He was friendly, kind, and knew about a lot in this field. He even gave us some tips on how to take care of our unit properly. Thanks for the dependable and prompt service.

They quickly provided the HVAC repair service that we needed, and it worked.

They seem to have done quality work. They replaced the broken compressor quickly and had parts shipped overnight. However, they provided NO breakdown of cost/scope of parts, labor, freon, etc. Also, the first technician stated that the capacitor needed to be replaced. The tech who replaced the compressor didnt replace the capacitor, got the system running with the new compressor, and only changed it out after I brought the subject up. Finally, I dont really know who this company is. The company that came out was not AirCool. It was Turbo Home Services, LLC and the Web site was completely different than the one linked from this Google page. Finally, the address they show on Google cant be the right one. This address is for a BBVA Bank on Woodlands Parkway. I provided all this feedback in the review they sent me but I never heard anything from them. So, customer communications are pretty poor, also.
