What a wonderful experience. I have worked with Bailey from the tour of the apartment, through all of the paperwork and lease signing. She is AMAZING. The communication from her side is outstanding. her patience level is that of a saint. Bailey went above and beyond every time. She made this the best experience. I can honestly say I have never had such perfect Customer Service. Bailey is the best ambassador, any company would be lucky to have someone like her representing them. I just want to see that Bailey is phenomenal and Im so grateful to her for everything.
Really enjoy living here and highly recommend. My only complaint would be the “trash valet” service they offer. Just put your trash outside your door and they will take it. Nice service, but It can be hit or miss at times and take them days to get it. Overall though highly recommend this apartment complex!
Randy is the best! Always makes sure I am set. Friendly and made me feel right at home! Thanks Randy!
Horrible management. Wanna blame you for not being informed about appointments, their contractors suck when they show up theyre rude or dont get the job thats if they show up. Theyre security parking lot service is horrible letting people get away with anything when theres not enough parking for residents alone.
We were very picky in choosing a place to live & were very impressed with the grounds, how easy the application process was & how friendly and helpful the staff has been through the whole process. We are very excited to have chosen this community.
The new management doesn’t do anything for us we talked to them about the parking issue and other residents have too. I get off work at 7 some days during the week and I come and there’s never parking near my building or none at all! There are MANY cars WITHOUT permits or no plates on the none visitor spots and nothing is done! When mission rock was the management this never happened! Also cars that are on visitor parking that don’t EVER move there cars from there! PARKING HAS BEEN A BIG ISSUE AND NOTHING IS BEING ENFORCED!!!
Maintenance came out the same day that I called about my washer, with-in a day or two I had a new one installed!! Thanks Guys! 🙃🙃
We have lived her for over 20 years, between 2 apartments. We raised our son here, and made some life long friends. We have been through a lot of management teams, my favorite was Holland, least favorite Mission Rock. The jury is still out on the new one..not who our staff is now. I dont feel like the residents concerns have been taken seriously...we have a big parking issue, where they really dont enforce anything, there is nothing to keep morale for the residents, no decent play area for the kids..there have been cars stolen(ours one of them), mailboxes broken into, the walks arent always cleaned or salted...Residents want to know that we matter...i really hope the new management does better.
Parking is horrible.! Never a parking spot when I get home around 6. The new Maneger is rude and doesn’t have sympathy for other people .I have two young children, My apartment got damaged by a water leak 2 months ago and still haven’t finished my fixing my kitchen. I can’t cook or wash dishes due to this incident. They won’t give me a discount or move me to another apartment. I miss the old Maneger Alex, always had everything fixed.
We went through the whole process of the application and finding a guarantor. Fonud out we still didnt qualify, just a waist of time and money.
I live in the apartments and have lived here going on two years, the maintenance staff does a poor job on the snow removal, the buildings are falling apart, our breezeways are very dirty and have not been kept up on. The grounds always have trash all over. Parking here is horrible, cars have been broke down in front of our building for months, the parking spaces are very small.
Pros - Quiet, close to shopping centers and highways, neighbor’s don’t bother you, friendly leasing agents that will work with you if your falling on hard timesCons- hard to find parking at a certain time, workout room don’t have too much, and if you have kids it will be very boring not too much activities for kids out here, make sure you get a garage cause they steal cars out here mines got stolen 2/27/21
Worst apartment complex we have ever lived in. For starters the parking is a nightmare. Not being able to find a parking spot anywhere around our building so we have to park by the office. Wouldnt be horrible but most cars out front have no parking pass and they no longer enforce parking passes. Next thing is the conditions of the apartment complex its self. They recently redid the lines in the parking lot and it looks like someone who was on drugs did the lines. And the final thing that put the nail in the coffin is management that doesnt care. One of our neighbors moved into an apartment that smelled like mold and has water damage. They went to the apartments manager and just got shrugged at. They have since went to codes of enforcement and filed a complaint. Another thing is we have neighbors that actively smoke in the apartment above us. Weed and cigarettes. The smell seeps into our apartment and we have complained multiple times with the same answer oH We wIll lOok iNto iT with nothing being done. If anything look elsewhere for an apartment complex like west new haven.
