Wasnt impressed with the customer service. The job was done I think. They didnt really fill me in on what the deal was. Hundreds of dollars in add-ons that I felt guilty about not getting. Made a massive mess of my house. Got dust all over clean baby clothes I had in the hallway way away from any vent that was being work on. Dinged up my bed. Only let me look at pictures for a second. They are the best price in town but you are probably getting what you paid for.

I was given a fair quote, having received other quotes that were similar and since a few items were removed prior to the move date, they even adjusted my price to be $150 less. With the amount of items in the home, I also couldnt believe everything was broom clean in about 4 hours. Their trucks are brightly designed and clean. I would definitely use their service again.

Clean up was quick, the technician was very friendly and professional, and the cleaning was moderately priced no gotcha charges. All in all a staright forward job I definitely recommend them for your next job.

I received great customer service by both the office arranging my air duct cleaning appointment and two gentlemen who came to do the service. The technicians were extremely fast, efficient and respected all of my needs and wishes. They are up front about pricing and it is well worth it. I will absolutely be using this company again!

ProClean came out and quickly and efficiently cleaned our ducts and furnace. My wife and I work from home and they worked around us with minimal disturbance to us, which was very nice. The technician was open and honest about the price up front, gave us options for extras but did not pressure us into anything we didnt want, was polite, hardworking and friendly. Would use them again in the future.

I called ProClean Cleaning Services because I had used another carpet cleaner and was not very satisfied. My ProClean technician, Sam, did an amazing job removing some stains on my stairs and in the living area. He was very professional and the stairs look better than any of the previous cleanings. We called ProClean for a carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning. Mary answered and walked me through the entire process of how it works and the benefits of their equipment and truck. We arranged a date and time. Sam showed up, put booties on and walks through the house for a pre inspection. He then pulled in hoses after putt in corner guards around the house. He finished the 3200 sq.ft home in about two hours and it looks great. Walked through, took payment and cleaned up and left. The entire experience was 5 stars! I’d definitely used them again, the truck with its heated water and fully self-contained system took all the stains out of our light colored carpets. It had been 16 years and 3 dogs later and now the carpets look new again. Thank you ProClean and crew!

$300 for a little over 1/2 hour of work seems way over the top. The guy and his helper were at my house for 45 minutes total, vacuuming the ducts and furnace, and then showing me pics of their work. The furnace cleaning, as far as I could see, involved taking off the front cover and vacuuming what was right in front. Hmmm... I could have done that myself in five minutes and saved the extra $75. Im not saying the work they did was bad, but the price seems excessively high for their quick job.

This is the one and only time were have the ducts cleaned in our home. Jury is still out on whether it will have a positive health impact. That said, ProClean Cleaning Services was awesome. From start to finish, our tech, Sam, was incredibly kind, polite and informative. At the end, he walked me through what he had done and showed me photos of the gunk. He didnt leave any trace that he had been in our home. I highly recommend ProClean - and Sam!

The first thing I thought was a bit weird was when I called to schedule my carpets and chimney to be cleaned. They didn’t even ask for my name, only my address and phone number. They didn’t ask how many rooms I wanted cleaned either. The second thing that was not ok, was when the technician showed up at my house, he only had me scheduled for a chimney cleaning service. I told him I had received a voicemail the day prior confirming both services. He “fit me in” to his schedule and “cleaned” my carpets in my living room, hallway and 2 bedrooms. I felt like the job was rushed and sub-par at best. The brushing of the chimney took tops, 90 seconds. I don’t think he even made it half way up the chimney.The carpet was not clean after he left and I don’t have high hopes for the chimney. I took it upon myself to re-clean my carpet with a store bought carpet cleaner and let’s just say I should have saved my money and gone that route in the first place. After being on a 2 week wait list, I expect thorough service and instead was left feeling ripped off. I would not recommend this company and will never use again.

I was notified Sam was on the way. He arrived on time and was very personable and professional. He did a great job cleaning all the vents in the house, explaining what he was doing along the way. Packed out and cleaned up a little.

