Such great technicians committed to doing a quality job. They installed a new garbage disposal, kitchen faucet/sprayer, and replaced washing machine faucets and hoses. The house was built in 1958, so the plumbing was old. They did a tremendous in doing whatever was required to bring it up to current functionality. The technicians were very professional. We will definitely use Brother’s Plumbing again!

This summer (2021), we called and emailed a half dozen HVAC companies, none of whom returned our calls or emails. Zero response. Then we called Brothers. They returned our call within an hour and quickly scheduled a maintenance visit for four days later. Beyond providing maintenance to our heating system, we ended up using Brothers to install a whole new AC for our house. The entire process went very smoothly. The Brothers staff responded quickly, were on time, professional, and diligent. This will be our preferred company for all future HVAC maintenance and upgrades.
Totally ripped off on part cost. Wanted to charge me $415 for a $30 part. Over a 1000% mark up! I ordered the exact one online and will replace it myself. Screwed me on the part they did install too. Found it online for $23 after they charged me $355! Do yourself a favor, use someone else
Milo was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail to us to make sure we understood what the issues were. He did not rush through exploring what possibilities maybe wrong with the AC unit. He was very thorough. We really felt like he had our best interest in mind. We appreciated his work.

We live in the house of plumbing horrors thanks to 20+ year-old appliances, 80 year-old leaded pipes and a bad 2000s flip. Have used several plumbers over the years for various jobs but when it came time to replace our hot water heater and fix a drain pipe leak, I’m so glad we called Brothers. Richard was fantastic; he arrived on time, was friendly, courteous, listened, trouble shot with us and provided sound and expert plumbing knowledge. We replaced our hot water heater same-day because we felt so comfortable and confident in his service, and having priced replacement with two other companies in the last two years, I can tell you that Brothers was well within the ballpark of its competitors. Look forward to having Richard out again next week to fix the drain pipe, and would highly recommend Brothers.
Before I complain, I want to express my extreme satisfaction with Jeremy (installer). He was fantastic. This has nothing to do with him.I called Brothers Plumbing for a garbage disposal install. Ive used them in the past and they were always fair in price, knowledgeable, and had great work ethics. Always a job well done.However, today I feel that Ive been grossly taken advantage of. This was an easy job. The piping was in good shape, the disposal didnt need to be hooked up to dishwasher (dishwasher is connected with its own outgoing tube) It was only a matter of taking out the old and installing the new GARBAGE DISPOSAL. I had already purchased the new disposal and electrical cord so that was not included with the price. He insisted on changing out the plastic piping under the sink from the disposal to the sink drains, which were replaced about a year ago from a previous leak. The work space was clean, dry, and empty. This took the installer approximately ONE hour (give or take a few minutes). I was charged $516.00 for this! Hence...between the new disposal (about $300.00) and the install, I spent $816.00 for a darn garbage disposal! SERIOUSLY???Im a widow in my late 60s, but wish Id have replaced it myself (YouTube is great). I did ask the approximate cost when I made the appointment, but they couldnt tell me. I swear this had to be the easiest disposal replacement ever. He did tell me the cost when he arrived and before beginning the work, but since he was here and I needed to have it completed, I slightly expressed my shock and just did it. Thats what the company counts on.I feel a bit sad for Jeremy as he is the one responsible for telling customers the cost of things. He does the hard work of traveling, fixing and installing. And on top of that, they make him issue the bad news related to the overwhelming (and, to me) unfair cost. My opinion of this company now is that their administration is cowardly and WAY overpriced! Unfortunate lesson learned...😒
Had the team come by to install an a/c unit; they did and got it done swiftly. There were a few fit and finish issues that they mostly corrected, except for the furnace vent pipes, which still leak water into our furnace. They said theyll fix it next time they come out, but havent yet.Otherwise kind enough folks and seem happy to help out. Id recommend them, with the warning to make sure things look good and that youre happy with the final product, before you sign off on everything.
Robert clearly had a passion for plumbing and shared his excitement and knowledge with customers. I was incredibly impressed with his honesty (not trying to sell anything) and generosity with his time. He’s very professional and I’m excited to continue working with him.