I have lived here for a little over a year now, i love it here. One of the best apartment complexes i have lived in. Alex and Andrew have always been very helpful and professional! The maintenance is also very helpful and professional and get to my maintenance requests as fast as they can!
Alexis helped me and my boyfriend when we considered moving to the Thornton area. She was always super professional and super quick to answer any and all questions we had. Due to job placement we could not move here but are highly considering re-applying when our lease is up in December. She made Covington Ridge seem like a very welcoming place.
Roads need a lot of work.
Very prompt and polite!
I had a great move in experience with Covington. They were incredibly understanding and willing to work with me.Maintenance- Super nice guys that will definitely be glad to help. My girlfriend and I have dealt with them a few times and each time was seamless. They may take a little time to get to your order but typically we were taken care of quickly.Grounds- well maintained but some residents dont pick up their dog waste😡 the management seems to pick up the slack on this at times which is VERY nice.Gym - Nothing special but gets the job done. Overlooks the pool which is nice on a sunny day. The only reason this is 4 instead of 5 stars is the broken gym equipment. Not everything is bad but the dumbbells and cable machine are in rough shape.Price - much lower than Denver in general. I find the value to be above satisfactory.
Best apartment complex I’ve lived in. Maintenance is always prompt. Alex in the office is extremely helpful and professional. Love living here.
Alex and Andrew are amazing and very professional. They went out of their way without me even asking to make sure my needs were met & that I was well taken care of. Ive never met an apartment staff so friendly & willing to help. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I highly recommend this place to others.
Given the market we are in in Denver it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Andrew and his team. They were very knowledgeable with their answers to my questions and very helpful! My husband and I had a pleasurable experience looking for an apartment here rather than the terrible experiences we’ve elsewhere.
Came across this apartment complex by chance & Im so thankful I did! From the few times Ive spent in the complex and with the staff, I can tell they are professional, friendly, and strive to make this place a home for their residents. Ive had confidence every step of the way getting ready to move here - the value is incomparable and location is great! Im excited to make this place a home.
My roommate and I have been searching for a new apartment for a while and when we found Covington Ridge we were excited. The leasing staff was super helpful in finding what we were looking for and they took in consideration of what we needed. The price was just right for what we got as well. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.
Megan, the leasing agent, has been so great. She has always promptly returned phone calls, been thorough in her explanations, and has gone above and beyond in welcoming us to the community. Ed has also been very friendly and welcoming. Its always a good sign in a community when the staff are happy and accommodating. That shows great management and indicates a better living experience in my opinion!
I highly highly recommend these apartments. The apartments are very neat and comfortable. The best part about this place is the staff. Maintenance has always been very fast after I put in a request. The ladies in the main office are incredible and will literally help you out with anything you need.
After taking a tour today I have nothing but great things to say about Covington Ridge. The staff were great, the attention to what I wanted was amazing. They listened, they cared. This is the reason I chose to go with Covington Ridge over any of the other apartment homes in the area. Heres to great, fresh, living!
Live here couple years ago great place to live in
I have only lived here for a few months but I absolutely LOVE the complex, there were a few maintenance issues we had but any time we put a request the responded within a day or two. The staff is always super kind (maintenance and office) and the property is kept up very nicely. The only that bothers me is people not picking up their dog poop however, that is not the properties fault since they provide bags and trash cans. We have a two year old daughter and feel safe putting her to sleep here every night (even living on ground level). I absolutely love this place and am glad we can call it home and plan on staying until we buy our own house!
My ex-girlfriend lived here. The apartments are amazing, but due to the fact she lived here and she wasnt very nice, they get 1 star. Id give them 0 if it let me. Beautiful beautiful place though.
