Coming a few days late but…Katie is a superstar, all of her staff were either called out or gone that Friday I’d dropped off and she paid for an Uber out of her own pocket to get me to my car shop since her shuttle people called off as well. Clearly people don’t care about working hard anymore.. but Katie cares and then some! She definitely made this experience painless and easy, needs every raise available to her. Thank you, Katie!

I got blindly Put in a situation with a bill I was not Prepared for from a insurance .The insurance place had set me a reservation For rental told me I can pick up a rental. After a week of having it the Insurance had called and said I was responsible for everything did not even call to Inform me about it they called Enterprise Thank God For these people they have working here did the best to help out a customer took it in their own hands Very Professional to call and let me know what was going on Definitely a lifesaver and A Great Experience at this location 10 / 10 Thank you Jacob for taking great care of us !

At first I was very happy with my experience with this location but it has quickly turned into a disaster. I was told by two different reps first that my per week charge was 50 a week which I verified with them a second time only to be told that it was 84 a week. I needed to extend my rental dealing with a car theft situation and was told it was still the 84 a week rate. When the insurance would no longer pay for the rental I received a bill on my credit card for over 700 dollars which did not match the 84 a week I was told. Have had the car for a little over a month at this point which would have never equaled that price. Called the store location and again was told a different rate now equaling 35 a day. The lady I spoke to was so rude and kept saying this is the lowest rate they offer. Horrible service and she did absolutely nothing to correct the issue of her employees saying wrong prices. Overall a terrible experience with rates not being clear and now I’m stuck with a huge bill I wasn’t expecting. Correct your employees mistakes by offering the rate they said .*Update- had to return the rental early in order to avoid getting charged more . The lady that I spoke to this time was helpful and even offered to reduce the total price in order to make up for the misinformation I was told regarding the rates before. Changing this to a 4 star from a 1 star since they corrected the mistake

Kaitlin went out of her way to help me when my brand new personal vehicle broke down and Enterprise didnt have any vehicles available for rent. She was very friendly and worked hard to find a solution. It is the people that make the company, and Enterprise has a great one!

Buyer Beware, was charged $226 for less than 30 miles. Rental was approved by 3rd party insurance company, but still asked for a Credit card. Enterprise said it was a reimbursement from insurance company. Insurance said it was a direct bill to Enterprise. No help from store manager, or Enterprise Corporation. Will Never use this company again.

Horrible ExperienceFirst they never reached out to me telling me all the things I needed to get the rental. So I had to leave to get whatever they needed. Then when I got back with what they asked for they needed something else. Like why didnt you tell me everything I needed while I was there so no I did not receive the car at all long story short we missed our trip 😔

When I originally called to rent a car after mine was stolen, I spoke with Jacob and he was super helpful (only reason I gave 3-stars instead of 1) - he said they would have something available for me within the hour. Not 30 minutes later, I get a phone call from someone else while I am on my way to get the rental stating that they do not have ANY cars available at ALL until Monday (2 days later). I ask if she can check other locations in the area to which she immediately responds that she is certain that absolutely no other Enterprises in the Denver Metro area have anything available for me. I was able to call another location and they had a rental for me immediately. Pretty lame experience.

The professionalism and customer service I received was first class. We experienced some issues with the rental I booked, but my rep found us a replacement, an upgrade actually, but gave us a discounted rate for the trouble, and did it with a smile! I appreciate the care and patience to help put us a in a vehicle that suited our needs made this customer and his family very happy! I highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car!

They will lie to you about so many things. My mom bought a car and was told lie after lie. Lots of the features listed were not even part of the car. They did not provide the pant stick for the scratches on the car that they said they were ordering more then once. They said that the car does not need emissions but when my mom calls to get her plates they say no you do need to get them since you just bought the car and there was none provided. If I could give zero stars I would. Such horrible service do not go with enterprise find someone else .

From an Enterprise local office perspective, this location has been my best experience to date. This Enterprise location has a great staff, that likes working there. Is very important to point out that the manager in place is a great leader and knows how to manage and work with her teams.In terms of reservations and billing perspective, Enterprise Corporate still needs to get their stuff together. Their reservations systems is always overbooked, so the chances of having the vehicle you reserved are close to impossible.This location, is a mayor improvement from the other alternative Enterprise location east of I25 in Thornton, CO. which is literally, a moving disaster.November 2020 - I am bracing myself with positive-ness in advance, in hopes to have a good experience with this Enterprise location. I’ve had two terrible off-airport experiences with Enterprise, but a co-worker kindly recommended this specific location. 🙏