Brother’s has been my go-to company for several years. They are reliable and the staff is always friendly and communicate well. Jeremy turned on our sprinklers for the season and he was extremely thorough on every zone, and identified what needed to be repaired. I greatly appreciate the level of service Brother’s and their technicians offer.Today, Gannon C arrived promptly at the start of the day as scheduled to install our new furnace in order to get our A/C working. He was an impressive one man show and went above and beyond to ensure a flawless install. When we fired up the system there were a few things I asked to change and he happily completed them. On the final inspect, we noticed an issue with the A/C that would require several more hours of work and additional parts. He didn’t lie to me about what the issues were, he just jumped in to find out the reason for the issue and quickly sorted out a solution. Dispatch had another truck bring him parts while he tore into the AC. He spent 12 hours on site, and did nothing but cheerfully smile and ensure I was 100% satisfied. Happy to say the AC is working amazingly well this morning and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Gannon and thank you Brother’s for always going to great lengths to ensure your customers are getting what they are paying for!!I’ve used countless OTHER companies, that cancel last minute, don’t show up, aren’t prepared to complete jobs as scheduled, in T-shirt and shorts when it’s snowing and they know they are working on outdoor systems. Brother’s has never missed the mark and I’m happy to continue promoting the company and their technicians.
Joe neglected to bring a pressure gauge and so misdiagnosed the problem as a faulty spigot (for which he did not have a fitting washer). The solution, he suggested was a new $600 outdoor spigot, installed by Brothers. theyre the experts, I thought to myself, despite warning Joe several times that the water pressure from that line was quite high. Had Joe brought a pressure gauge, he would have found that the pressure from that spigot was 150 PSI. $600 later, Joe is down in the crawlspace, installing a new spigot. At that time, he would have clearly seen that the line to the spigot went directly from the city water line, and did not pass through the pressure regulator as did the rest of the water lines in the house. Joe installed the new spigot and within a week it failed. Again, not bothering to check the pressure, Joe replaced the blown washer, which failed again within a week. On the third visit from Brothers plumbers, finally a pressure gauge was brought and employed and the real problem quickly discovered and an estimate for $470 produced to fix the actual problem (water line bypassing pressure regulator).At this point, I could have been left high and dry.I called Brothers to give them the opportunity to make it right and Justin immediately volunteered to fix the original problem (water line bypassing pressure regulator). The work was completed today and I am fully satisfied.Everybody makes mistakes, but not everybody owns up to them and fixes them. Brothers Plumbing did.
I had an excellent experience with this company from the first moment I called them, all the way to the last handshake with the technicians. They were very responsive and replaced my 25 y-o water heating tank that started leaking 2 days before I had to leave for a trip the day after I called. While I was at it I had them replace my old furnace and AC (bundle deal, saved some coin) and couldnt be happier with the professionalism and delivery. I only had to make one phone call and Brothers took care of the rest, including hauling all the old stuff away. They laid out mats in my house to avoid getting it dirty while working. Really great experience overall.
The technicians and service are great. Theyre friendly, they seem to know what theyre doing, and also take the time to explain whats going on. For the service, definitely five stars.But scheduling for me was a pain, though. I had scheduled a sprinkler winterization weeks earlier, and they said theyd update me the day before the service day with a window of time theyd be here. But they never called or texted, and it took a lot of hassling over the phone to figure out if they were going to come at all. Theyre always very friendly on chat or on the phone, but its frustrating when you have to set aside an entire day and then not know if theyre coming.

Richard was my service tech assigned to evaluate a leaking water heater. The leak was sufficient enough that Richard quickly determined a new water heater was necessary. Richard was thorough in his work and conscience in laying down protective mats for my flooring. I sincerely appreciate his work experience and ethics. We have used Brothers Plumbing for sprinkler start up and shut down several times in the past. This year, for probably the 3rd or 4th season, we called at the end of May to schedule sprinkler start up. Brothers will only warranty their sprinkler shut down work if they also start up. Because of that, we decided to try and stick with them again. Labor shortages meant that they couldnt get anyone out to our home until the end of June, a month later. We understood that and agreed to wait.The day before they were supposed to show (after a month of waiting already), I received a voicemail saying that their tech wasnt available and they needed to reschedule. I called back and said wed be happy to work with them, within reason. Their first offer was the second week of July, which was, of course, not acceptable. They put me on hold several times. I waited on the line for about 10 minutes while they talked amongst themselves, trying to work out the schedule. When they got back on, they said could still do the original time scheduled the next day.The next day, they were a no call, no show. When we called to find out where they were, they said they never had us on the books with an appointment in the first place. Ridiculous.I called and asked for our case to be escalated to a supervisor. I was told wed get a call back. I also emailed them. To this day, not a word. I recognize that theyre probably dealing with a combination of a short labor force and a lack of good processes due to both a labor shortage and rapid growth. Either way, theyve lost this customer for life and I wont ever recommend them. All they needed to do was reach out to apologize and try to make things right. Theyve not bothered to do so.
The whole experience was wonderful from the women I talked to on the phone to the service call with Richard. Everyone was professional and nice and a pleasure to work with. Richard explained everything before he started work, left everything cleaner than he found it and explained options for other problems that we are having. We will definitely use Brothers again.

