Wish I could rate this place 0 stars. They have lost 3 packages of mine, but marked them delivered so they can avoid doing anything about it. I have filed claims with them, but they dont seem to care and wont do anything about it. The people Ive spoken to are rude and basically told me tough luck when I reported the missing packages. Wish I could avoid them entirely, buy unfortunately many online retailers use USPS and they are nearly impossible to avoid (probably why they refuse to do a decent job in delivering packages)

I had a really great experience working with Gwen from the post office. She answered the phone on the first ring, she was very friendly. She was able to help me with a misrouted package. I am so grateful for her all of her help. She was AWESOME!!!!

I went to the address on the you missed your delivery pink slip. I drove by the strip mall and didnt see a sign for the post office. I search Google maps and find an office across the road.The lady at the desk watched me stand in line for 15 minutes with the pink slip in my hand to pick up a missed delivery.She told me when I got to the desk that pick up was across the road. She told me that she watched me line up and knew I was in the wrong location. I dont know why she didnt say anything previously because now its 11 minutes untill the other location across the road closes.I drove back to adress across the road and couldnt find it. The second location dosnt have a sign. If it had a sign I may have been able to find the location before it shut!

Dropped a package in their package drop off a week ago and it still hasnt even been scanned in. Now my buyer has canceled and is irritated at me because it looks like I didnt ship the item. Sure hope they have my package when I go to ask them about it because if not weve got a bigger problem there.

I have been watching out for a delivery online and had saw that it was to be delivered today. Next thing I see is that the status has been changed to Notice Left (No Authorized Recipient Available). First off, there was no notice left. Secondly, I have a Ring so I can see when people approach the front door and there was no notification. This is not the first time this has happened. Very frustrated and dissapointed.

Horrible customer service and delivery drivers! Ordered 2 dressers and they shipped separately. They did not even attempt to bring my package to the door and stated for both of them that they’re oversized. Now after I scheduled a redelivery and they did the same thing as before, they are forcing me to come and pick up my packages. The reason I had them shipped is so I don’t have to pick them up! I drive a sedan, I can’t haul packages this big! That’s what I paid usps for, and they can’t even do that. Never using this garbage company again.

Yo wonder why people have a problem with this post office you have drivers driving around with their van door open and mail blowing out of it. There’s no way to actually report it because no one answers the phone. No wonder everyone uses UPS to ship their stuff.

I have nothing to say about the cashiers, but the management its allowing people to stay on the line with out face mask. I felt very uncomfortable, and when I asked the lady why she and her adult daughter wasnt wear mask, her answer was that she spoke to the manager and he agreed to them come and go there without face mask. I totally disagree with this manager position and I hope this be take care off. She was been a selfish as well as her daughter because everyone else was with face mask, protect her, but she wasnt care about anyone else but her.

The inside employees are fine. This review is about our mail delivery. I moved here 7 years ago and it is the worst mail delivery I have ever experienced. This are constantly put into the wrong boxes. Over the Christmas season this year I never received 4 different packages, all reported by USPS to be delivered. It totaled $349.00 for the 4 items and ruined my kids Christmas. I receive the wrong mail EVERY week and I will hand deliver my neighbors mail, but I am afraid those packages put into wrong boxes will never be returned and I can not prove I didnt receive them because the post office reported as DELIVERED. Anything important I now have to received at my moms house in Castle Hills because the mail in the Colony is so awful and unreliable. The 1 star is only because the inside employees have been nice.

Poor mail handling. Incorrect deliveries for regular mail. No attempts are made to deliver packages requiring signature confirmation. The carrier just adds a status of attempted delivery stating no one was available or that they didnt have access to the delivery location. Not true - I was home, they just needed to ring the doorbell. This has happened on multiple occasions over several months. Trying to call the post office just gives a busy signal. Online claims are acknowledged initially, but there is no followup or resolution. This is the worst post office I have ever experienced after living in multiple states.

They did not even bother ringing the doorbell for delivery. After I rescheduled a redelivery day for a few days later, a week after the scheduled redelivery date I still didn’t receive my package. I checked online and there was no attempt made for redelivery for my package or did it tell me where my package was held. I had to personally call USPS to know the address to pick it up. I understand that the USPS is impacted by COVID, but they need to keep their scheduled redelivery date or notify the customer that they are pushing it back.

