I must rate this agent because of her intelligence and persistence to help her client Mrs. Jerlyn to find the right lender after being denied 3 times. Michelle called me one day desperate to explain her clients situation and after a 5 minute conversation. Upon revising her clients income documents I was able to give her the good news I would be able to make it happen. She immediately contacted listing agent and held a 3 way conference call to go over the buyers real situation. I indicated previous lenders probably didnt do their due diligence and so after 15 days we were able to close Mrs. Jerlyns house. Michelle was a true team player throughout the process.
