I worked here for about a week and two days! The owner said Hi to me maybe twice! I was hired as a CAD Drafter, I came from oil&gas industry I was never given Markups for any drawings. Instead I was on a ZOOM meeting with my supervisor (who lives in another state and works from home) and he would tell me over the computer what he wanted done or changed. My work hours was from 7-4pm I never left at 4pm it was all ways after 4pm. I was told I could not leave until until he said I could leave. I was told at 10:56 on a friday I could not go to lunch until the changes had been made, which he was waiting for the owner to tell him what the changes were. I finally just left for lunch at 12:30. One CAD drafter for projects that are all ready over dead line dates and wanted me to get them all done no matter how long it took me. I felt like a prisoner there and was never given any kind of formal welcome or standards (which they do not have), the company is very unprofessional and having a supervisor call you on ZOOM to tell you what to do on drawing because he said he does not have time to do markups (has time to call me on ZOOM and tell me what to do). I was micromanaged every single minute of the day while I was there, I have over 15 year military and I have never been micromanaged like that even in the military.

Seem like a great company at first then notice the company doesnt know AV like they think they do.