Andrew,Was genuinely nice to work with and answered all my questions. He checked the furnace and said my issue with the furnace blower not working is because the AC condenser had a lot of dirt a lint from trees and dirt outside. He cleaned the AC unit and checked to make sure everything was working. He did let me know what I can do in the future to prevent the AC unit from getting dirty. He said use fin soap and let it soak and then rinse it off and dont touch the fins they can be damaged easily.
Connor did a great job replacing the handle on a TOTO toilet. He also gave me a price to replace the toilet if we choose to down the road. Very courteous and explained things well.
Milo was able to come out early to perform a furnace inspection but also gave me pointers about maintaining the furnace and even swamp cooler. Scott also came out early and was able to talk me through why my water heater failed and did same day replacement. It was a bit pricy, but I have peace of mind knowing it was permitted and done correctly.
Richard was very knowledgeable and we walked through all of the water issues I was having in the house. Once all work was completed he went over everything that was fixed and made sure to answer any questions I might have. I would definitely recommend Brothers (and Richard) for any plumbing needs.
I had a clog in my kitchen drain at a spot in the outgoing drainage system that leads into the main sewer line. It was not responding to the typical quick fixes...plunger, drain cleaning products and muscle power. Connor identified the outgoing drain blockage and the probable area in the pipe involved and used the appropriate equipment to correct the problem quickly and efficiently. Great service! I will be using Brothers Plumbing again should the need arise!

I was impressed with the knowledge and professional quality I received with Richard P. at Brothers Plumbing, Heating, & Electric. The speed at which he diagnosed and proposed a solution for a hidden leak behind a kitchen cabinet convinced me to immediately consider his reasonable bid. He then efficiently completed the repair by bypassing and rerouting the leaking kitchen drain though the cabinet floor and then into an existing operational drain in the crawlspace. We lost our hot water heater sometime throughout the night. I checked to see if I could fix it but there was visible leaks. Outdoor plumbing and sprinkler repair. Needed a spigot replaced as we well as a cracked pipe in my sprinkler system. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable about the repairs and communicated exactly what was going on and what needed to be done to fix it. Gave me several options as to how we could proceed and I felt he put the best interest of doing the job right first while also trying to give me the most cost effective solution. The good: once we finally got a technician to our home, he was fantastic - cheerful, helpful, did good work.The bad: They cancelled the appointment 3 times and finally showed up by duress for the 4th appointment. One of the 3 cancellations they called ahead. The other two they just didnt show up. Each time we called, they answered the phone with how can we make you smile but when we told them how they could make us smile - by honoring their commitment, they assured us that they have to prioritize their customers of 30 years over their new customers.I prefer a company that simply honors their word and when they cannot keep their word, they apologize and make up for it.My wife called the owner to complain after 1 cancel and 2 no shows and he called back and left an incredibly gruff and rude message for her. I called him telling him I didnt appreciate his approach and he doubled down on how little we mean to him and how he must prioritize his 30 year customers over us as if he has SO many 30 year customers. Come on. It isnt a dichotomy between those two populations.So, 1 star.If they had apologized each time they cancelled/no showed, it would be 3 or even 4 stars. I have no problem with a business simply calling and saying, were so sorry, were overbooked or were very sorry, other customers had emergencies, well make it up to you. But to cancel or ignore appointments and then double down against a customer? Not good.
They did a good job. Very happy until I received the bill! I called and quoted between $60-$70. As I said, they did good as to this point my kitchen has not yet flooded!The reason they were called is because we purchased a new dish washer and the installer mentioned a loose coupling. He recommended hiring a plumber to correct the problem preventing the potential flooding disaster!We did as recommended. The plumber, as I observed, did no work. Rather, he supervised an apprentice or helper of some kind. They were pleasant, conversational, and seemed to get great joy in wearing their little cloth booties. (Joke) They impressed me enough that I gave them a $40 tip!!!And now the complaint. When I received a record of the billing on my iPad, the bill far exceeded the $60-$70…it was $304!!! WOW, what a surprise. When I called their office they said the $67 was a “show up” fee. I gave them a $40 tip and they ripped me! $304 for an apprentice! Really?This bill has to be adjusted accordingly.