Rental was fine it was the customer service after that had been an absolute joke. I had the rental for a 2 week period of time, a week of that was spent driving to Utah and back. There are NO tolls on my route to Utah or in the city that I visited. I was told that the dealership covered everything. As of this morning I have been charged 4 separate times for tolls. Im fine paying for my tolls if the dealership doesnt but why am I continuing to get charged a month after? I have called the store 5 times and asked why this keeps happening. First employee hung up on me. Not a single employee can answer that question and they keep giving me the run around. Asked for the manager each time and have still not been able to talk to her. Asked for a call back and still nothing. Was finally given an email to accounting this morning so we will see. Enterprise needs to do some serious training at this location. Clearly they have no idea what they are doing. Do not go here, there are much better places than this company and location specifically.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Reserved a car yesterday for today at 12, was assured I’d be picked up and my car would be ready at noon as my current vehicle is in a shop and I work on Sunday. Never heard back from them as I was told I’d receive a phone call before my pick up. Called the shop and they said they see my reservation but there’s no notes that say I requested a pickup. Told me I only have 4 minutes to make it to the shop or else I won’t be able to rent a car until Monday.Absolutely terrible service, was told there was no way they could stay open passed 12, even though it was there fault no notes were made on my reservation. Was very adamant when making the reservation I would need a pick up. Terrible. Use a different location that actually listens to you when u make a reservation.

I originally made a reservation for a cheaper economy class vehicle but upon arrival for pickup the staff told me they only had a larger vehicle available, which was $100 more to rent per week than the one I reserved. I agreed because I just needed a vehicle and didn’t want to rely on anyone or make other arrangements anymore. My boyfriend and I dropped it off this morning at 7:15am before I went to work. Shortly after we got a call saying the car needed to be detailed. I couldn’t go check on the car but my boyfriend went back and they showed him a spot of debris in the trunk. The lady working said there were ‘ashes’ in the trunk. My boyfriend pointed out that is was gravel and the lady demanded we pay $150 to get the car professionally detailed. I just thought, ‘whatever, let’s pay and move on’. We paid the detailing fee and made a new rental reservation for 1:00pm today.I called at 7:56am this morning to confirm my 1:00pm reservation. They said I should be go to go for my Economy class rental at 1:00pm.I showed up at 1:00pm to pick up my second rental, the lady takes my ID and card. She comes back outside (curbside service) and says I’m not prequalified to rent a car, I was confused because I had just dropped my previous rental off earlier today at this exact same location.She explained that I need a CREDIT card to rent a car, but I had just dropped off my rental that I paid for with a DEBIT card. It didn’t make sense to me. They didn’t seem to be very understanding and just said ‘goodbye’ to us.The car I rented and paid for with my DEBIT card was $205.92.The car I tried renting today was only $139.49 and I was required to have a credit card in order to rent. Makes me wonder if they only let me use my debit card because I got a more expensive car? And now that I want a cheaper vehicle, they didn’t allow me to pay with a debit card.It was just a weird situation and we left feeling confused, led on, and screwed over.Don’t waste your time.

After my recent previous dealings with Enterprise I swore to not ever use them for my rental car needs. And low and behold our car is having warranty work done and guess who we have to use for our loaner! Yep, you guessed it! I walked into Enterprise on 104th in Thornton with a negative attitude and low expectations and thats when I met Katie. Katie turned what was looking like another negative experience into a remarkable one. She was kind and patient and not only fixed the problem with our rental but had me smiling from ear to ear as I drove out of the parking lot. Because of Katie I will give Enterprise the benefit of the doubt and another shot. They are very lucky to have her and the 5 star review is for her and her great customer service skills which are hard to find in this day and age.

I have rented cars all over the world, countless times for business and pleasure. I am so very impressed by this location. The customer service is absolutely world class - what youd expect from a 5 star world class hotel.From the moment I arrived to pick up my rental, through check out, and to familiarization with the vehicle the staff was top notch.I was greeted warmly by an agent outside walking in to the counter area.I was met at the counter by a wonderful associate who extended her hand, shook mine and offered a warm greeting and explained my satisfaction was the top priority.Outside I was actually given the time of day, walked through features of the car and asked if I had any questions or concerns. It was clear the agent was willing to spend whatever time necessary to make sure I was safe, comfortable, well informed and happy with the car.Not even in Japan, or Europe have I had such excellent treatment by a rental agency. Usually it is a focus on and in and out and leave. However, this location seems to understand why they are there and that customers matter. Top tier service businesses could visit here and learn excellent customer service - so impressive for a smaller rental car location.If you are an enterprise customer or prospective one, esp in the north Denver suburbs use this location.Enterprise Corporate - You have an absolute gem with this location. They live customer service.

