I nearly backed my car into a creek after getting misled by GPS. I was in a real pickle! Escalera came and did a highly skilled tow on a very skinny dirt road and brought my car back off the bank and straightened it out so I could drive out. They really know how to do the tricky stuff and were super kind about everything. They even guided me to the place i was headed!

Came out and jumped my car in a timely manner. However, they didnt have a mechanic on duty at the time so they couldnt replace the battery on the spot.

I called late on a Sunday to setup a tow for early Monday morning. The tow foreman did quick and tidy work to get my rig up on the truck. I was able to ride on the tow truck to the mechanic as well which was nice.Kind, easy to work with, and fair pricing. Will use again (if I need a tow- Hope not..!)!

Echoing all but one (odd) review in the past year, Escalara provided wonderful service. They worked with my schedule to get my car out of a precarious situation, so that I didnt have to worry about being towed against my will. They were able to start my car despite two attempts at jumping from two different donor vehicles, and an attempt with an inferior boost pack. They recommended an avenue for a cheaper tow, and generally made me feel taken care of (which is all one can expect when theyre in a stressful, helpless situation like needing a car towed).After reading horror stories of tow companies in general online, I really appreciated dealing with an honest, timely, personable company. Thank you!

They really saved the day! Helpful, friendly, showed up on time. Great service. After a incident with my pickup we needed a truck with a gooseneck ball hitch to pick up my trailer. Escalera had what we needed and was able to tow and also provide storage until my pickup was repaired. Very fair pricing and super great people. Review Update: Driver didn’t have ability to take payment. So my debit card information was texted to another person to process payment after the tow service was completed on a weekend night. 2 days later my debit card was used to purchase automotive parts from an out-of-state online retailer. Since driver had to drop me off at home... they had my debit card, phone number and my home address. Thankfully the online retailer called me questioning the charges. Once I called my bank, there was another purchase pending that wasn’t mine. I’m glad I caught this so quickly... otherwise I’m not sure how much money they would have tried to steal from me. Not sure if it was the driver, recipient of the text or someone around them due to negligence of having my bank debit card number via text. The driver was sooo kind too. I felt completely violated!!!Unfortunately what once was a good review the night of the tow, needed to be updated to notify others to BEWARE!

I was reallllly stuck in the mud. These guys were awesome, they told me exactly how much it would cost and arrived within 30 minutes of my call. The man who helped me was incredibly friendly and helpful, and extricated my car from a tricky situation quickly and without incident. He also stayed for a moment just to ensure my car was still working properly, and made sure I didn’t need any additional help. I’d highly recommend them!

Car broke down, I checked out Google reviews, seemed like these guys were some of the best. Turns out, they are. The young man that came to get me, which literally only took about 5 minutes, was not only polite, but his truck was very clean, and he offered to not only turn the radio to a station I liked, but offered me a couple different choices in drinks. Owner was a thief and threatening. Literally threatened us after wed already paid the insurance company, while we were talking to insurance company. Fraudulent and intimidating if you try to use insurance. Reported to BBB and SHOULD have reported to police. Adrian plays nice until it comes time for payment, then he doesnt want you to go through insurance, he wants that $$ asap even if its against your insurance policy and he told us to lie to our insurance company. Uses your bad fortune for profit. Hes also really wreckless driver. Doesnt care about anything but $$. Doesnt care about your safety, only his next payday. But thank you Adrian because after our insurance company found out about your fraudulent activity, they gave us our tow for free and apologized for having someone as terrible as you on their provider list. Adrian tried to steal, straight up steal, looked us in the eye and demanded we call our insurance company and lie to them. You may make good money but it wont last forever with the shady way you run your business (and probably how you run all your businesses since you obviously lack a moral compass)

To be honest, Escalera Towing was the only company willing to come out and pick my car up at any time of the day/night 24/7, they were the cheapest when I was told a price after calling over 15 towing companys. Great business I called Escalera towing when my Jeep Grand Cherokee broke down in my apartment complex parking lot. They sent out A tow truck for roadside assistance and he arrived within a half hour of my call. He was extremely nice and knowledgable about the task at hand, I didnt have to lift a finger or worry a second longer once he got on I was so pleased with how easy and quick everything went once he arrived. In the past Ive had to wait hours to get towed by other services but this time was so pleasant and timely I almost forgot how big of an ordeal the original breakdown was. I definitely recommend using this service!
