I bought my house three years ago using Jaden and Nolan. I contacted Nolan again about possibly doing a refinance for the new low rates. I would have to say that after my third home purchase, Whizango Inc. was by far the most streamline and worry free experiences I have ever had. My wife and I had recently purchased solar panels for the home and had a issue with the title company regarding the purchase. Nolan was all over it. He had gathered the information, contacted the company, and found out how to resolve it. I just sat back and waited. He made sure to check in with them periodically to make sure we werent falling behind the deadline to close. Between Nolan and the title company, all issues were addressed quickly and early enough so that the waiting periods wouldnt affect the closing date. Needless to say we were set to close roughly three and a half weeks from start to finish. I will say this was the smoothest closing I have ever had and these guys sympathized with you, understood the stressors, and did an excellent job trying to relieve any uncertainty and obstacles in order to make sure my wife and I made it to the finish line with minimal disruption to our hectic schedules.

In the middle of home buying, we were struggling with a big institution, assuming they would be the smoothest route for closure. After many speedbumps, we were referred to Nolan (with Whizango) with 3 weeks until projected home completion/closure.
