It smells great!My cat had an accident on our couch shortly after he left, and he is going out of his way to clean the couches, sanitize and kill the odors on his way home from his last job. My experience from beginning to end was amazing with this company. They were super friendly when booking my apt and even on the day of they were able to get here sooner than the window they estimated. Cody was very nice and friendly and really fast! My house smells amazing now and the carpets look and feel clean. I have 2 dogs and a toddler so making sure they’re clean is important to me.

Rich was awesome! Came in and did a thorough walk through with me. Worked crazy hard to clean my entire upstairs and hand scrub my staircase in about 1.5 hrs. He took extra care to make sure my carpets were as nice and clean as they could be. It made a huge difference and you can tell the quality/hard work was top notch. Very nice and polite guy too. What was gross stained old carpet when I moved in, looks like new carpet now thanks to Rich and Next Level.

I really wanted to be happy and satisfied with this purchase. However, after the completion of their “service” and waiting the 48 hours to vacuum - our carpets are worse than they were. I’m truly worried about permanent damage and have called the company several times. The last conversation I had was that the “owner” would reach out since it was a groupon. Well, it’s been a few days and still no call from the “owner”. I tried to let them make it right before leaving negative reviews but sadly I have no choice. Please save your money and look into other companies. I would hate to have anyone else experience what I have.

We were told how good our carpet looked and that it was in great shape by the guy who came out to clean it, which I appreciated because we vacuum often and have our own rug doctor we use every 6 months. We wanted to have a professional company do it for piece of mind, but I do not believe their method of cleaning is effective. Scrubbing soap into a carpet and leaving, is like washing your hair and not rinsing out the shampoo. For 2 days our carpets were wet, and we noticed many stains that were not previously there (wicking?). After the 48 hours we vacuumed over and over, but our carpets looked, smelled and felt worse than before. The major concern is the new stains that have appeared. We are really hoping they are not permanent. We have a truck mounted company coming out to redo, which is unfortunate because we basically just wasted $. We tried several times to speak with someone to get the issues resolved, but they have been unresponsive.

We have used Next level Carpet Masters for the last three years and have always been so happy with the service. They are quick and the carpets always look great. We use them for residential use yearly and the prices are amazing but the service is top notch. Cody is so friendly and will be honest and treat areas that need it without pressure, he is knowledgeable about pet stains and what to do for them in between cleanings. We will forever use Next Level Carpet Masters for our carpet needs.

Booked with them 3 weeks ago. YesterdayJuly 29, I called to confirm they would be cleaning my rental on July 31 as I have tenants moving in on Aug 1. This morning they left me a voice mailing canceling! Very unprofessional. They knew it was a rental and i needed it clean for new tenants. Beware!!!

These guys were amazing! They were very professional. My technician worked so hard and the results were GREAT!. Great pricing. I love that they take pride in doing the job right and are very realistic about what is needed. I will definitely use them again.

Not happy. Not as advertised and the service that was provided was in effective. We called to ask about their Groupon Steam Cleaning offer. They said no need to go through Groupon as they would match the offer directly. When Cody (owner) arrived to perform the service he stated that the offer was not for Steam Cleaning service but rather “Low Moisture Treatment”. We should have canceled then. Service was $92 and we still have significant pet odors. We sent an e-mail to Next Level. While we initially received a call back, we had to cut the call short. I have since left 3 messages and no response.Cody was nice and seemed very knowledgeable but at the end of the day the service provided was ineffective. Too bad because I prefer to support local businesses.

Can’t recommend these guys enough! We have used them to clean our carpets at our two business locations and have been super pleased. Today Cody and Devon Came to our home to clean carpets and did an exceptional job. We had some really stubborn pet stains that we’ve had other companies come to clean and never been able to get up. They really went to the ‘Next Level’ and you can barely see any of those pet stains. Really impressive! Great job Cody and Devon!

Living in a rental with a pretty old carpet, not to mention having a precious but much older cat with upset stomach issues so when she vomits it is very hard to make spots go away. From the beginning Cody has been professional, super friendly, very respectful and going that extra mile to ensure we are satisfied as customers. He has an incredible background and experience in flooring and he gives you all the information and pricing up front- so no hidden fees, no extra charges which sometimes is what we used to dread. Excited to have him continue to clean our home!

Everytime I have used them they do a great job. I have older carpet and a landing that my dog sleeps on and gets pretty dirty. When they are done it looks fantastic! Love the fresh smell too. Highly recommend and I will be a continued repeat customer.

I would definitely not use them as they are totally unreliable on showing up or even calling to apologize or reschedule. I even gave them a second chance because the owner, Cody Lacey said his wife was having a baby. We made another appointment and he blew me off a second time without even the decency of a phone call.
