I called this company after looking for a company to remove the mold that I had in our kids bathroom. I called woodlands water restoration and spoke with Nickie on the phone. She got me scheduled with Richard to call me. He came to my home and told me that I would need a consultant to test the our house for mold. Once the test was done we had Woodlands water restoration come out and remove the mold. Jammy and his crew where amazing and very kind to me and my kids. After the mold was completely gone. They sent out there rebuild tech Ronny. There rebuild team was outstanding and got me back to normal within two weeks. These guys are rock stars!

We have been pushed from project manager to project manager for the past 4 months. Each time the previous person “left suddenly.” New person comes in and we basically have to start all over again. They are completely disorganized and never come when they say they will (or send someone else in their place because our project isn’t important enough and they double booked). I’m sick of the run around and not receiving even the most basic customer service.

James was the gentleman that came out to look at a flooring after i had a busted toilet, leak threw my celling and in to my walls. I really appreciated his spunk and go to attitude. he helped me with drying everything and had another gentleman come out named John to look at my damage. he was able to get me new floors and fix my wall and celling. and there crew was in and out in 6 days. I was truly blessed with this company that my plumber recommended. Thank you all so much!

Our washing machine flooded our house, and we had Richard, one of the project managers, out within an hour of calling. He and his technician, Jermaine, were both extremely courteous and professional as they quickly removed the water from our home just hours after it was flooded as well as the damaged surfaces. The entire team has been super helpful as weve worked with our insurance, and they definitely made a very unfortunate situation as painless as it could be in the aftermath. Would strongly recommend the Woodlands Water Restoration team to anyone who might have similar issues in their home!

Had woodlands water restoration come out to come look at some mold at my parents house, I had James come out and look at the issue. we had mold underneath our kitchen sink that the plumber showed us. James came out looked at the issue and gave me a price which to my surprise was much cheaper then I expected . they did the work that day and got me taken care of highly recommend these guys

Left my grandparents without floors for almost a month. Floors aren’t done still... ruined their property and refused to pay the damages they made... over priced their insurance...had to deal with no floors during the holiday time... these people are dishonest and not honest with their work... my sick grandfather shouldn’t have to stress over stuff like this...it was a simple job and they just made it a mess!

Richard DeLuna came into our house promised my elderly parents that he was going to make them such a great deal. Lied to my Dad who is a Vietnam Vet who needs a liver. That he was going to take good care of their house. Had them sign and sent two young boys in to pull up floors take out Sheetrock. During this time the managed to break a 8000.00 water softener and filtration system and flood our spare bedroom. Then put wet boxes on our bed spread and manages to break the bed. They had our water turned off for 4 hours. When I spoke to Jason about this, and explain to him my father had no liver function so the medication he takes he has to use the restroom a lot. He then told me to take my dad to use the bathroom in the yard, or to a neighbors house. He refused to pay for the damage to the bedspread from the wet boxes and to the antique sleigh bed. They over charged our insurance. I did not hire them to do the remodel do to the fact the bid was way over priced. This company took advantage of my elderly parents. After this review was posted Jason called my mothers phone stating if I did not take this review down he would get a lawyer. I did not lie on this review and will stand by my review. I will not be bullied by this man. To Jason’s response. You lied to me your answer is a complete lie. The Floors I though out the house are floating floors the water in that room were never on top of the floors. And the damage to the bed was on a side rail of the bed and that doesn’t touch the floor. But you didn’t know that because you never came out to see the damage. I was irate because my fathers toxin levels were high be cause he was not able to use the bathroom due to the break. We can go on. And on but if anyone is searching reviews for this company please look on Yelp. I my mom would of look there before we called this company. This man is a Bully and has tried to Bully my mother and myself. I stand by my review. And it seems strange that Jason would continue to state lies about what happened. He never once came by the house or sent his project manager out after I made a complaint. He has called me a liar my mom a liar and has harassed us today several times. He said he would get a lawyer to sue me for putting my review out. Obviously this man doesn’t get it. Everything that I stated in my review is the truth. We fix our bed and took the bed spread to the dry cleaners ourselves because Jason stated he was not paying for it. He was extremely rude and screamed at me and my mother several times. Also the lie about the water softener being in great working condition after the beak is a complete lie. We had to have the water softener company come out and fix it and remove it until the repairs could be finished. At our own expense. Jason also tried to charge our insurance company for emergency services which did not happen and our insurance company made them take it off the bill. I have all the proof of the damages and the cost to fix everything that was broken. I never agreed to do the remodel with this company. What was stated to Jason was I would speak to my insurance company about the matter. Which I did. The insurance company answered my questions and before I could call Jason back he called me demanding my answer. I respectfully told him we would not be using his company due to the fact that he treated me and my parents so rudely. I say to the public believe what you want. Do business with this company or not. But check the reviews.