The worst at handling issues. Everyone in our neighborhood has issues with a specific individual. This individual has returned my mail now twice. Accused me of taking packages but not my mail when I never did. Continuously puts other peoples mail in our box even though we have filled out the form twice and it has our name inside the box. Delivered our LED tube lights and drug them up our walkway with steps and tossed the box on the porch. Watched it happen, have it on video. Supervisors do not seem to care to fix the issue so I guess the neighborhood will have to take further steps to get all of the issues resolved. I would give zero stars if I could.

I’m a reseller and use the post office often. Since all my labels are prepaid thought I could just drop them off with no worries. Wrong my packages get lost, so I stand in line to ensure they are manually scanned in.

I have purchased a new home, here in The Colony and have enjoyed every moment, but the worst thing about The Colony is the Postal Service. Its ridiculous. I had packages that were supposed to be delivered and important mail containing checks for my employees. After speaking with a clerk and a manager, Mr Brown stated there is a rule that after 3 days you mail has to be picked up or its sent back to the send. I have paid hundreds of dollars in shipping cost, just to have all of my packages returned and I have to eat that cost. No note on the door or anything. In the times we are ina now and the lack of responsiveness of the Postal Service, there should be some common sense executed by someone with at least a high school education. If packages have just arrived to the Post office, at a minimum the should be delivered to the house the were intended for. This seems like a lazy out to me. The mailbox for mail and the front door for packages, should be on two different levels. I ordered a package 5 days ago and the clerk sent it back without me even having an opportunity to pick it up. NO OTHER POST OFFICE DOES THAT. I have been on vacation and came back to mail, but The Colonys Postal manager says that is impossible. I will do everything in my power to not buy a single stamp, ship any packages and I will have my mail forwarded to another city. I will NEVER, use this post office if possible. Now I see why there is so much turmoil surrounding the USPS. Unacceptable.

AWFUL! Have consistently had my packages delivered to the wrong mailbox, luckily Ive had kind neighbors that take the time to return my mail. So many instances of packages being marked as delivered to the mailbox, when they have never ever showed up. I get nervous any time I make online orders, as who knows if they will ever even reach me! Please, do your job with competence, you are clearly causing distress to plenty of others in the same boat.

I will not be using this location again. Id sooner drive across the country and deliver it myself.

I’ve been going to this post office for a year now. I have been nice to everyone that works at the colony. I buy stamps every week and drop packages off everyday. Every time I go in there I some how need more postage on my envelopes.. and all of a sudden my packages need a specific zip code on them or I can’t send them from this post office. They make it very very difficult I would not go to this post office at all.

Worst experience EVER! Ive lived in TC for almost 30 years and this post office gets worse every day. My mail carrier is stealing my mail. I reported her to Mike Brown (Supervisor) and Paula Jordan (manager). Both Mike and Paula insulted me, told me theyre OK with my carrier stealing my mail, and hung up on me. I have reported all 3 of them to the Inspector General and hope they all 3 end up in prison for mail theft. (There are multiple checks missing)

Joseph offers very poor costumer service. We just moved to the area so we came to get a key to the mailbox. Joseph told us we needed the lease and since covid is going on we didnt have a copy of the lease but we have the original digitaly. He said that he needed to see it, so my wife gave him her phone with the lease on the screen. He took the phone,looked at it and then threw the phone on the counter because he couldnt understand it. He was being rude so we asked what his last name was he said he didnt have a last name. If the guy hates his job he needs to find a new one.

Had issues with USPS not recognizing my parcel service as a valid address and automatically returning all mail pieces to sender. They wont even allow me to place a hold on shipments that have yet to arrive. Staff was extremely rude and actually cut me off while speaking. Horrible experience.

This is the WORST post office! They have lost more than likelystolen 4 packages of mine. Two of which where supposedly delivered in my locked mailbox on the same day. They have only recovered one of them, and act like they are not concerned about finding the others and blame it on new carriers. Everyone who answers the phone is so rude! And they NEVER look into it and follow up with you like they say they will. If I had the energy I would move just to make sure my mail does not go through that office. Every time I order something I cringe at the thought that I might not get it because of their incompetence. And if they are loosing packages that I am tracking I can only imagine the amount regular mail that I am not getting.