Prompt and courteous service as always. There was an issue in that the category of vehicle reserved was not available, so we had to settle for a smaller vehicle which did create some travel issues. The agent did make an adjustment for this issue when we turned the vehicle in.

The agent there named Aubrey is so rude and I feel she was prejudice, from the time she began talking to me she was rude and making this so difficult and finding every possible reason to not do my exchange, after more then an hour of this I had to just leave because I could see she was only interested in renting me the rental. She dug through my account from what I can tell and it was just ridiculous I did let her know what I felt and she sarcastically told me she was trying to help me but Im sure she was feeling full of herself because she managed to get me to leave having her way I am making a full complaint with their corporate office as I have been faithfully renting on a weekly basis from enterprise for over 6 months and will not be switching to a different company for my weekly rentals

When I was giving my rental car it was completely disgusting on the inside and outside of the vehicle when I asked for a different vehicle they told me they had no other vehicles to put me in, I talk to Aubrey there was absolutely nothing she could do to make the situation better in fact I actually ended up leaving the faculty not renting the vehicle and calling and Uber they are not keeping these cars clean up to COVID-19 And with what’s going on in our world and our society today I feel like if you were to rent a car from this location you will be guaranteed to get sick. Im giving 1 star because of my experience with roadside assistance and 1 employee in Dallas TX.I originally rented my car in Denver CO. ENTERPRISE WAS AWESOME in Colorado. I was in an accident in Dallas. Where roadside assistance instructed mr to drive the vehicle to the nearest ENTERPRISE a mile away. The car was not steering correctly. When I got to the location instructed I was ignored. When I finally got the womans attention she was rude and said there was no car for me. But I could see about 8 cars ready. I sat and waited from 230 until 930pm. I called for assistance 5 times. I was hung up on twice,, on hold for hours. When the enterprise closed. All those vehicles still sat there. It was obvious thus was a sketchy area. And it got worse when the sun went down. At 930 a 3rd party showed up and told me I was in one of the worst parts of Dallas. I yold told side assistance many times I had a young daughter with me. I was in tears at one point. So unhappy with them that I will no longer use there services. I missed my flight the next day cost me $400 to rebook. Very disappointing.

Went over the car with one representative there was a small dent in the right rear fender and was told it wasnt big enough to matter . On returning the car they claimed it wasnt there. I am now having to pay for this. These people are not honest in any way at all

We rented a car from Thornton, Colorado July 6th, to drive one way to South Dakota. Enterprise even called us, the Friday before to ensure we were still coming. Our friends dropped us off with all our luggage that morning. On the windows, were signs they were closed and to go next door where they actually sold the Enterprise cars. They were closed! We were stranded! We started calling around and were told cars not available until later that afternoon. We had to call our friends to come back and get us. They drove us to another Enterprise office, where we stood outside for an hour and a half, waiting for a car finally. They told us that the night before, our Enterprise address had to be closed due to someone testing positive. YET, no called us to make alternate arrangements! It is was a nightmare for the start of our vacation. No one from Enterprise, never contacted us or apologized for the inconvenience. Very unprofessional.Sheryl Grieb

Professional, welcoming, and excellent representatives for Enterprise. I travel to Colorado to visit with family as often as I can, and have been fortunate to find this group . Nice people, but everytime we rent a car here they seem to downgrade us. We pay for premium and seem to get a basic model and no price adjustment. This is the only enterprise location that does this to us. Basic Subaru Legacy. No power. Cloth seats. Small trunk. Not the premium we expected and paid for.

Enterprise has always been my to-go-rent a car place. The pricing and customer service they offer is always great. I am giving 4 star instead of 5 is because the car I rented recently some wheel alignment issue. It was pulling on the right side. I had to drive a 1000 miles one way and that put a lot of strain on my arms.

My car has been broken down for over a month and since I am getting ready to leave for California in a little over a week, I needed to get some last minute errands run. I went on line and booked a reservation with Enterprise and everything was done in a matter of minutes. The driver came to pick me up on Friday and even came to my door to make sure I could safely get to the car since I am in the older generation. I was treated so very nice and respectful by the young gentleman taking care of me in the the office. I drove off the lot a very happy camper. Got all of my errands run and even was able to make it to church on Sunday morning. Monday came and the weather was bad, so I made one quick stop to pick up a few last minute groceries and off I went to Enterprise. The same incredible young man that helped me on Friday was once again at my service. He helped me transfer my groceries to the Van that would deliver me safely to my home and took care of all the paperwork without a hitch.Thank You Enterprise for the Incredible Service and Kindness. I was forced to give a 5 rating at the location in Thornton on 104th and Zuni. I had an insurance rental. I drive a Mini SUV and was given full size SUVs to drive and told it was comparable. I had to exchange the car mid way and was given 2 different reasons for it. I was given the car was 3/4 tank of gas and told to return like that. Difficult to do but smart...most people will just fill it.

