We have a HIPP pool and have been using their maintenance and cleaning services since we moved here in 2015. They have always been dependable, conscientious and timely ( in both response and services). They have also done several repairs and provided pricing before hand and completed the work timely. They are very easy to work with.

We have a Hipp-built pool so it made sense to use them for the weekly maintenance. The previous owner of our home had another service and it was not very professional. Since switching to Hipp our pool has looked clear and clean. They have a good response to our repair needs as well with a competitive charge.

Terrible customer service. We are new to the area and heard good reviews about this company from a friend so reached out to them. I called them Monday to schedule an appointment, they took my credit card info before even scheduling an appointment and promised me that sales manager will call me back to schedule the appointment and service will be done by Friday, if not sooner. Did not hear back from them even after calling several times. They do not even have courtesy to call back. If the customer service is so terrible, I can only imagine how their pool services will be. Stay away from Hipp Pools. Thank you for wasting my 10 days.

Terrible customer service and pool wasn’t being serviced correctly. Filter pump broke the day they came for their pool cleaning and they didn’t even let me know. Beware!