I am only choosing 1 star because I cannot chose negative stars. On a consistent basis, our mail is either not delivered at all due to carriers splitting our street between routes, packages not scanned in, or delivered to wrong mailbox. Tonight USPS Informed Delivery states that I am to receive 10 items plus 1 package. The package says delivered in mailbox at 7:34, but my mailbox is completely empty. Unacceptable!!! Too bad this is a government entity, because my complaints go unanswered and have for last 10 years!!!

Like most, I hate having to pick up a package from the Post Office. I don’t think anyone looks forward to that trip lol. The beautiful lady in front, Gwen, has such a positive and happy persona that you couldn’t get upset if you tried! She is hilarious, so sweet, and makes sure she tracks down your package, I promise you that! Once I went and my package was not where it was supposed to be, the line was long and I told Ms. Gwen I could wait if she needed to help others. As sweet as ever she told me don’t worry about it and she made darn sure she got me my package. She is the only one I know by name; however, the people behind the scenes are just as sweet and helpful. The team up there is amazing and they ALWAYS put a smile on my face, whether my package is there or not, I leave feeling I had just chatted with friends!

Somehow always manages to deliver my package perfectly on time! 4 days late every single package that USPS sends to me. Ive had 1 day shipping items show up 3 days late because somehow this place cant manage the workload. I will follow the tracking and see that my package is out for delivery, but it never makes it and will show up days later. Ive never had this issue until I moved to this area where this USPS office took over.Sure, its not a huge deal, but its impossible to try and plan when to order things for special occasions when they never show up anywhere near the actual delivery date. Amazon has had to refund me 1 day shipping 3-4 times in the past year because of deliveries not showing from this location.Update: USPS lost my package. It was a massive package. Im not sure how that goes missing, but it did. Great!

I dont know what can be done about this place but i will it is horrible. the mailman constantly puts my mail in the next door complex. She put my step son passport in the wrong box. nobody bothered to follow up with me to find it. luckily, i had time to spend my whole day knocking on doors until i found it. 3 apartment complexes down the street! This is crazy. now just yesterday my neighbor in the other complex her payroll check was in my box again. this lady and I have exchanged numbers that is how many times this is happening. we shouldnt have to keep delivering our mail to each other.

They often say they attempted delivery when they didnt. This is extra frustrating because I need a delivery notice to go pick up my package, but theres no notice since they were never here. Not on my door. Not in the mailbox. In a day or two theyll leave a notice in my mailbox and back-date it to say that it was from the day they claimed to deliver it. The super-interesting part is that missed deliveries arent held at the post office. They have too many, so they put your package in an unmarked suite in an abandoned strip mall down the road a bit. So you need to take off work and go to the annex facility and wait in a creepy empty white room with the other postal customers who are pondering the mistakes they made in life which brought them to live in The Colony, Texas: Home of literally the worst post office in the world. Its pretty funny in its own dystopian way.

Having issues with post office losing the packages. Happened twice in 2 weeks. Not sure if they are doing it deliberately. Called in to check with the PO, spoke with someone name Angela - NOT HELPFUL! Its a medical package I am waiting on and all they say is file a claim. When asked for a manager 2 days ago, she stated she was the manager since there was no one else. Called in today (was put on hold for 20 minutes or more), after calling back she told me that she was the supervisor and hung up the phone on me.How is it this a proper way of treating a customer? Worst post office ever!!!!! Either we don’t get our mail or our neighbor a whole building away has it. Deliveries are a complete joke. Package tracking will say delivered when it’s not. On several occasions we’ve had to go up there raise hell just to see that “some coded it wrong” and our package is sitting right there. Took three months to start getting mail once I moved in. Mailman is rude as shxt and forever puts the mail in the wrong box. Fire the whole staff and hire people who actually care about doing a decent freakin job.

