I have been here twice for treatments and I would recommend anyone here. For something so uncomfortable (the laser hair removal downstairs), they make it feel not so awkward. Very friendly staff and super clean facility. If you’re shopping around for a place, give them a call. You’ll be very happy with your results. 👍🏻👍🏻

I have been coming to this location for several years ago. Rebecca is my technician and she is amazing. Friendly and professional, she is the absolute best. I have never experienced any issues at all which is why I continue getting my laser treatments done here and would recommend to anyone.

The ladies at The Woodlands location are so friendly, professional and accommodating! I was worried about the laser treatment leaving burns but they were able to answer all of my questions with so much patience and really make me feel at ease. Just 2 appointments later, Im already seeing a huge difference in my hair growth - definitely worth every penny.

The ladies are nice and professional. Communication can be better. Only had 2 treatments-noticed a great difference. Machine has been “broken” for more than a month now. No update on when it will be repaired. I’ve called and no answer. Thankfully texted Rebecca, a part was getting ordered. It would be nice to give customers an update or have a backup.

This place is horrible and I would not recommend. Jennifer Heath told me to get a clearance note from a neurologist because I had bells palsy 15 YEARS AGO. I did that...when I was at the neurologist office they were going to fax the letter over to them and she said she still didnt feel comfortable giving me botox, she wouldnt even get on the phone to talk to them. I am now out over 200 for absolutely nothing. Now they have a bells palsy question on their paperwork that you have to fill out. SHE DID OFFER TO GIVE ME FILLERS WHICH I DO NOT DO. Fast forward to the next couple of weeks I reached out and Dom tried to help....if you would call it that all he did was stress me out more and refused to refund the 600 that was on my account. I never write reviews but would not send anyone here and thought everyone should know.

I love Amerejuve The Woodlands. Since the beginning the staff has been extremely nice and professional. I started with laser hair removal 5 year ago and it is amazing...what a great investment...my legs are smooth and maybe I need to shave once a month for a couple of very thin hairs. Now I go every month for a microdermabrasion and my skin is better than ever...thank you so much Laurie.

If I could rate my experience a zero I would. I had an appt in January to treat my post inflammatory hyperpigmentation at the Woodlands location. I was treated with Dermapen as I’ve had this procedure done before at another skincare location back home in Fl, so I trusted it. However, the woman who treated me went too far into my epidermis which caused slight bleeding, I was concerned as she went on with the procedure, but she assured me it was fine. I’m of a dark complexion and this could cause more harm to my skin leaving me with even more hyperpigmentation, which is exactly what it resulted in. Its been 5 months and my skin looks much more hyperpigmented than it did when I initially came in. If I wouldve known this was going to happen I wouldve never come in that day. I have come in twice since that time to fix the problem, the second time I was prescribed with hydroquinone which increases the risk of cancer, so I stopped using it. The third time I came in I was basically told there was nothing I can do, but wait for it to fade on its own. I am so disappointed, this is the reason why more dermatologists of color are needed, not all skincare offices are equipped with the knowledge on how to treat skin of all ethnicities. The woman who performed the procedure didnt even inform me of the importance of following up with sunscreen, which is necessary for all skin types; that was a huge redflag! It seemed as though she was only concerned with selling a procedure that day, and she couldnt even get the price straight.I do not recommend this place at all, especially if you are of darker complexion. Luckily it wasnt on my face! Please stay away from this place.- A very disappointed client

I had sent the message below to an employee here who then forwarded me to speak to Dominick Pellegrino, Chief of Operations.I went to the Woodlands, Texas location on July 29th 2020. It was my first session. I had paid for my mom and I for six laser hair sessions. I went in on July 29th 2020 and experienced hyperpigmentation on my right leg, both arms, and lower stomach. Ive done laser before and the same machine was used - Candela Yag laser. I know this is the appropriate laser for my skin tone, brown skin. I had no hyperpigmentation the time before at the other company that I went to.A few days later I called the woodlands location and told them what was going on. They said they would transfer me to the other machine and continue my sessions there. Ive done my research on laser hair removal and I know certain machines are not going to be as effective as the Candela Yag. I didnt like the idea that I was paying for laser hair removal and was just going to be put on a different machine because there was some error made on the Yag. If I paid for laser hair removal it would only make sense to get HAIR REMOVED FROM MY BODY. Why would she try to tell me to use a machine I know is not going to remove the hair as effectively. Its at this point where they should have tried to figure out what went wrong but it was obvious that the only thing that mattered was getting the rest of the sessions over with.I called my dermatologist and booked an appointment and she said that there were two reasons this could have happened. 1 - The machine settings were too high. 2- The laser was left on my skin for a longer period of time. I dont know what the exact reason could ever be but I was left traumatized and Ive done laser before and this has NEVER HAPPENED.Lastly, since July 29th Ive called the woodlands location over 10 times and left multiple voicemails. Theyve only picked up a few times and said the refund process has to go through corporate and takes a while, which I understand. But the fact that no one checked in on my skin to see how its doing shows the lack of concern for situations like this. Its one thing to provide a service, but its another to have a customer who was traumatized and filled with hyperpigmentation scars from their first session and not call or check in whatsoever.We have no trust in this company and have seen the lack of concern shown. On top of all this Ive spent additional cost on dermatologist fees and spent money on creams from the compound pharmacy to try to lighten the scars. Im also tired and exhausted from calling and now resorting to writing this email. I understand mistakes happen and human error is a thing. But to show no concern or care for a customer who has scars from a service performed is something I could never wrap my head around.^^This is the message I sent Dominick once I receive his email address. And I sent this message to him on November 16th, 2020. Now between this point and MARCH 6TH, 2021, almost four months later I finally received my refund. After calling this man over 10 times and sending him over a 13 emails, because he fails to show concern and care for his customers to simply respond to emails or calls. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS BAD IN MY LIFE.And all of that sounds awful but the real reason Im writing this review today is because my mom still has not received her refund. This man has ignored every one of her calls and told her he cant refund her and pretends to be busy when she calls from her number so she called from a different number and he picked up, all of a sudden he wasnt busy.I WOULD NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME HERE. The women at the location were kind but from what happened to me in my and my dermatologists opinion it seems theyre inexperienced to do laser on brown skin tones. And to make it worse the leadership of this company is awful. I rarely every write reviews, let alone a bad one but this has gone too far and Im still waiting for my mom to get her refund.

