Very professional and honest. The owner was able to restore my power with a 5 minute phone call rather than a home visit and a large bill. I was very impressed with his honesty and knowledge even without seeing the situation first hand. I purchased a new refrigerator but could not use it because it kept tripping the GFI at the outlet. I called Davidson Electrical and Terry came out the same day. Richard arrived promptly and immediately began to diagnose and make needed repairs to allow my dryer to blow hot air. He found that the outlet was not holding the plug tightly so it was replaced. He checked the breaker and found that it needed to be replaced as well. He worked quickly and efficiently. The repair cost was less than I was expecting to pay. I will certainly call him for all my electrical needs!!

Would not recommend using this business for any electrical services. Terry was used to fix some of the electrical issues on our home by the previous owner before we moved in therefore we used him to continue the work he’d done. Poor choice. Terry, is not on time. He does not show up to the work he signs up to do. He came over when we initially moved in to fix some wiring in the laundry that was supposed to already had been fixed by him. Unfortunately it took 3 more times for him to finally get that correct. We recently used him on 8/24 & 8/26 to fix ceiling light issues. I had to remind him on the second day to come back to fix the lights after he’d told me previously he’d be there that day. Two weeks later the same issue occurs and I get in touch with him about it and we set a date for him to come fix it. He never comes. He texts me at the end of the day and apologizes. This goes on to happen two more times. He never come to correct the work he initially had done 2 weeks prior. If you want reliability and good work to be completed, find another electrician. We did and I’m so thankful I gave up on him coming to fix his work. Very unprofessional of him and definitely would not recommend.

We had 13 recessed lights placed in our home. Terry is very professional and kind. Gave guidance on placement, and took his time. Top notch work and cleaned up after each day of work! We are planning on using his company again to install pool pump wiring!! Thank you Terry!!

I contacted Mr. Davidson at his place of business and explained the problem issue at hand at my sister-in-laws address in Thomaston. She was having problems with her water heater not heating and also her dryer was not functioning properly. A plumber told us there was an electrical problem with both and we needed to have an electrician check it. Mr. Davidson went out and discover there was too much electrical current coming into the residence and called Upson EMC and informed them their outside transformer was defective and needed replacing. They did sent out a crew and did actually find the transformer was faulty and replaced it. That defective transformer caused her electrical water heater to stop heating the water. While there Mr. Davidson replaced a breaker in the power box and repaired another issue prior to leaving. As soon as the transformer was replaced by EMC, the water heater started working properly. He returned the next day and checked out the dryer for other issues, which prevented it from working correctly. The dryer would stop heating and cut off after about 10 minutes. Because of his experience and knowledge, he saved us well over a thousand dollars. As a result, she did not have to replace the water heater nor have the dryer worked on. Prior to us having called him, we were looking at having to replace the water heater and having an clothes dryer repaired and/or replaced. If we have any electrical problems at my home or my sister-in-laws residence, I will definitely call Davidsons Electrical Solutions in Thomaston. Hes honest and knows his stuff.

Terry is very knowledgeable and professional! I called him to ask a question concerning three rooms in my house where suddenly light switches and outlets didn’t work. I had already checked the electrical panel, and it looked like everything was on. Terry walked me through resetting the panel, and that immediately fixed the problem! Thank you, Terry!!!

I called Terry Davidson, who was recommended to me for issues with my home fuse box. He fit me in his schedule that morning. I anticipated needing an entire new fuse box, but Terry was able to quickly identify some individual bad fuses and replaced them. He explained the issues, provided me options that could fix problem, asked me which I preferred, and completed the job at a very reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to call him again.

I called Mr. Davidson because my wife and I awoke to noncooling freezer/refrigerator. Mr. Davidson said that hed be at my house within 2 hours. Then, he was on my porch as promised. He went into the kitchen and inspected our refrigerator/freezer. He told me his theory and went to his shop to research the problem. Then, Mr. Davidson fixed our refrigerator/freezer and saved us $200 worth of ruined food. Mr. Davidson is an absolute professional.
