I took my king sized comforter in to be dry cleaned. Which they charged me 47.00 to do. I asked why it was almost 50.00 to clean it the worker said because it’s a down comforter and takes longer to dry because they hang dry it. When I picked it up and opened up the bag it was in there were 2 dryer sheets in the bag with it. I put it on my bed and the entire comforter looked to have been shrunk. I took it back in abs the manger lady her name is Lisa claimed it was not the same comforter that they cleaned for me. I had taken pics of it on my bed in multiple positions showing the damage they have done. She then refused to issue me a refund. I do NOT recommend this place to anybody EVER! Horrible service all the way around.

Took 10 shirts to be laundered, they said they would be $3.43 each. When I picked up the shirts, they said it was $ 71.10. When I questioned the amount they said, they tell all their customers that the price is based on material.Being a new customer, I would have appreciated a call before they provided their service. If they would have let me know, I could have made the decision for them to provide the service or not. If I would have known It was going to be so expensive, I would have gone elsewhere.Weve been using the same company for almost 20 years and they never had an issue laundering these same shirts. Unfortunately, they retired.

I have used this dry cleaner for quite a few years and they always do a very good job. A little more expensive than other dry cleaners I have used but worth it for the location and quality work they have provided. Always very friendly!

I am so disappointed with my experience with Martinizing Dry Cleaning! I called prior to bringing my Kate Spade purse in to see if they offered services to clean the lining. I said the lining in this bag could be pulled out (not having to try to work inside the bag) and the very nice man I spoke with said they could do it and quoted me a price. I had just purchased the bag and took pictures when I got it (2 days prior to taking it in). The leather was in great condition, there was one small mark but other than that it was in great condition. The lining was very yellowed and I had hoped they would have something strong enough to clean it.I dropped off the bag and told the young man I had spoken with that I JUST wanted the lining cleaned, he offered a leather service and I told him that the leather was in great shape and I just wanted the lining cleaned. Period. He took the purse and agreed to only do the lining.Two days later I go in to get the purse. I pay and wait for them to bring it over, when they do not only is the lining still yellow but the leather is now damaged. The strap got the worst of it and the back side zipper area where they obviously pulled the lining out and cleaned up to the leather.The owner told me that she didnt know if it was in good condition or not when I brought it in but she would not refund me or replace the item. I never wanted her to replace the item, I only wanted to be reimbursed for the shotty work they had done which I thought was more than fair on their end. She declined and told me the only thing she would do is offer gift cards for the next time I came in. I told her there was no way I would return so they could damage other items. I have a Duponi Silk Kiton suit that was custom made. I had tailor fly out from Italy to have my suit created. The suit cost me 13k. It is the only one on the planet. One of a kind, A one off. I went to dinner with my wife at Cheesecake Factory and spilled Linguini on my Suit jacket. I thought my Kiton Suit was ruined. I took my suit jacket to Martinizing and the made the jacket brand new. I wear very high end suits by Kiton, Brioni and Stephano Ricci. Martinizing is the only dry cleaners that i trust with my Suits. They are fast and do incredible work.

Ive been going to this dry cleaner for years. Clothes have always been done well, if I point out stains that need addressing theyve been successful most times - but if they are not able to get it out they tag it for me. I like that I can recycle the hangers there, and the few.times Ive needed something sewn ( a rip, etc), the repair has been done well. Staff are always personable and professional.

The woman who was working there was extremely rude when I asked if my hat could be cleaned! She was quite adament about them being able to clean my hat. She she NO very strongly and would not even talk to ne and imediately walked back into tje back part of the business!!

Well to start I took my prom dress here just to get a clean, when I picked it up it had a big rip on it that was not there when I dropped it off. So I immediately took it back in and notified them of it, they took it back and said they would fix it which they did and it now looks good as new, but then they tried to charge me more for the rip they made on it. The guy I gave it to when I noticed the rip blamed it on me and said it ripped it while taking it to my car by stepping on it which was false I was carrying it like a baby nowhere near the ground. Anyways I brought it home and tried it on and they made even more and bigger stains on it then there were before so it wasn’t even clean!!!!!