I almost always use Enterprise when traveling for several reasons. Their prices are consistently lower than other companies, they pick us up in a timely manner and often upgrade without charging extra. We like to rent at locations other than the airports where we fly into as this saves considerable costs. The staff is always friendly and recently in Thornton, CO, they went out of their way to accommodate us. When we dropped off the car, they drove us to the rail system so we could travel Downtown Denver. It might have been a little farther than their boundaries but they cheerfully gave us this service and our driver was wonderful. The Enterprise staff doesnt try to high pressure us into extra costs and they allow a short leeway on later than exact on time return at no charge. I mention this because I rented from Budget a few weeks ago and they were not nearly as easy to work with. I ordered an intermediate car, they gave me one smaller even though my reservation was for a larger car, and did not give me a better rate. When I asked if there was a charge for a few minute late return, they said over ONE minute late and I would be charged for an entire week (I was renting 4 days). I had to join their fast track (or whatever its called) to get an extra 29 minutes. The counter staff wouldnt help me with that so I had to try to do this on my cell phone and ultimately had to call Budget to sign up. A timely and frustrating process. Ill stick with Enterprise. Thank You!

Customer Service was awesome! Reserved online and upon arriving, took 10 min and was off in the rental. They didnt have a compact as reserved, so they through me in a premium for no added charge. Returning the vehicle was just as easy and Allison is not only beautiful, but very helpful answering questions and providing excellent service!

This was my first time interacting with this particular location in Colorado. And from the time I got there until the time I returned the car, the customer service was top notch. When I first arrived they were extremely busy but they made it a point to make eye contact and let me know they would be with me as soon as they could. Once my turn came up I was greeted and helped promptly. They even upgraded my car for free. I went from having a standard full size vehicle to one of their premium ones. And upon returning the vehicle today, despite them being busy they still acknowledged that I was there and would help me shortly. And once they helped me, I felt like they truly appreciated my business. So needless to say....I will DEFINITELY be renting from this location again in the future the next time Im in town.

There is a reason this place has a 3.9 rating. They gave me a car they smelled like smoke and didn’t even warn me while letting me drive away with my kids in it. Then I got charged for tolls which I’m fine with and asked for a detailed bill. Called customer service spoke to some guy from Bangladesh could barely speak English after 35min with him he couldn’t help. Called back to the office the manager she said she would handle and call me back and two weeks later no call. This place is a joke!

I would have to say that I had a really good experience with Enterprise. I had reserved a car for Saturday, but took a chance and went in on Friday to see if I could pick up on then. They had one; so I was set. It was very reasonable in price. I was in and out in probably 20 minutes. I enjoyed the car for a week and got it back to the dealership on the next Saturday. I so appreciated having a car that I could depend on. Thank you. I am sure I will be renting one again.

Im in here often for the weekend special because I find it to be a great way to try a specific vehicle that I may want to purchase in the near future (Ive been car shopping for a while now) and getting to drive a specific vehicle for a weekend rather than a quick test drive, will tell you more about whether itll work for you long term. The employees here are very helpful and willing to work with me on getting a vehicle I havent tried yet. And understand why Im requesting specific types of cars and willing to work with me on it.

Today my rental kept saying a tire was flat and there was another service signal and they were going to give me a truck to replace the car if they couldnt get the problem handled. I went to 4 other enterprise centers that did not help me and told me they couldnt tell me what to do. This enterprise went so out of the way even though I didnt rent the vehicle at that location. The staff was so pleasant and helpful! I had a last minute extension on the car and they were kind and accommodating! My car had no problems the whole two weeks I rented it. If I ever need to rent again they will be my go-to!

Came to Denver for a family reunion...thus needed to transport my entire family around. The young man with whom I dealt, couldnt have been more accommodating. After having this wonderful Expedition for 10 days, I returned it a happy camper. It was even good on gas mileage.

Great service. Had reserved a mid-sized SUV and 2 as expecting a RAV4 or Dodge Journey. Was put into a 2018 Grand Cherokee for the same rate! Also, got a ride home after I dropped off the vehicle. Any time I need a rental, they have earned my business!

