Awesome place. I’m so glad I found them. He picked up my car towed it back to the shop. Started working on it the next day and was done in no time. Put a new radiator in got my hood to close and even said he’d look out for a side fender for me. Best part saved me over 600 dollars!! Thank you thank you so very much. Honest, ethical standards, no doubt that this place will do whats needed. Owner verified i needed a new radiator even though two other businesses already diagnosed and quoted me. After a thorough check, explaining everything as he went along, turns out I didnt need a new radiator! Thanks to this place I saved $600 quoted from my regular maintenance shop. After finding out that he does oil changes and breaks, Ill now be coming here for maintenance.

Jose is a honest and straight forward mechanic. I searched for a local mechanic in Google and selected Gold Star Radiator on a whim. Within 10 minutes of meeting, he correctly diagnosed a water pump failure on my F-150. By the end of the same business day and roughly 3.5 hrs later he called me and told me that my truck was fixed and ready. As a business owner who relies on his truck, I was elated. I will keep my vehicles going to Jose at “Gold Star” moving forward. Support local business!!!!

They went above and beyond the call of duties to find the best prices on parts for us, and car was finished before promised time.

Jose went above and beyond by answering ALL of my questions politely and thoroughly, even though there was a slight language barrier. I called around to other dealerships and local shops to find out how much it was going to cost me for replacing the radiator in my 2008 Subaru Tribeca. They all quoted me $700-1k and said it would take a full day to a day and a half to complete. Jose got me in right away, explained what he had to do, got the parts I needed, and installed everything in less than 4 hrs. He got me out the door for less than $500 and since then, Ive had no issues with my coolant system. I highly recommend you consider his services!

The owner Jose is truly a wonderful and inviting man. A true inspiration to me and any one else willing to take a chance and go into business for themselves. He does more work than just radiators. He offers full mechanic services. He is fixing the brakes on my car now. I will not go to another mechanic anywhere within 60 miles of here. I cannot say enough or speak highly enough of the services offered here. Highly recommended. Also by far the most competitive pricing for the labor cost. Every time I bring my car in the labor cost are so low I leave him a tip as well. How many people are so happy about the quality and pricing at the mechanic shop that they give the mechanic a tip? I know I never have at another place. I generally leave the mechanic shop feeling ass if my wallet was just raped. Jose is my full time mechanic for as long as he is open here, I will not go to another shop. Highly recommended!

When I first called this place the Guy Jose told me it would be $50 to replace a broken radiator hose in my car. I took my car there thinking that is a really decent price for a part and labor. When I called to let him know I was on my way back to pick it up, he gave me a different price 🤔 then i realized he gave me a broken part and it looked like a rigged job to get me by in the meantime. When I had the part replaced properly, I was told that whoever tried to fix it, did not do what he needed to do to actually replace and fix that part properly. It really put me in a bind because I paid to have him fix it and then when it stopped working I had to miss work, pay more to get it fixed and realized I was screwed over. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.