I was very impressed with Jamie and Marcus (Mold Specialists). They were on time, polite, respectful and did their job well. They showed up last minute on a Friday afternoon to tend to a situation in my home. I hope they are recognized for a job well done!

The entire team was fantastic. I had a water issue in my daughters room and from the initial assessment from Chris, the clean up from Sean and the rebuild with Geoff, everything was awesome. They are a pleasure to work with and I especially appreciated the honest assessment and professionalism.

From my initial call with Jason Pruitt, working through with the onsite assessment with the project manager Daniel Martin, dealing with their project foreman Nester who came out to spec the project and working with the wonderful and professional Jamie and Mark who did the actual work in our home, Woodlands Water Restorations service was outstanding top to bottom. Jamie and Mark were were timely, professional and courteous; and, they did a very thorough job with the containment system and cleaning up after themselves. The company responded immediately to a mold issue I had in my home. They worked for 3 1/2 days on cleanup. Every day they were responsive to my concerns, on time, laid down floor coverings and cleaned up as work was completed and each night before they left. I strongly recommend this business.

I was soPleased with the care Jordan & his crew took with all of our furniture & items they packed up & moved for the repairs to be completed. I am not sure thank you is adequate to say to the amazing team at Woodlands Water Restoration for the weight they have lifted off our shoulders with everything going on in Randy and I’s personal life. So, let me give a little background information before I continue. Last Thursday was the start of my health rapidly declining, my pancreas is going into complete failure due, Thursday night Randy had to call 911 because I was fading out rapidly. Then, Sunday evening around 5pm Randy was hooking up the new wash machine and because our home was built in 65’ we have galvanized piping, we had to replace the spicket and tubing. We started a load of laundry, halfway through the first cycle it started leaking. Randy thought it was a nipple needing replaced so I drove a couple of streets up to our friend Harold’s house to see what he had to help, so I did not have to make another Lowes trip. All maybe 20-30 minutes of me leaving and getting back, the main cold-water line to the house busted and water everywhere! After calling State Farm, a friend referred The Team at Woodlands Water Restoration. I called them Jason was a pleasure to speak with considering all going on. He said he could have someone out in an hour, I told him no, we have the water to the house shut off and can wait until tomorrow, I do not want to have to drag one of you guys out on a Sunday night. He told me if I change my mind at anytime during the night to give him a call and they will be here. I got a call from James this morning that he was coming out and would be at our house in 20 mins, I was in the garage moving stuff around and I need to move Randy’s motorcycle back some so I could bring some things that got damaged into the garage to air out. I kid you not, I go to roll the, oh I would say around 900-pound motorcycle back and my shoe slipped on a grease stain. The moment that happened James was pulling in the driveway and it started falling on me, he jumped out of his truck and came to pull it up so it would not completely fall on me. So right off the back, James was a life saver! Then we went inside, and might I add he wore his COVID-19 health guideline mask and kept social distancing and respected my health! He took his time going over everything with me in detail, he taped it off, he took pictures, he went over the insurance part with me, got our adjusters information, he called another one of his teammates that is coming out to get the water and all that good stuff out to make sure he knew exactly what was going on and what needed to be done so that way I didn’t have to worry about explaining or any questions being asked to me. Overall, he was a godsend who lifted a huge weight off Randy and I’s shoulders right now. I highly recommend Woodlands Water Restoration. Richard came out on a Friday evening at the last minute and was able to locate a leak inside a wall within 30 minutes. He cut out a section of drywall that was directly over the leak and advised me on what needed to be done to fix the leak and to clean up the water inside the walls. He did not charge me for coming out and finding the leak, and his advice saved me quite a bit of time and money. I will definitely use Woodlands Water Restoration if I ever have another leak.

Great positive experience with this company. They are very professional and do the right thing for the homeowner. The entire first floor had bad water damage, had to be restored, including the dry walls and baseboards. They worked with the insurance company and made sure my interests were taken care of.