I don’t get dry cleaning often. I had questions and called. I received the information I needed in a friendly manner. I Received my clothes the day after I took them in. All of my clothes were clean and pressed nicely.

I had given a one star review about 7-8 months back, had a bad experience with an older lady there, today, a younger guy, short curly hair and always positive helped me big time, I decided to come back and try it out again, long story short I showed up 5 minutes before close due to work and he had already closed up, I called and had asked of I can get my jeans for thanksgiving dinner and I needed it and whatever, he actually went out of his way and opened it back up specifically for me and remember my name over the phone and prior visit with jerseys...long story short he saved the day by doing this with a smile, if that isn’t 5 star service I don’t know what is..I since deleted my bad review and am giving 5 stars at I might have just caught the older person on a and day that one time, jeans look amazing and yeah I’m stoked, thanks again, I will slowly be bringing all my business back due to this guys actions, Amazing!

I don’t dry clean clothes but I use them for our bedding/comforters and they do a great job every time. They even tried let me know that they were going to wash one comforter twice in an effort to get all the dog hair out! That might be a lost cause with our two dogs but I appreciated the effort.

I walked in and the woman at the front counter as well as the customer she was servicing both were not wearing masks. I dealt with the same woman when I dropped and picked up my garment... I can’t speak to what a person is going through but I can say - I don’t think she had any interest in me being there. It really felt like I was bothering her... maybe it was inconvenient to put on her mask or Maybe she doesn’t need the customers I don’t know but I can say with other choices available, I won’t be going back here. Giving 3 stars because my dress is clean and great!

This is the only place I’ll take my cloths to get dry cleaned. The staff are amazing every time I go in. They always have my cloths cleaned well, done in a very timely manner and have never ruined any of my stuff like a few other cleaners have. I highly recommend this place.

They always do a great job with cleaning, but the communication is very lacking. I am told to text the driver when I have a pick up. I only ask for a simple response as I’ve had bags missed before, which never happens. I’d just like better communication. I will continue to use their service, but hope they improve that part of it.

The service we receive at this location is world class! I have used many cleaners, and will only use this location because of the quality of their service and the caliber of their employees. I recommend highly!

Lately the driver has been dropping off our clothes on the front porch late in the evening after dark, but doesn’t let us know. Since they have a history of not showing up at all, we assume they aren’t coming, only to find out the next day that the clothes are laying on the ground or across the bench! This isn’t the only time this has happened, & we had enough. We have talked to them about this before! This time, we brought some of the clothes back to be redone, because they were completely wrinkled. Their customer service was horrible! We were treated with undeserved hostility! There was no apology, in fact they actually blamed this on us! They eventually agreed to re-iron the clothes, but we had to pick them up. We’re a long-term customer, so you would think we would get more respect from them then that. Something happened that changed them from being the best place to go to the worst place to go for dry cleaning. One thing is for sure, after being treated this way, we are now on the hunt for a new dry cleaner.

The prices are very high! The dry cleaning is good but way too expensive. Just had a linen duster dry cleaned and it cost $19.54!! Won’t do that again!

Good value, friendly service, quick turn around

I tried this for the first time this week. They turned around a large batch of tablecloths for us within the week, which I was super happy about because I needed them quickly for a holiday party. I was hoping to pick them up late on Friday night and I arrived a little too late. I checked online to see what the hours were and to my surprise they were not open at 8am as stated online. when I got there - only to learn on a paper sign on the door that they didn’t open until 9:00. It’s not that hard to update the hours on Google. The crowd at 9:00 seemed to have warranted an earlier opening time.

The staff is always friendly, and remember you by name! They take great care of our clothe, linen, or whatever else we bring in. They are always prompt and items are done when they say they will be.

