Promenade at Hunters Glen is definitely a great location. They take care of you, the location is prime and they have a lake in their backyard. The only reason I’m giving a 4 instead of a 5 is I feel they are lacking in a few amenities and better-end appliances. Other than that, I can definitely say I enjoyed my stay there

We absolutely love living in these apartments. The view is amazing, the staff is super friendly, and its very convenient having a 24 hour fitness center that were able to use after work. Promenade brings in food trucks every few weeks, which is a great way to experience all the different types of food around us. Whenever we needed something fixed in the apartment, maintenance would always be there within a day. The apartments are up to date, quiet, and spacious. You cant beat living on the lake with a view of the mountains, and being walking distance to the metro station that can take you right into Denver. Promenade is a great place to live!

He fixed the toilet just fine. He replaced the ice maker and that was great, but I think something was missed cause it isn’t making any ice now at all! 😂 but he was super friendly 😁 the staff as always are on top of it, should have ice in no time 😁

My husband and I have really liked living at Promenade. Every time weve had an issue theyve been quick to help out. The maintenance staff are WONDERFUL and saved us in the middle of the winter when our heat decided not to turn on. If we werent relocating, then we would have definitely renewed.

Ive asked the office several times every two weeks in one month If they would take care of the hedge that has overtaken the sidewalk. They said that it would get taken care of and it hasnt. The trash can that is next to the grill hasnt been empty for over a month. The light fixture that is in the ceiling outside is hanging and its been like this for several months. Its like these people dont take pride in doing their work in keeping this apartment complex nice. Also, to the owner, I know that you are reading this. I just wanted to inform you of something else if you could contact me. Thank you

I am not sure what people are referring to with regards to management not responding in a timely manner. On weekdays it is usually a matter of hours by email, and there is usually someone there to take a call to the office during office hours. The units are nice, and modern which I love. The location is great, right on a beautiful lake. This will be my second year living here and it is equidistant to Boulder and Denver-- perfect for professionals needing to go to both frequently. The ONLY reason I am giving it 4 out of 5 is because of the dog park. There is dog waste littered everywhere inside the park, but this is not managements fault, rather inconsiderate people being negligent about their pets waste.

I have loved this place ever since I moved in 2 years ago. The staff is awesome, the maintenance workers know their stuff. The place is always clean. Thank you Promenade for giving my family and I a great place to live. Keep that sh#t up 😊

Great experience so far after 2 weeks since we’ve moved in. Very friendly staff, the process to apply and move in was quick and straightforward .This is my second place in Colorado, and with the prices now I feel like it’s a great value.The convenience of having a washer/dryer, dishwasher, balcony, walk-in closet and central air is amazing. Appliances are top notch, and bathrooms are huge.2 drawbacks - parking is nearly impossible. Definitely get a carport for extra 50 a month and know you always have a place to park. Second the fitness center is currently not 24/7 due to covid, so it’s only open when I’m at work.Easy access to the lake is amazing. Very nice to take a walk around. Great area too, lots of shopping and food around.Very happy to have moved here, you won’t regret it.

We have lived at Promenade for a year now and love it. The friendly staff and the location are unbeatable. Any issue that Ive had has been quickly and professionally resolved by the maintenance crew and the leasing office staff. They even work hard to build a true community here, hosting little fun events and contests around special times of the year. They also bring in food trucks every few weeks to spice up the weekdays.Its been great to walk around the lake, as well as the surrounding neighborhood, after work. The location is central to any store or business that I have needed to get to. The apartments are also only a 15 minute walk to the N Line RTD station that brings you into Denver or a 20 minute walk to the Eastlake Nature Preserve. Promenade has been such a comfortable and easy place to live that works well for my lifestyle.

I have been living at Promenade Hunters Glens apartments since 7/2020 and I have had nothing but good experiences and love the nature around the apartment complex the lake and being able to walk around it and going fishing in it. The ladies in the office and the maintenance crew always goes above and beyond. Every repairs I have requested has been taking care of in a timely manner.

