Good job all around with gutter installation. Quality is solid, color matched perfectly to my existing gutters, price is competitive - slightly on the high side but not unreasonable for the quality, the owner and sales rep I dealt with were both professional and friendly, job was done quick (about 200 feet of gutters installed in an hour), overall a great job and would recommend!

Mike Monyak did three jobs for me, one small remodeling project, one small repair project, and one very extensive reconstruction project. He is the best contractor I’ve ever worked with. His attention to detail was amazing. He got the work done on time as promised and the quality of his work was always first rate. I spoke with each of his excellent subcontractors and they all said that they have worked with Mike for many years. He communicated constantly throughout the process and always answered my calls and texts day or night. On his own initiative, he performed extra work replacing outdated smoke alarms and refreshing old light fixtures and blinds just so the finished product was more perfect. He was cooperative, considerate, and very ethical in his dealings. He exceeded my expectations.

Mike and his team were awesome! They were very responsive, and did excellent work around my home. While performing siding repairs, Mike and his team went above and beyond to not only fix the siding, but fully repair some structural damage as well. They even would come out late in the day to cover up exposed wood if there was a high chance of rain the next day! Mike and his crew are very skilled in their craft, and he put a lot of thought into designing some aesthetic features around our home as well! Mike, Mr. Happy House replaced our sliding, replaced rotted wood on our door frames, added gutters, replaced skylights and did exterior painting. Mike, is professional and easy to communicate with. We are very pleased with Mr. Happy House! Mike and his team did a great job fixing wood rot on our exterior windows and chimneys. They also replaced 6 windows and a door window insert for us and then did a great job painting everything as well. Mike is all about the little touches and going the extra mile. He even fixed our fence gate that was sticking and added in a new handle just because he noticed it was as in need! I called Mike to help fix a leak in my ceiling. He diagnosed the problem and also quoted replacing the remaining aging wood we had on our house, as well as replace the chimney top. His quote was fair so we decided to knock it all out. His team is professional and finished the job quickly. Most Impressive Job Ive Seen! Mike does a great job at replacing roofs, I had to replace my 21 year old roof since it started leaking very badly, so I called Mike and he got me a new roof through the insurance company and I am just amazed on expertise and the advice he gave me! I saw Mike and his crew down the street a year before I contracted him. I knew from watching that he was who I wanted to do work I’d put off. In the meantime, we had a roof leak from a downed limb and Mike helped with an insurance claim and damage in which he has experience. His crew did a new roof and we’d already decided to get new Hardie soffit and fascia to match the siding we’d done a decade ago. The new paint his crew did matched everything perfectly. He installed a new side garage door which is better than the original. …New fence, gate and shed door. While it’s not mentioned a lot here, his crew replaced our old single pane windows with a double pane window that matched the house perfectly. After measurement and fabrication, the installation was done in one day. I saw a house down the street with a similar replacement that took two weeks. And we had more done that I won’t mention here. But to top it off I got a sparkling clean power washed driveway. Our nearly 40 year old house looks great now! I have a new list for inside stuff and will back for more. Called him and when he called back I was asking him questions about some things and very bluntely stated ur not using me so I’m not going to help you I would never do buisness with some like this.

My house was badly in need of exterior paint. I received several bids from different contractors and chose Mr. Monyak of Mr. Happy House. He’s bid was very competitive, but what sold me was the fact he lived close to my neighborhood and has been in business for over 25yrs; which tells me hes doing something right and is dependable. It turned out, I made the right choice. He did an excellent job. Hes very patient; takes the time to answer your questions, offers advice on a wide variety of house related maintenance. He helped me pick out the colors and discussed the different finishes, such as satin or flat. To help me decide, Mr. Monyak, brought samples of flat and satin in the colors I chose to test on the house, which was very helpful. Once, I gave him the contract he started the very next day. He personally pressure washed the house, took down the window screens, removed the shutters and repainted them. I also had him replaced my damaged gutter downspouts. The next day, his paint crew was on site to prep and paint the house. On the 3rd day, Mr. Monyak re-hung the shutters and window screens and we walked around the house together for a final post inspection. Mr. Monyak did a great job. My next door neighbor was so impressed they had Mr. Monyak paint their home and another neighbor is having a roof and fence replaced and their house painted by Mr. Monyak. My house is not only a Happy House, but a good looking house. Give Mr. HappyHouse a call, you’ll be happy you did.
