I have to say that I am not happy with the customer service of this store. I gave them a ring for them to replace the diamond so they sent if off to there store and of course it came back saying that the one they used does not have the tools to repair the ring so then they told me they were going to send the ring off to ohio and that it would take 4-6 week to repair and get sent back. So a week later Kays then calls back in the Thomasville store location and tells me they never sent the ring that they are going to just give me a new while i appreciate the new ring I am very upset with out it was handled and the communication is very poorly.

Best place in town for kind service and knowledge staff...... Only place will shop.....