Thank you to Matt and Stephon for always fixing any repairs that need to be done in my apartment. Not only doing a great job, but also being so timely. I appreciate you guys more than you know! Also, love having the food trucks here!!

We just renewed our contract for a third year. We love the neighborhood and maintenance is on top of it. They get here as fast and in a professional manner. Never had issues with them nor management.

Overall I have been very happy here. The only issues I have run in to is that there is never any parking when I come home at night and I usually have to park a long ways away from my apartment. Also I have contacted maintenance twice about fixing the lining on our tub and they came once to take a picture of it but that was months ago and I was never contacted further about it so I am just hoping I won’t be charged for this when I finally leave. Other than that, this is a beautiful apartment complex and it has been so nice living near the lake. The staff at the leasing office has always been so sweet and typically answers my emails pretty fast. I would recommend this apartment to someone else.

Have lived here for over 5 years and can say this place is awesome! Great apartments, helpful staff, and friendly maintenance people - Stephon, Maurice, and Matt specifically have helped us out on multiple occasions, each time with a smile. If you’re looking for a place to live, this one is the best!

This place is horrible. They tried kill my family. Had issues with the water heater pilot staying lit especially when running the furnace in the winter time. The carbon detector would always get triped. Maintenance TOOK THE SAFTY SWITCH OFF, hoping to fix the problem. Up until Excel had to lock out the apartment. We never withheld rent, and cleaned spotless before leaving. Video evidence they still want to charge us for the cheep painted counters. The paint wipes off every time you clean them.

My kids and I have been here almost a month. We love it so far! I feel so safe living here. Elexess and Destiny were great with my move in process. I think Matt was the maintenance guy who came and fixed one of my kitchen drawers, and he was super nice! I’ve met Stephon also, and he’s very nice as well! I really appreciate their entire team. We have friends that live here too, and it’s nice to be able to take our kids to the park and watch them play. I love being right next to the lake! Definitely recommend this community!

We LOVE living here. We moved in about a year ago and the staff here is amazing. The ladies in the leasing office are friendly and kind, and the maintenance men, Maurice, Matt and Steph are hard-working and timely. I have never had to wait more than a day to hear from them about any issue we’ve had, and they do it right the first time. We have never lived in an apartment complex before and the employees are one of the main reasons we want to stay longer.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They work with you any way they can. Work orders get handled right away and properly.

We just moved in and they lied to us about our apartment layout. It is missing both a fireplace and a vanity. They showed us apartments when we signed our contract and told us that we were looking at the same layout as the one we would move into. They lied. ON TOP OF THAT, THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST PARKING I’VE EVER SEEN. You can’t park by your building because all the spaces are reserved and the few that aren’t are always full because it’s slim pickings. The spaces and roads are also incredibly narrow. For the apartment’s media person: don’t give me that bs, “contact our office if you have issues.” Not interested in that response and already been contacted.Edit: After living here for 6 months, I am updating this review. Other than the issues listed above, we have had a very good experience here. The staff/maintenance is really nice, the location is good, the lake is beautiful, and we are very satisfied with where we live. Much better than our previous apartment complex.

They want you to pay for parking these days but they cant figure out how to keep their parking lot free of snow or ice. They shovel half the side walk and the rest is piled. Cant tell you how many times Ive had to cling onto a random car to stop myself from splitting my head open. They can shove their new parking costs where the sun dont shine.

I just moved in on 12/24/20. I was not informed about resevered parking I wasnt told that some uncovered parking is resevered until after two of my three vehicles were towed. I found out that I was on a no tow list that expired the same day I moved in so Im not entirely sure whos going to foot the bill but I can tell you this dont move here based solely on parking you have to pay for it and you can still get towed. In a time of crisis these people dont care 8 dollars per vehicle

Been in worse apartments but not much. Management is like all others, dont bother them just get your money to them quickly. Just another big corporation that attempted to build luxury apartments with cheap material and bad craftsmanship. Cut corners to save money. If things break charge the tenants, because it was their fault, not the quality of the products in the apartment. I would not recommend this place to everyone just my enemies. P.S. There is always a diamond in the rough, Miss Destiny is awesome.