WORST apartment complex Ive ever rented from. There is absolutely NO ground maintenance during winter time. The walkways are covered in ice, and the parking spaces become absolutely hazardous and slippery. Black ice forms on the inside roads of the complex and your car is doomed to slip and crash at any moment. Automatic lease renewal and automatic monthly rent increase without your permission is bound to occur. Eviction notices will come to your door if you are 3 days late on your rent.(and they will be open for anyone else who walks by to read)Watch out for the fine print on the lease. These people would get you good. If you order anything online, packages will NOT go to your apartment, but straight to the office and youll have to go pick it up every single time. The walls are paper thin and you will hear every obnoxious noise people in other apartments make.*cherry on top? Appliances and fixtures are from the late 80s so good luck with your utility bills since they will refuse to replace your w/d. Expect to do 3 cycles to dry one load of clothes.Covington ridge is a total nightmare.
Moving from across the country was difficult however all of the staff at Covington Ridge made the move in painless and simple. From the first time we spoke I knew this community was where I wanted to live. Denise was my first point of contact, very friendly, outgoing and made me feel welcome. Christy was efficient and wonderful to work with. Brad has been kind, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to make Covington Ridge feel like home. The maintenance staff is friendly as well and the only two issues that Ive had have been dealt with promptly. The apartment was spotless and ready for me to move in when I arrived. I have no complaints, all I have is accolades for the CR management team. Id also like to thank them for their hard work and for making Covington Ridge a wonderful place to call home.
This is my third apartment, and it is by far the best i have experienced. We have a private entrance, a huge half covered and half uncovered balcony, a window seat for the cats, a fantastic layout, and wonderful pool area. Not to mention we love the staff.
Horrible place to live regretted it 2 months in.
For the money you can definitely find a better apartment and complex elsewhere. I lived here for two years. The first year was awesome the second year...not so much. A year ago they changed security companies, now there is little to no security. In the last year I saw security a total of twice. The complex has trash everywhere. Not to mention the valet trash which just sits outside of everyones door. On top of it all one of my neighbors stole another neighbors car after breaking into the ground floor apartment. The only one in the office that seems to know what theyre doing is Denise. My best advise is you can find better!
Like others have said, the staff is what makes this place great. Most proactive and respectful office staff and maintenance Ive had the pleasure of dealing with. I would recommend calling this place home.
I recently moved here, so far I love it. I have no issues with anything. Denise is awesome she is so sweet. I think pay your bills on time & there will be no problems. I love the fact that you do need a parking permit I always find parking right in front of my apartment. I live on 1st floor and hear nothing fro my neighbors. Super cozy. I order online quite often & have never had an issue, if it is Fedex or UPS they;ll deliver on door, if it is USPS it will be delivered to office & they will leave a slip in your mailbox. I had a small dryer issue which was resolved immediately, sent an email from work at 10am got immediate response & by the time I was home at 4 maintenance guy had fixed it already.
Old apartments, balcony door is awful, it wont close all the way and looses a lot of energy A/C or Heat. My electricity bill is an enormous, maybe because I live on the 3rd floor, but paying $200 easy a month - believe it or not. Limited parking spots. If you come late, you wont find a single parking spot and then you will have to park at the guest parking which is far.All i can say you can find a newer apartments for the same money. Over all I dont like it.
Alex was amazing and made my move so easy! Will definitely recommend !
Hot tub is broken...hasnt worked in months. Just talked to office and they said they are trying to see if it is in the budget to fix it....um what does that mean? The pool and hot tub are listed as an amenity...maybe I should have looked for the word working pool and hot tub. So frustrated.
I am so sad to have my lease come to an end. :( I NEVER had any issues whatsoever with my apartment or the staff. The customer service is the BEST! Denise Benson is such a sweet lady always willing to help & is always in such a happy mood, so attentive. I lived alone, never had any security issues, I had frequent visitor and never did they have any parking issues. I dont understand why people have so many negative things to say, its easy enough of YOU FOLLOW THE RULES everything will be fine! Of course if you dont then you have to pay the consequences. If I ever had any minor maintenance issues they would literally be fixed within 24 hrs, Edvin was great, he came and installed a light fixture in my bedroom literally within a couple hrs from the moment I emailed Denise. From the first time I inquired to the last day of my lease they were always willing to go the extra mile on my last date Edvin was so kind enough to remove the curtains along w curtain rods, he also removed the TV mount screws. I am so sad to be leaving Covington ridge I will definitely miss the staff specially Denise. I already moved to my new place & can tell the difference in the staff, it does not compare with Covington Ridge. Wish I could take you with me.