Does not care for your service- do not expect any type of customer service from this company. I had a bad feeling about how this company works and then noticed other disrespectful encounters from other customers on the reviews. I also noticed that they either dont respond to the other negative reviews or give excuses for their negative professionalism. Very rude and not someone I would want to do business with.

Ive used ProClean for two of my properties, for my rental house, they did carpet cleaning and for my own house Ive tried them for air duct cleaning.I must tell You that in both houses the results very pretty impressive, carpets came out really clean, most of the stains are gone and technician Alex was very polite and professional. As for the air ducts, there was a team of two and both of the guys were uniformed, respectful to my house and did a fine job, leaving no dust behind, even though there was lots and lots of dust in my vents.

Today we had Alex out to clean the carpets in our house. Not only was he very good at his job he was a very pleasant person to have working in the house. There are three kids, two dogs and two cats in this house and the carpets look (and smell) as good as they did the day we moved in.

They were on time as far as there procedures i was not impressed they hooked a vehicle mounted Vacuum hose to my trunk line in basement and the suction was no more than a shop vac. They vacumed the returns and blew air into them they never used a brush anywhere only air from a compressor and only went into ducts about 3 ft to me i spent $189 for there air duct cleaning not worth it besides the dust they blew back into my home competitors charge $300 to 400 so you get what you pay for. If you want a good job go else were this service is not worth it besides they were in an out in 30 to 40 min a rush job.. I do not recommend Pro Clean Services PERIOD spend your money else were.

I worked for them on my day off (tuesday) to make some extra money.Very weird from tech(sam) to the service itself. We did 3 airducts jobs and they only took less than 45 mins each to finish .what really got my attention is him using the truckmount vacuumhose to do the air duct cleaning which barely has any suction.I been in this industry for over 5 years and I can tell you this company is ripping people of.Be careful with this company.

I wasted a whole day waiting for someone to show up to clean my chimney. I phoned the company and was told the technicians got lost and they couldnt phone to reschedule as my phone was out-of-order. This is a complete lie! My phone number works just fine. If they stand me up and lie about my phone number not working, what else are they going to lie to me about. What a horrible way of doing business!!!

I invited ProClean services into my home a few weeks ago to clean my air ducts on a coupon offered in the mail. Of course they offered more than the original services (at an extra cost). The team leader did explain there would be some dust. Afterwards the house was a mess (dust everywhere) and they broke a vent in the upstairs bathroom without replacing it. I called several times asking them but eventually they wouldnt reply. They did clean my vents, but they moved the dirt in the ducts to the interior of my house and never replaced the broken vent. I regret contacting them in the first place and wished I contacted a more reliable company.

Cleaned our ducts and carpet, then cleaned out his equipment in out landscape rocks and left a big pile of wet mess. Somehow he managed to burn a plant out front. Will not hire again.

Complete lack of Integrity. Technician Sam was trying to undercut another local Carpet Cleaning Company and promised to clean my carpets for free the next time if I sent him the invoice showing that I really was only charged $205 for the services Carrington Carpet Care provided. I did so in February, never heard back and have called back the past few days. Finally got a hold of the manager Dave and (abridged version) he said I was ridiculous and hung up on me. I dont expect anything for free really, but it is the principal and the disrespect that is shocking to me as a local business owner. I would back my employees word and would have tried to make it right rather than hanging up on someone. Very disappointed!

Very good carpet cleaning company, I thought I had many unremovable stains on my carpets (2 dogs and 1 cat), but these guys came and did the inspection first, they explained what they can do and what the cant, but said they would do their bestWhen they finished with the cleaning, I was really surprised with the results, most of the stains are gone forever, jus two remained, but the staining is much lighter now, I have paid a little extra for pet odor removal, but its worth it, carpet looks and smells much-much better, thanks

The ProClean tech punctured our air conditioning coil when cleaning our ducts according to 2 separate HVAC techs. ProClean manager Alex, at the first phone call afterward, told us he would not come out and look at it and to take him to small claims court. It will cost us $4000-$6000 to fix.Beware.