I moved into my apartment in early August and have no complaints! Jennifer and Destiny at the leasing office have been very helpful and accommodating each and every time I call with a question or concern. Moving from Pennsylvania with no idea of what the apartment would like, I was pleasantly surprised and happy to walk into exactly what I was expecting! These arent like college apartments, half the time I dont even know I have neighbors because I cannot hear anything from upstairs or next door. I love taking walks around the lake with my pup and always feel safe here.

Ive lived here for almost 2 years, Ive never payed rent late except for 2 times and it was actually because of their system, something involving my password which they didnt want to help with by the way. Ive never had a problem with any neighbors, never are we too loud, never do I host any parties. And since Ive came here, Ive always had to put in the same work orders for maintenance and they always take too long to come and fix them, up to 1 or 2 months. I said fix like that because they dont fix them right which is why I always have to put in the same work orders over and over. I lasted 1 year without my fire alarms working until I called to report about them. Right now i have a month and a half without a working dryer. I called the office to put in a work order on it. Ive been told that it was going to be checked various times and it never was. During the first week I came here, I reported my carpet having a stain and wanted to see if I could get it replaced, they told me they would call me but they never did. Ive reported it more than twice and last time I did it even the manager was present but nothing was ever done with that either. I reported my main door for more than 6 months, yes they came once but it wasnt fixed right because I still had problems with it later on. I had to look for someone else to fix my door for safety reasons. Ive even had my truck stolen here. My lights werent working either, I had to call various times to have them fixed, we stayed with no lights for a few days bad every time I went to the office to tell them once again I felt as if the manager was making fun of me because shed always say maintenance had left for the day. We live just fine we live comfortable but I dont think its fair at all that I pay so much for rent and not at least have maintenance fix necessary problems, but when it comes to paying rent they make sure I pay every last cent. And then once I move out to have everything that Ive reported wrong in the apartment charged to me? No, I dont think thats fair at all. I just hope they change all of this because it is a comfortable place to live in but those details do matter to people.

I visited The Promenade with my daughter to take a tour and see the community. I was thoroughly impressed with the staff and how the whole interaction took place, especially Jennifer. Ive visited over 8 different complexes and none of them treated me as well and so quickly as The Promenade. I have a lease ending soon myself and would love to see myself in that community. The views alone on that property are worth seeing and going for. The units themselves are spectacular and will laid out.

I have enjoyed living at Hunters Glen for 2 years and counting. The rent rates are competitive and the location is awesome. I especially enjoy the lake and greenbelt in walking distance for the dogs. The Property Manager is always available for any issues (which are few) or just a hello and a biscuit for my dogs. Maintenance is swift and efficient. The property is kept clean and I always feel safe. I would highly recommend Hunters Glen for anyone looking for an apartment, especially if you have a dog!!

I have lived at the Promenade for about a year now and I definitely will be renewing my lease. The office staff changed soon after we moved in and since the transition, I have had zero issues with anything. Hannah and her team are on point and have been prompt with any question I have. Maintenance is attentive and usually has things fixed within a day or two, they are also very friendly. Pricing was very reasonable and still is at renewal. I believe the price Im paying for the quality Im receiving is definitely the best in the area. I visited other higher priced apartments with way less amenities and beat up appliances that were priced higher. At Promenade we moved into an apartment with fresh paint, cabinets and appliances. The high ceilings on the third floor and the killer view of the lake was the biggest bonus we received! Super grateful to have found this place.

I have lived here a little over a year now and really enjoy it. The office staff, Hannah and Destiny, are always nice and willing to help with whatever I may need. Maurice, Matt, & Stephon (maintenance crew) work diligently around the clock to make sure everyone’s apartment functions as it should in a timely manner. Additionally, they do a good job in making sure the properly stays clean under whatever conditions. Their efforts certainly don’t go unnoticed. Overall, the property is quiet, clean, and comfortable.