The atmosphere is very friendly, they learn your name so you feel like you are part of the family yourself... They have wonderful people working there, and whenever there is a problem the manager Lisa will do everything she can to fix it. I have been coming here for 6 years and will continue..

It was super great that they called me to remind me that I had articles there for pick up. I truly appreciate that. We dont get a lot dry cleaned so I think the cost is fair and they are close to my home.

Went to go pick up my dry cleaning and I was missing a shirt. The place told me they would call me because I needed it that same day because they had to find the white shirt and they never did. The guy said he had to find it or his boss might have it, which I don’t know why? This is since FRIDAY which is almost a week ago and they STILL never called me to tell me if they found it. They did great on the other clothes, but wow that is just ridiculous.. I don’t know if they are not organized or what.

My first experience here was for a bridesmaids dress alteration and cleaning. They fitted me and it was done so quickly and fit perfectly. I was really happy with it, but it was a little pricey. (You get what you pay for?!)

I have to say their customer service is excellent. I needed a very quick turnaround on some clothes due to a trip I was taking. Even though some of their staff was already gone for the day they made it happen. I also like the fact their products are much easier on the environment and safer.

This place is horrible. Was told a price for alteration zipper also told the little boy who took it in that if it’s more to call me first. Surprise the day i picked it it was triple the price amount and supposedly the manager couldn’t do anything. About it. Never ever will I go back!

Good dry cleaner service. The take good care of our clothes and help us out if they dont come back satisfactory. Pretty cheap for the work and pretty fast turn around time. havent been disappointed yet with them. Do great on mens dress shirts as well.

Worst experience ever! Took my dress to be hemmed for my daughters wedding. three weeks prior. The manager, Lisa, placed one pin on the outer chiffon layer and told me that was all she needed. Picked it up one week later and aside from it being longer than we discussed, the lining was hanging out from under the chiffon layer 1 to 2 in areas. The seamstress was on vacation and wouldnt be back until next week which is the week of the wedding. Feeling uncomfortable with Lisa placing another pin to mark where the hem should be and having to wait for another week for their seamstress to take a look at it, I asked for a refund so I might be able to take it to a seamstress that could help me now. She refused! I owned a bridal shop for over decade and never would have had a client leave unhappy over $40!

I was a martinizing customer for years. Always thought it was expensive, and customer service sucked bit it was conveniently located by my house so I kept going. I averaged almost $200 per drop off. A few months back they lost my entire bag of clothes (and it was stuffed full because I hadnt dripped off my clothes in over a month). Dropped it in the overnight bin and they say they never saw it. I have still not heard from their owner but thousands of dollars of clothes gone, and I had to purchase all new clothes. They offered no help, and actually accused me of making it up. As a VIP member I was treated like a thief, and thats only when I harassed them enough to actually get a call someone, only to have them treat me poorly and offer no solutions. Still not convinced that they ever even looked for my clothes. Even while I was a loyal customer their service was poor. I would highly recommend that anyone considering going here to consider anywhere else! Its ridiculously expensive and they do not care about their customers or their clothes.

This cleaner has damaged TWO gowns I have brought to them. Two. Neither time was any kind of compensation, or even an apology, made. So, now I will be using a cleaner that is less conveniently located but who hopefully will have better customer service and not ruin our clothes.

I recently brought in 7 holiday costumes to Martinizing Dry Cleaning, only to have them destroyed. These costumes are used once a year, when we create a Magical Winter Wonderland for children. Many of which are terminally ill or suffering from serious medical conditions. Some possibly celebrating their last Christmas. We treat them to a day filled with joy, gifts, food, entertainment from these characters.Martinizing washed the costumes together with a bright red Santa suit, causing everything to turn pink. When it was brought the manager Lisas attention- she offered nothing. Her exact statement was, Maybe you should return them to the place of purchase, we washed them according to the tags directions Well Lisa - everyone that has done laundry before know you dont wash a bright red Santa suit with an all white Olaf- For that your business receives a 1 star from me.
