Very nice stylist and professional skills

This place is pretty decent for a hair cut most times you gotta wait in line which is a pain. The waiting in line is probably because of the day and time otherwise its a great place.

The 4 star is for the hair stylist. She was great. The sad thing is they charge 3.95 extra for sanitation fee. Places like these sanitation is automatic why charging customers now just because of covid makes no sense to me. Sanitizing of equipment I thought was happening before covid.

They cancelled my appointmen without warning and never open. Waste of time.

This is my second time at smartstyle and I love their services. The staff is courteous and takes their time. My stylist is Mrs. Dorothy and she takes her time when doing my blowouts. When someone takes times on their craft to make sure they are doing it right you can never go wrong.

Dorothy was awesome. She took the time to show and explain what my hair is doing through the transition process. I WILL BE BACK TO HER!!!!

TJ is amazing you’ll never go to another hair stylist

TJ is an expertise in hair design and customer service. His skills are far advanced than any stylist that Ive let cut my hair in decades.I usually chop away at my own hair until Im desperate because of past haircuts. TJ made me feel confident that he was the right stylist for me. Thank you TJ you are the best! I love my new style.