Great staff, super helpful, Destiny was so supportive with all my needs. My move in was smooth. Sadly Im retiring to another state so Ill be moving on. Maurice and maitainence staff were so awesome with all my needs. The only thing i did not like AND I see to bea problem is parking there was no place to park. I had to walk from the other side of the complex to find. Other then that the staff is amazing. Wonderful location.

I see the place has not changed. I even had a electrical out let that sparked and they could not figure out to fix it, like call in a electrician. Or would that have been to difficult. I had cigarette burns on my kitchen floor and bathroom counter top. Besides a neighbor with a pitbull. But thats not all I endured. Just watch your contract, not worth the paper its written on. Suggestion: make sure you have a witness and double signed because the manager at the time had no clue what she was doing and apparently went against company policy in which I am paying for.

We live near these apartments and the outside is not maintained very well. The garages and covered parking are an eyesight. The doors need to be replaced. The sidewalks have had broken grates for over a year. We’ve almost tripped a few times on these. I’m surprised no kids have been injured by these! They are a good 3-4 in Gap in the sidewalk with a drop and with broken jagged plastic. There’s wires sticking up out of the ground everywhere. Especially the backside. The downspout catchers haven’t been where they should be for a long time. They need to revamp the landscaping especially on the backside. They have several tenants who use their balconies as a storage unit, which is not allowed and we’ve addressed with the management. They have some ground floor apartments that have long reed bamboo roiled across their railing and looks really ghetto and not uniform. One has a cutout for a cat to run in and out. They have open electrical on the building in some areas that’s a safety concern. They have plenty of parking however we get tons of people parking on our street and they leave alcohol bottles, cigarettes, oil splatters everywhere. Which the apartments don’t come over and clean of course! They need a policy concerning their tenants parking in other than their parking designations. Their building look like they haven’t been power washed in a long time. The paint needs updated. I could keep going. I have two stars because I cannot attest to the inside.

Ive lived at the Promenade for 3 years and have really enjoyed my time here. The layout of the apartments is very nice as they offer privacy with one room being across from the other and are very spacious with high ceilings. The lake is very close and has a great walking path to enjoy. The gym is great and has nice open space and a beautiful view with all the equipment basics. I absolutely love the Parcel Pending service they now offer, which keeps your packages safely secured for pickup. Erika and the maintenance crew are outstanding and address concerns very quickly.The tough part about apartment living is living with other tenants... people often disrespect the property by leaving trash all over or failing to pick up after their animals outside. Promenade has a 3rd party take care of this, but its sad to see people failing to take care of the complex and being respectful to other tenants. Promenade does a nice job cleaning up after them as best they can. Overall a fantastic experience here and a big thank you to the promenade team for all their hard work!

We lived at Promenade at Hunters Glen for a year and three months and very comfortable. The environment is relaxed and clean; neighbors are nice and respectful; and, Century Middle School is the best in Adams County 12 star. We use the gym frequently and the open swimming 24-7 is wonderful. Hunters Glen Lake is right next to the property, and very beautiful evening walks, sunsets and the mountains. The personal is pleasant to speak to, always handles our trouble calls without delay, and answers questions prompt. I recommend Promenade at Hunters Glen to families. Eileen and Shannon Hernandez

I cant say enough great things about Erika and living at the Promenade!! I was there for 3 years during my transition between buying homes and enjoyed it! They did so much to relieve my stress during the home buying process!!! I was able to use the business center 24/7. It helped tremendously in the home purchase process. Ive been here almost 6 months now and I love it. Any maintenance issue has been taken care of right away, the grounds are clean (even dog poop gets scooped up!), and the facilities are kept up. The staff is always polite and ready to help. Also, we are right on a lake with a mountain view, plus its really quiet. Its awesome!Update: I have been here almost 1.5 years and STILLLLLL love it. Mostly because of maintenance. You hear nightmares about apartments and maintenance, either not getting done or done poorly, just entering your home without warning, crabby apples, etc. Maurice is the best. He even came up to fix my water heater on a day he wasnt working. If it wasnt for that, I wouldve had no heat. He is SO damn quick and tentative, and plain nice. I tell my dad about what he fixes, too, and my dad approves - hes been a handyman and fixer-upper his whole life.

