customer. Now I must return my heels that I got for my dress and find new shoes for a wedding that I’m attending in two weeks. Supporting this business has been nothing but a physical and emotional burden. Please don’t go here if you want a seamstress that cares the least bit about what you want.