Their prices on website are different then what they actually charge. The staff was unprofessional with us. I would not suggest this place at all
Been here 2 years and its been amazing! Great staff, great environment.
This complex was great when we moved in 2 years ago. The apartment is cozy and was for a good price. But everything went downhill once the complex was bought out by Mission Rock. The old company was great and would work with us on just about anything. I went to the new administration with a problem with our unit and they barley fixed it. They took a week to resolve the issue and when i asked about working with them for some kind of compensation for the problems i had i was completely blown off. The cost of living here has gone up drastically from when we moved in as well. While this may look like a very nice place to live i would urge others to stay away from here.
Love living here!! The floorplans are spacious, the price is just right, great amenities, and conveniently located. :)
I laugh at the anonymous reviews. Been here 1.5 years, the complex is quiet, and well-maintained. I have seen police activity once in my time here. As for the rent and late payments, those are the rules described when you move in. 3 days late, you are out. Solution: pay your rent.Ive never had to call maintenance, all appliances work just fine. The only negative is the parking. It is unassigned, and can be difficult to find a spot. Office staff is friendly, professional.
I have lived here for about two years, and at one time, I thought of moving to something newer (and more expensive), but you cant beat the management and staff. This feels like home. They have gone out of their way for me more than once and have always addressed any of my issues in a timely fashion, too. They couldnt be more awesome!!
Weve recently had issues with flooding in one of our bedrooms and discovered black mold in our utility closet. We contacted the leasing office for a possibility of being offered cheaper rent or being relocated to a different unit since there is plenty of health hazards with the mold, but we were simply told it could not be done since it was out of their control. I understand they couldnt prevent a leak from making its way into our unit but being pushed aside as if nothing could be done is ridiculous. They still havent taken care of the mold and the bedroom wall/carpet hasnt been repaired as well and its been nearly a week.If you have any issues regarding flooding in your unit, prepare to deal with it for a while. Mold in your unit as well? You have to deal with it.
We just moved out of Covington Ridge after living there for 3 years. When we moved in, Holland Residential was the property management company who oversaw the complex. The staff at the time were amazing and held little gatherings like ice cream socials for the residents. The office team really showed that they cared about their residents.Mission Rock bought Covington Ridge early last year and the customer service went down drastically for a year and has gotten a little better. Although the maintenance team seems more qualified to do their job verses the Holland Residential team, they do take a really long time to respond and they don’t always honor the “Rock Solid Guarantee” as they promise on their webpage. We have reached out to corporate more than we should have to get issues resolved for the better part of last year - again, they have gotten better. They don’t ever answer their phones when you call and they sometimes don’t “get voicemails” we’ve left.I noticed there are comments regarding dog waste being around the property and as a dog owner, the staff never checks on the dog stations to ensure they are stocked and the trash bins are emptied. I’ve told the office many times they are empty with no bags and it would always take 2-3 weeks for them to restock them. I’ve gotten the classic excuse of “ah yeah we are working on trying to figure out who would be responsible for it...” They have hired a company that comes periodically to pick up dog waste. I guess it’s too difficult to check all 4 stations twice a month.Amenities are standard but when the pool is supposed to be open, there is a closed sign on it frequently. The workout room doesn’t have treadmills or ellipticals that work. So basically you pay for the amenities, but can’t use them. On the positive side, the location is convenient and the apartments are spacious, but you can probably get a nicer, updated apartment for the same price elsewhere.