I was moving to the Thornton area on short notice for work and had to find a place to live while I was still back in New York. Although I called several apartment complexes in the Thornton area it was the support, concern, and professionalism that made The Promenade stand out from the rest. Amanda and everyone in the leasing office made my transition alarmingly easy and took care of everything from the lease to finding the unit that best suited my needs. Most importantly when I did arrive the apartment was even more spacious, clean, and beautiful than the pictures led me to believe. The grounds are kept immaculate and the location on the lake offers a great place for an evening stroll. I could not be happier and would recommend The Promenade to anyone in the market for an apartment.

I have a friend that moved in to this place not long ago. I know she didn’t have the best experience, she didn’t want the apartment because it wasn’t even clean when she moved told her I was thinking of moving there after reading all of the amazing reviews. She asked if I saw her review of the horrible move in and incompetence of the manager, Erica. Oddly That review wasn’t there. In fact all of the reviews are from the last month and every single review is raving about the office. What’s more is that the older reviews aren’t very good. Are these reviews real? I looked at the reviews for neighboring places and they were mixed but no where near the amount of recent reviews as this place. The news talks about amazon having fake reviews. Maybe they should look into fake apartment reviews. If it sounds to good to be true it usually is.

Ive been at Promenade since July 2017, and so far Ive loved it. Having the pond out back really does it for me - I can get out every day for a beautiful walk or run, and there are tons of great biking/running roads surrounding this area.Started out with a couple maintenance mishaps, but the team was very quick to respond and swift to fix the issue each time (late on my first night, the washing machine leaked BAD, dripping into the apartment below, but maintenance was very quick to respond, and my neighbors below were very kind about it all... Ive had no washer issues since they replaced it).The ladies in the office are awesome, and if I ever had an issue with paying my rent online (maybe once or twice?), they were very gracious and swift in getting the problem fixed.All in all, its apartment life, so you have some noise, and its across the street from the fire station, but honestly, I think Promenade is as good as it gets - I feel very blessed to have been pointed to this complex when I first moved to Colorado.

This is by FAR the best apartment we have ever lived in.We have lived here for 2 years going on 3 and the third year is transferring to a larger unit. The pricing itself is worth the move since the apartments are upgraded and you are close to everything, and living in Colorado a good price means a lot these days.All of the staff really works with you to find the best solution whether you are just moving in or have an issue. They are the best!! Thank you guys for all you do, leasing agents, management and maintenance!

Recently moved into the apartment. The office ladies made it a breeze to set up a lease and move in. Reasonably priced units. The units have been updated and look fantastic. The neighbors are friendly. The place has a beautiful pool and the property backs a lake. We had problems with some stuff in the unit walk through. The property management came right over and fixed all problems, were fast, and very very nice guys. This place is awesome.

We have been in our apartment almost a year and we love it. The office staff is very friendly!! We have had a few maintenance issues and they have been taken care of in a very timely manner!!

Lived here for three years. Every year the parking gets worse. No where to park, and they have their tow trucks out in force. No where to park and they will tow you. Hating this place more every year.

So we have been in the apartment complex for about 4 months now. The apartment is decent however the tenants around can affect the living. I have made 3 requests into the office about the people living above us about their running til very late at night and shaking the ceiling fan and making photos fall off walls.They have no respect for others around them and so far the office has done nothing about them.If it doesn’t fix soon we will be moving out and not into another apartment within the complex.I do understand the fact of life that everyone might have neighbors; that being said no wants to hear a lot of noise at 10 at night everyday during the weekdays.

