Dr. Z has literally saved our entire family. Ive seen many therapists and psychologists over the years and I can attest that nobody has helped me, my sons, and my marriage like Dr Z. He truly has a gift to connect with people and get to the root of the issues and lead them to healing. We are truly blessed to have found him when we did.

Dr. Z saves lives. If you are the parent of a struggling adolescent, take them to see Dr. Z (co-owner) before it is too late. He will change the trajectory of their life for the better. If you don’t know where to turn and you’re looking for a sign, this is it. This is the best thing you can do for your child.

Spent a year with WBH and it’s such a shame that I had to let go of my Dr. The non-professional/front-end employees are rude, short, cold, and DO NOT care about their “customers” - money is king. Three times they asked me to reschedule my appointment. Then, in January of 2020, when I got sick and was not able to fly home from DC, I called them and the inconsiderate receptionist quickly snapped back with, “Well, then I’ll email your doctor and I’m adding $115 cancelation fee.” Oh ok. So you do it to me 3 times and when it unexpectedly happens on my end you instantly slap on extra fees ON TOP of the fact that I pay Dr. N $200 for each visit. She is wonderful, BUT there are many other options for that price. Think twice before working with these people- they don’t care about us.

I visited them after going through a lot of internet research. Truly speaking, all the research and my efforts were really worth it. I visited their office and I was addressed with all the needed concerns by giving enough time in listening to me and came up with very effective treatments. I am really satisfied. Good job you all.

One of my friends was getting treated for Psychiatric illness here. Within a very short period of time, he came up with drastic positive changes in his behavior. I am happy to say that he is completely fine now under their medication. I am glad to see such a remarkable organization. Thank you to the whole team.

I take my son here and it has been a great experience. They work with him individually to build a relationship and trust. As a parent they talk with me about what I can do as a parent but they really focus on my son. They have a group of providers so not everything is handled by one person but a team of people with different specialties. I would highly recommend this place.

This place is amazing! They really do care for my well being. And it’s awesome to have my very own team of Drs working on each issue. I love that I can go to one place and be seen my many different specialist. I’m working with 4 different Drs and each Dr can concentrate on that individual problem. I’m so impressed with this place and their love of their patients, I’m shocked that people would leave a negative review. Yes it’s pricey but what is the cost of your mental health? I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone!!

This place is horrible and should be shut down. They only accept cash payments. That’s fine. However; I had a question about a reaction to the medication and was told I needed to wait until my appointment. This facility has zero interest in the patient. It’s all about the money. It’s sad. Many peoples suffer from a mental illness and doctors take advantage of these people. It makes me sick. I am in the process of filing a report against the practice. They took an oath to help people, but money is number 1.

Had me running around to different doctors and telling me a bunch of different information. So nothing got solved and I just ended paying a lot of money to listen to people talk. Very poor doctors whos go to is prescribing medication. Save your time and money and go to a real therapist. Not some group of idiots that only seems to be interested in your money.

Highly recommend! Wonderful experience from the front office staff, to the diagnogstians, group therapists, to Dr Jim Zettel. We wasted 3 years of time and money with other therapists. 3 years our grandson suffered and struggled. Now hes thriving. The difference in the past year here is unbelievable. We will be forever grateful to The Woodlands Behavioral Health and Wellness Center.

The doctors were professional and caring. Beware of prepackage payments if you are near the end of your treatment. The WILL NOT give refunds of unused portions. They will give you vitamins instead. I have never been associated with a business that would not refund MY money for unused services.

The Woodlands Behavioral Health & Wellness Center is a great place for recovery. the owners and the staff there are amazing.

I would give them no stars if that were an option doctor paccorra told me to drink some taquilla and smoke a joint and leave my husband i am reporting him as soon as i get the papers in the mail to do the therapist there she said to not get married to my husband too the nuro doctor got call the personal details of my life from me and stated biased opinions and told me about a machine that stimulates the brain that cost loads of money when i just got done telling him i dont have of of money then that was right before doctor pacorra stopped three of my medicines at once and asked for more money when you first go in for your very first appointment the owner i guess she is a older lady with an accent and she sits you down ask about you in her office then writes everything i guess and says you met medicine and therapy diagnosis which cost beware of this office

The people are dedicated to the care of those challenged with Add and other diagnoses.

A unique way to recovery, finally they are not cookie cutter.