Richard diagnosed our problem of the leaking toilet instantly, and replaced all of the parts that he could. He did it quickly, and explained why he did what he did, too. An added bonus for us was his cleaning up our bathroom sink drains so that they drain so much more quickly. Very welcome! We appreciated how friendly he was, which made us feel at ease.

I’m so disappointed in a company I’ve heard such great things about. I am in the process of selling my mom’s home due to her death and the potential buyers asked that we certify that the furnace and hot water heating are in good workout order. Brothers was recommended by a friend. I called on Tuesday and was told it would need to be two separate appointments. That’s fine, both were scheduled for this Friday (8/6/2021). And while I was on the phone, I asked if we could schedule some plumbing work for my house.Call this morning, the tech is sick. We rescheduled for Sunday. A call this afternoon, my plumbing is cancelled bc of an emergency, we rescheduled for Tuesday. And trifecta, a third cancellation for this evening’s hot water check. They can’t reschedule until Tuesday, we need to let the potential buyers know by Monday that everything is in working order. When I spoke with the agent this afternoon she was so confused and said that the appointment from this morning was not actually rescheduled which made no sense to me. Of course each person I talked to was different. I’m just really disappointed in a company that answers the phone with “how can I make you smile”. Well, I’m not smiling and am now scrambling to find someone in the next 48 hours to help us out.

Had an emergency air conditioning issue. It was a capacitor that had failed. They wanted to charge me over $500.00 plus labor for a capacitor that at the time was widely available for $25.00. I called to ask for a supervisor and was treated condescendingly about the price. Needless to say, they didn’t get to do the work. I had a different HVAC pro come out and got the job done right and reasonably.

I had to have a gas cap removed off the gas line for my range. That was done extremely quickly and then they hooked up the gas line to my new range. Thanks for doing such a quick efficient job.

I tried to schedule an estimate (which the company charges for) and worked from home that day to be there for the estimate. When no one showed up, I called and they said they had me scheduled for some another date instead. I relucantly agreed to the other date only after being promised they *absolutely* would not reschedule me again... And then several hours later I get a call from them asking to reschedule that appointment to some other date in the future. Its difficult to rationalize how they expect people to pay for them to show up for estimates when its too much for them to show up for them.
Ive been doing business with Brothers Plumbing, Heating, and Electric for our sprinkler system for a few years now. They do very good work, and are very honest which I really appreciate. Theyre also very courteous and keep a clean workspace, treating your home with respect. Id recommend them to anyone who asked.
Michael B. was on time, very professional, and hard working. Great attention to detail. He installed an extension gas line to our back deck to use for grilling. Michael had to cut into the ceiling and do drywall work as well, he covered and cleaned up everything. Thank you again Michael B.
Our A/C was acting up, so a buddy suggested we call Brothers. Andrew from Brothers came out the same day and diagnosed the problem, and gave us some options. He was very thorough and our A/C is working like new again.
We were very happy with the service. We also signed up for annual maintenance of heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical. The plan offered a good value for the money.
Joe arrived on time and listened to my problem. He knew just what to do and was able to open the stop and waist valve that had confounded me. He was personable and I enjoyed his company as we went through my list. All items were completed to my satisfaction. Joe is a great guy that Im happy to recommend.
Milo was great. He explained the possible reasons for the problem after he listened to my experiences. He also took the time to explain how various parts of the system work so I have a better understanding of it, plus pointed out various issues that could arise because of its age. He also suggested adding a capacitor to help reduce the start up stress on the AC compressor so hopefully it will last longer. Milo was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient in finding and fixing the problem. However, Milo had to come back later the same day as the AC was still having problems. He was determined to figure out the issue and even when he thought it was an electrical issue requiring an electrician, he didn’t stop then. He checked everything again and discovered a broken power switch. Milo spent a lot of time in my hot and uncomfortable attic, but he wouldn’t give up until he had eliminated all the possible explanations. I appreciate his determination and his effort.
Weve been really pleased with Brothers! We had plumbers and an HVAC specialist out so far and we love the communication and friendliness of the staff. The work is done in a timely manner and they take the time to explain any issues. We recommend!