We have lived at the Promenade for around three years, with a short break in between apartments. Previous to the new manager and staff entering a few months ago I had nothing but great things to say about this residence. Keep in mind, we comply with all rules and regulations, keep our apartment spotless and have never had a single issue. Firstly, the new staff is very rude and disrespectful towards residents. We wanted to add a garage to the rent. They wanted to charge us twice as much as we were told during our lease signing, and they would not honor the original amount we had signed on. Secondly, the maintenance staff doesn’t keep up on the amenities whatsoever. Our dryer takes four cycles to dry. We put in a work order weeks ago, and have yet to see anyone come and take a look at it. Lastly, the office has very little records of basic things, like key card numbers. Today I walked in to a sign stating that if I didn’t remit my key card number to them, they would be turning off our keys in a few short days. Residents are being inconvenienced and punished for their apparent lack of record keeping. They are very unprofessional. They seem to be heading in the wrong direction here and I am very disappointed in this residence as of now. I don’t recommend this community, which is very sad because we have sincerely loved it here and have never had an issue until this transition. I hate to write bad reviews, but I think it is very needed in this circumstance. Be aware before moving to this community.

My family and I have lived here for about 6 months. Office personnel are very nice and accommodating. We really appreciate them. My 1 complaint is the other tenants who live here with pets. I have 1 dog. He is very well mannered. Anytime I bring him out to the Bark Park, I am considerate of other dogs if there are any. I will patiently wait for them to leave the area, if I am nervous FOR my dog. NOT of my dog. With that being said, if he uses the restroom outside of the Bark Park, I ALWAYS CLEAN IT UP. ALWAYS. What is wrong with people? If you are unable to clean up after your dog EVERY TIME... YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE ONE!!!! Leaving big piles of dog poop around our building or anywhere for that matter is unacceptable, irresponsible, and disgusting. I have to say, its not fair to the staff to have to clean up after you. They have enough to do Im sure. Or maybe you think that they should have to clean up your apartment also. Also.... Parking is the worst ever.

Lease signing and move-in was a breeze. Jennifer made the experience simple and enjoyable.

Im a 3+ yr resident. I recently had a valve break causing 3 inches of standing water in all rooms, even over the carpet. Took the cleanup crew 5 days to dry the unit. I asked Erika the mgr to pro rate my rent for 5 days of soggy carpet in freezing December and very loud industrial fans running round the clock. Only Seems reasonable right? She didnt offer to discount me a dime. When I called the Regional mgr, Janeen, and left multiple messages I was given the silent treatment. It appears current residents arent worth a phone call, much less a break on their rent when their faulty units break down. Very disappointed with greedy and impersonal management. Wouldnt recommend this place to friends.

I am giving these apartments 1 star and I wouldnt recommend these to anyone. The manager Linda is very rude and disrespectful and has no business calling herself a manager. She likes to raise her voice, cut you off while youre talking, and toss pens across the desk instead of handing it to you. We lived there for a year and there were always issues. Upon move in the apartment was FILTHY, there were dead bugs, dust, nails all over in the carpet, handles on one bathrooms cabinets but not the other, and the apartment smelt like smoke. The heater never worked and they came to fix it 5 times. There were drug deals happening right outside. There were multiple times we came home to a random car parked in the carport we paid for, called towing company and were told they no longer worked for the property and we were never given any notice. Upon move out I wrote a check for $80 and Linda called to tell me that she was shredding my check because I was over paying and it would be easier if I brought a check for $50 instead. It was such an invonvience for me to do that instead of them refunding the amount we overpaid.

The apartments themselves are decent. The dog park is a tiny little fenced off area but there is a beautiful lake you can walk around that makes up for that. The year round pool advertised was closed this year without informing residents and several gym equipment machines are broken and have been for months, but management has known about it. Speaking of “management”, it’s a complete joke. There are ALWAYS new people in the office except the “manager”. Wouldn’t this be a red flag to upper management that something is amiss? (Anyone that has been on the lower end of the totem pole knows upper management hasn’t a clue about what’s really going on. So dont expect things to change around here) Office people and service guys are always just hanging out and not working. They go right past the trash on the ground and just leave it there. If you have the opportunity to steal a computer away from a kid in the business center you are forced to listen to the manager laugh at everything the service guy says. They are oblivious to the fact that everything echoes in that empty shallow office and all of us are aware of what is really going on behind that door. The staff park in the carports that are located right in front of the office which takes away parking for the tenants. Not sure why they even have FREE assigned parking when they are always leaving. They take two hour lunch breaks and leave early all of the time. Friday the office was closed the later half of the day and all the carports were empty. Not a soul around except the Thornton police which is common. The bottom line is if you need a decent apartment and you can avoid the employees or lack of this is an alright place to live.