If i can give more than 5 stars i will. Everything is super clean there. The staff is amazing and so professional. I’m doing the full body hair removal and the results are amazing. Ive been going to Amerejuve at The Woodlands location for about 2-3 years for laser hair removal and absolutely love it. Ive seen great results! Laurie has been my esthetician from the start and has taken amazing care of me. She makes me feel safe and is knowledgeable of the best practices for laser hair removal. She has also recommended various products, like the Brightening Facial Wash from Revision Skincare and the sunscreens from Elta MD, which have both been great for my sensitive skin. The other estheticians, Rebecca and Carly, are also super nice and professional. The Woodlands location is always clean too. Do not walk, but RUN AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I am new to the area and Amerejuve is close to my home, as well as had good pricing. However, you get what you pay for. I am very familiar with facial treatments (peels, lasers, Botox, etc), so my expectations are well managed when getting procedures as such. I have gotten countless glycolic peels (one of the lowest, safest grade peels you can start with), and never have I ever experienced the reaction I did here. I am well aware of redness, dryness, possible break outs after, but I have never had my skin bubble up with pus and produce red (now permanent) SCARS from this type treatment. I had told Laurie, the esthetician, that my face was burning a great deal, and she only responded “almost done”. Had she have listened, as she is the “professional”, she would have taken it off then and there! Afterwards she tried everything to “cool” my face with every product and even then I was thinking ok the pain is still manageable, but as the days passed the pain got worse! What was upsetting too is that they were telling me to just keep moisturizing, which you bet your buns I was doing NONSTOP anyhow. They then wanted to have their nurse see me who too is employed at Amerejuve. Unfortunately, after my experience here and desire to get my money back for the peels I obviously was not going to use due to mistrust, I was certainly not going to listen to the advice of an employee of theirs, as it would be biased in order to keep my money. After several requests, I was then forwarded to the manager. The manager too did nothing for me and passed me on to yet another person, who to this day still has not contacted me back. Amerejuve does not care about the well being of their clients and I advise all who consider visiting this establishment to remember THIS IS YOUR FACE. If you are looking to improve your appearance, not add to issues you’re already self conscious about, go somewhere else! I hope this review will help save some of you, before you have an experience like I did!

Laser Hair Removal treatment at Amerejuve is the best I’ve ever experienced! I’ve tried it at another place which uses a different laser and Amerejuve is by far the best and least painful! The staff is so wonderful! I’ve been doing hair removal here, I decided to use this clinic vs others because from the first appointment I was fully educated and the staff was so professional. I decided to up to a full body package after such good results.

I’ve had a few different treatments here. The one thing I like about the people that work here is how comfortable they make you feel no matter what the treatment is. And some of the treatments are very private in nature but you never feel uncomfortable about it. They are very easy to talk to.

I went for my consultation appointment, and I already know that I am in good hands. Both Tammye and Serena are very professional and knowledgeable at the same time being kind hearted. I have some health issues that I had not even considered being a conflict with having some of these procedures done, and they were most concerned about my well being rather than selling a package. I truly knew they had my best interest in mind. I cannot wait to get started doing some of the services they offer ( with Dr approval) and know that I will be in the right place for me!

Great staff, however, Ive had almost 20 laser treatments done here on my face and neck and the hair has only been reduced by about 40%. Its very frustrating to know that I spent time and money here for treatments that didnt work very well.

I had a great experience at Amerjuve-The Woodlands. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. BJ, my aesthetician, was very knowledgeable about the procedure. I would highly recommend it to all of my friends. I will definitely be going back.

I was a previous patron of the Kingwood amerejuve which was shut down. I moved my remaining treatments to the Woodlands. The drive was annoying, but I was glad I didnt lose out on what I paid for. However, at the Woodlands, the tech adjusted my settings on the laser because she said that the tip they normally use for me was broken. She also informed me that she had to increase the laser power to compensate for the different tip. She said that it was perfectly safe. Well, now I have burns all over the treated area. Dark, ugly, and painful. I have scabs over most of it, but some are still seared flesh. I attended the medspa when they offered a promotion to people that wrote good reviews. I thought Id post a real one. Ive had many problems, but this is not excusable.

Everything is excellent the staff and the service. I really recommend!