I didnt want to write a review about this place but I feel compelled to do so to warn others. I have lived in this place for 3 years but things got that bad when Mission Sand, sorry Rock took over.People in the management are very unprofessional. They barely answer phone calls like they are always busy talking to paramedics. They mixed utility bills and put some much on others they diss. The apartment looks nice but spiders will invade your house in summer time. Get ready to fight them otherwise those spiders will get you all webbed around. They generate useless emails and dark- copy fliers to inform on incoming things like they were saving on ink and sheet of papers. Each month they add something to your water and trash utility bills. Some lights out there are out and they dont think of fixing them. Those lights which residents pay are not bright even a candle would light better...Parking spots are so small that lot of cars get scractched but each year they go to great lengths to fix the parking spots which are always the same. I wonder if they do that so residents know they work or they do that to tell us that they can bring sands to the desert. My kudos to the maintenance team. They are very active and do a good job. Stay away from Covington Down, sorry Ridge. You will be paying that much money for a hut value. To the owner of this place Id say never ever give a rooster to sell your peanuts.
The leasing staff has been great! They have made this whole moving process a breeze for my roommate and I.
This place is ridiculous!! The office staff less than proficient. They said my apartment was move in ready and it was not. The dryer was broke the dishwasher, no screen on the lo to the ground windows where children could easily fall out. The shower head sprayed every where but the shower and the sink was clogged. Then the cold hit and the heater didnt work. Beyond all that they towed my fiancés camper and my brothers truck and booted my car. I can not believe that people live under these kinds of rules and pay an outrageous amount to do so. I do not recommend these apartments.
Friendly staff. Clean environment. Seamless process.
I lived in these aparmtments for three years. Parking is awful! It is permit parking, so if you have guests they have to park a ways away or risk getting booted... and I think they sit and wait for someone to violate that rule. I had gotten sick and my sister came over one night to bring some food for my kids and while she was there (for all of 10min) her car was booted. They even charged her extra to remove the boot right away even though they were still in the complex. They dont work with your time at all for coming in to fix things, and they just kind of put a bandaid on the problems instead of correcting them. We had someone come for the toilet constantly running a few times because they would just get it to stop temporarily and then call it good even though the issue was not fixed. There was mold in the bathroom. None of the vents worked properly, in the bathroom or laundry room. They only have one dog bag station in the whole complex so there is dog poop every where because no one wants to walk to the other side to get a bag. They dont do a very good job de-icing in the winter. My electric bill was extremely high. I did live on the 3rd floor but I paid more to excell then my sister who owns a 2000sqft house. Windows front door and sliding glass door are very drafty. Very little cupboard space in the kitchen. If they lowered the rent by alot then it might be worth it, but at the prices they charge it is not the place you want to be for the amount of money you have to spend. I also think the office staff is very unorganized. They are nice, but dont communicate with eachother, so you might hear from someone several times about the same issue. Very happy I moved...
The staff are nice and helpful
This place is a JOKE & the office staff is so unprofessional. I have never in my life dealt with such imature women. The manager there was fired from her other job for her unprofessional ethics but cause whom she knows is why she got her job here. I was forced into my apartment & it wasnt even ready to be moved into. They want to blame other people but themselves for the error. WRONG!Ha, they must really be hard up cause for the passed few weeks now there has been kids (under aged) working on the property & riding around on the cart. Whats wrong with this picture. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Apartments are wonderful & the Maintenance men are awesome but the OFFICE STAFF IS fake & unprofessional.
When they changed property management companies the quality has declined dramatically down hill.
Dishwasher was broken for three months before they would fix it, my kitchen light went out on Friday at 4 o’clock and was told they will put in a work order for Monday, we will see which monday, we will be leaving here as soon as lease expires, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
Do not live here or by mistake and if you do, do not live more than two years, these people will charge you the smallest detail, even if it is a small rayon, we left that house a month ago and believe me it was a surprise to see everything that they are charging us are very abusive apart from the fact that the maintenance does not give good service they take weeks to repair something and they do not even do it well I do not recommend them at all do not live here if you do not want all your savings taken away