So far my simple maintenance requests have been fixed in a timely manner. Pretty quiet place also.

The trash is a serious problem here. People think its okay to just leave their open trash bags anywhere around the dumpster. Most times Ill walk around the other side where you have to open the gate and that side of the dumpster is completely empty. The trash is usually overflowing, blowing around the park and into our porch. The dog poo was also a problem but Ive noticed a worker picking it up now which I can appreciate but its sad people cant pick up after there own dogs. The stafd and matinence is very polite and helpful

I absolutely love living here, and dont want to move! Im only moving to be closer to work. This place is awesome! I moved from MI and had a different complex screw me over w/a bait and switch. The staff here was fabulous, and got me into an awesome apt that same day before the moving truck caught up to me. My only complaint about this place is the noise from 128th- but I have an apt on that side of the complex, facing the road, so I bet if you were closer to the pond, the noise wouldnt be as loud.Maintenance is absolutely fantastic, you guys totally rock! I moved here last May and the day after my air conditioning broke- so what did maintenance do? Well they went to Lowes and bought me a giant a/c unit to get me through the next 24 hrs till they could fix the central a/c. Cannot say enough nice things about them!My apt itself is very nice- vaulted ceilings, fireplace, lots of windows, great view, washer and dryer, walk in closet- I dont want to leave! The grounds are great, with a few exceptions when people dont pick up after pets, or are too lazy to bring trash to dumpster, but mgmt is quick to address and it shows. And best of all theres a beautiful pond with a paved trail to walk around. Plus theres tons of trails around the neighborhood and oodles of open space. Great place to live!Stay classy Promenade at Hunters Glen, and I may just have to move back when the light rail makes its way here :)

If I could give negative stars I would. This place has the most inconsiderate management Ive ever dealt with. I work two jobs and have a toddler I pay my Bills I work hard but this place allows cars to be broken into and everything to be stolen and passes ot off as not their problem it happens according to the police after my car was ransacked and everything stolen including my wallet purse, carseat and my radio and subs I was the SIZTEENTH report of a car being broke into on their property still not their problem. Due to being robbed and my bank accounts frozen from thiefs using my stuff they refused to work with me to pay my rent. A 1500$ rent bill went to $2100 in a matter of days and attorneys fees. They refuse to let you put rent money orders in a drop box so if youre off work past the time they claw expect daily late charges. Horrible staff. Horrible company

I love living at the Promenade. The ambiance is awesome with a serene lake at the back of the complex a year round pool, 24/7 gym and internet cafe and most importantly courteous friendly staff!If I need maintenance they are prompt and courteous. We only have one challenge at this complex the disrespectful young crowd who do NOT live at this complex but think it is ok to jump the pool fence late at night and disturb the residence with their drunken noise and vandalism. Where are their parents and why are they not teaching their children breaking and entering is a crime as is vandalism. Shame on those parents!Our staff at the Promenade work hard to provide a pleasant environment to reside in and always are prompt to follow up when the creeps from outside invade our peace and quiet. Thank you for your service staff at the Promenade at Hunters Glenn. I am going on three years here and hope to be here for a long time to come. I highly recommend the Promenade to anyone looking for a place to call home!

Still wont answer the phone after you call 20 times in a row. always unorganized and unfriendly in the office. you guys need to get your act together and learn to smile or something. Corporate will be involved

This place is horrible. We were trying to get an apartment and advised them of the short notice time frame we needed it in. Called and called no answer no response to my voicemail when I finally got through they told me they would call me back. U can guess they never called back even with my app status back. This place sucks glad we got an apartment else where

I would give them a 0 star rating if possible.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Kids running around all over playing in the parkingTrash and cigarette butts everywhere. It takes five calls to get anything fixed and you get charged for HOA fees when the place isn’t even clean. It’s disgusting. Save your money.