I was happy with my service at this enterprise. I had to be back in forth in a rental so I was here several times and even when they were busy I was still satisfied. I also had a problem in one of the vehicles I had and they easily swapped it out so I could continue to enjoy my rental and not deal with the issue.

Extremely disappointed in this particular location. We had a trip planned for some time, and we reserved and paid for a large SUV several weeks before our trip.The night before our trip, we visited and confirmed with Ross that everything was paid for and ready to go for the following morning.The morning of our departure, we discovered that our vehicle was rented the night before. No other large SUVs were on the lot, no other locations were open, the staff on hand was not trained or equipped to help us (though they tried their best, to their credit!), and Ross would not answer his phone.After several hours, a replacement vehicle was found...at the airport. So they lent us a vehicle to drive to the airport so that we could swap cars, load our things, and finally get on the road. All told it was a 3 hour delay and lots of frustration. If we were a last minute customer, I could understand. But we had paid in advance and made sure it was all set up the day before.

Not sure.... Rental van transmission alert came on hour and half out of Denver, fluid dripping when we stop, burned oil odor... Called every Branch in way into Denver... Said take it to Firestone... Huge wait, Firestone referred us to this Branch location... They are really trying to be helpful while swamped... Branch had us take it to dealership down the road. We are eating a late lunch hoping to be on road soon... Will update

Great experience. I used them to rent a car for 2 months after a car accident. After seeing how one chiropractor gouged my insurance company I was pleasantly surprised that Enterprise didnt charge high rates to the insurance company. The service was great and the car ran really well. Thanks!

I had reserved a truck for my fishing trip to the mountains, as my AC in my truck had gone out.I went in to enterprise to pick the truck up and they said they were still trying to find a truck that the one they had reserved for us had a cracked windshield. They then said we could rent an SUV - which I didn’t want as I have an SUV - The problem I have is that they didn’t even call to make me aware of the situation as my wife had to get off work early and I possibly could’ve had time to check other rental car places to see if they had a truck available!

Customer Service was Awesome, Truck running great, yesterday when I got onto the interstate at 10 Fahrenheit and went to clean the dirty road water off of the windshield, the washer fluid froze Onto the windshield INSTANTLY. Had to pull over through traffic and scrape it on the side of I-25, not sure if they cut it with water or if it’s just the cheapest available, but definitely a safety concern in that situation this time of year in CO.

UPDATE:Reached out to the email in the comment below and was not helped by anyone. Was told everything under the sun from my case was being moved to corporate to an associate misspoke to the regional manager would reach out to me, please be patient. Whats with this company? Go to Hertz.It was my first time EVER renting a car and this location really turned me away from renting from Enterprise ever again!! This location must be encouraged to make sales, in other words, charge you extra fees. They claimed that I smoked in the vehicle and that they found ash. What? It was my first time ever renting a car, why would I do that? I asked for proof, they said they could not provide me any proof and that it had already been sent out for detailing for a $175 fee for me. I asked them if it was basically my word against theirs, and she said a manager would call me back on Monday. Nobody called me. I came from out of state and will obviously never rent from this location ever again!

I reserved a car online for a pickup of 2pm Friday. I get to the location a little after 2 because I got stuck in traffic. I figured the van would be parked out front and ready to go. I did not end up leaving the lot till almost 3pm. I waited 45 minutes or more. When I kept asking they just said it was being cleaned. I dont understand this. If I made a reservation shouldnt it be ready at the time I requested? The best part was that the van really wasnt as clean as I thought it would be since it took an additional 45 minutes. I am not sure if I will rent from this location again. I heard such great things about Enterprise, but I honestly was not that impressed especially since there is still a pending charge on my credit card.

Horrible customer service and the manager Ashley was rude every step of the way, mind you we were renting a car because our vehicle was totaled from a random shooting! We ended up renting it for 20 days extra to fix our vehicle and paid over $800 and she continued to call and threaten an “escalation process” when she wasn’t able to charge my card $170. Trucks been returned and I paid for it all but I will never rent from them again. I suggest going elsewhere.

Worst rental experience I have ever had to endure; would give 5 demerits if I could. Not only is the manager Megan willing to belittle her employees in front of customers, she flat out provided me misleading and false information multiple times in the 2 days I have had the car. Unfortunately, I had to extend the rental a day to allow for parts to come in for my repair and she told me that the deposit they already took from my account could NOT be applied to the extra day. This contradicts what she and her employee told me and other customers yesterday. Not sure if she knows she is lying or if she just doesnt know how to resolve customer concerns by taking some accountability and being honest. If you like moving targets and false expectations, rent from Megan at this location. If not, I recommend you go elsewhere.