I missed an important package earlier this morning while I was at work. As soon as I found out, I left work early and went to the post office to inquire about my package. Gwen informed me that my package may be dropped back at the office later towards closing time once the delivery vehicles returned from their run. Great experience with The Colony USPS. The key slot on our mailbox package locker broke with my package inside so I could not get my package out. I called the office and Gwen and Angela were incredibly helpful! They had a locksmith out the same day and I got my package within a few hours of calling. I am not always home to receive packages when they attempt delivery but I typically need them same day. I know I can count on Gwen at the pick up center to hold or track my packages when I stop by. 1 star is more then this post office deserves. 3 1/2 years at this address, and every single time we have gotten something that needs signed for a notice has been dropped in the box to come pick it up. He has not once attempted to come to the door. A change of address form was put in for 1 of my sons; he forwarded all of the mail under the kids last name down to where my oldest son live, including stuff with my name on it which is different then my childrens name. We had to put in several change of address cards in, including ones changing the address from an address down in ft hood which 3 of my kids have never lived, to get their stuff coming to the correct place. Ive been tracking a package that has been marked out on delivery since 7:20 am 1/2/2019; It is now 1/6/2019. How long does it take to get a package 1/2 way across The Colony? Each day it is marked that it should be delivered by the end of day but still is not here. He wont even have to bring it to the door as it will fit in the mail box. Guess I might just have to camp out at the box everyday so I get my mail. Which wouldnt be so bad if the mail box was in my front yard, but its one of those community type boxes so Id have to sit in someone else front yard to wait on him.

We just moved to The Colony. We havent been able to get our mail yet. My husband went and got our keys on Monday they said we would have to wait 2 days to get into the box. My friend sent me a package and saw via tracking our address was marked as vacant. She called the post office yesterday. They told her it was there along with my other mail and they would hold it until I came and got it back. I went to the main building someone gave me the right information on the box to go to for our mail and sent me to the 600 location for our mail. Went there and a man told me there was no mail there for me at all nothing being held maybe the carrier took it with him but he wasnt sure. He took my name address and phone number and let me know he would contact me when the carrier got back. In the mean time I go to our box the only thing inside is our change of address packet from when we changed it online 3 weeks ago and a vacant slip. So I take that with me and go back to the 600 location. Basically the man tells me again he will call me once he talks to the carrier and he doesnt know what else to tell me. So, I decide to give them until the end of business day to get the call. It never comes. My friend and I call in to check the tracking on what she sent me says it was returned yesterday at 8:47 AM RIGHT AFTER SHE GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THEM and they told her they would hold it for me. I call today and explain what is going on. I am put on hold for awhile. The woman comes back on the line and lets me know ALL of our mail has been sent back. That I could call whoever sent me mail and have them resend it. I know some mail we are expecting but not all of it. How am I supposed to call people if I dont know who sent me mail. She also told me if I had the vacant slip in our box I should be leaving our information in there for the carrier so they know it isnt vacant. 1) Why didnt the man tell me that yesterday if thats the case? 2) What kind of system so this that you leave little notes to inform people you have moved in? THEY should know that. I am going to do my bets to go paperless and use this place as little as possible.

Ive been trying to track a lost package for weeks with them. every time, I get put on hold for more than 15 min. call back, answer right away... pretty sure theyre just ignoring me. I constantly have to give them all my information because its always misplaced. they say theyll call me back... never do. office closes and I have to call again the next day. my package has been missing for weeks and no one will help me find it. thanks! :-/

I cant even give this post office a star. Last month they lost a check to our company and yes it was tracked to this post office and amazingly enough it never made it to our office. They then lost a check from our company to our payer again tracked to post office then nothing from there. Today I got back two of the cards (Christmas) that I sent out three days ago that had the proper addresses on them but where not send to the people on the front of the cards!!!!! I have been sending cards to these addresses for 25 years and just this year they got returned. I love living in The Colony but hate this inept Post Office. Forced to give star to post :(

Absolutely the worst service ever. I was looking for a package in Saturday that USPS informed delivery said was delivered at 9:46. The carrier was there, and I showed her the website, and she literally asked me 5 times if I was sure it was USPS that was delivering to me. DUhhh! Also spoke with Mark Brown, a supervisor in the location, and he is the rudest person Ive ever spoken with. He talked over me, wouldnt let me finish a sentence, and its the second time Ive talked to him. I recognized who I was talking with, because he treated me the same way the first time. When I told him, he denied every snapping at me. What a jerk. Forwarding mail without any form or reason he could name. Misdelivered packages and the list goes on. When I was talking to the mail carrier, there was a key in my box for the package box, and it was for another address...not even my address. Someone needs to investigate...its horrible!

I went to drop off a package and the box wouldnt open. Once they opened I called to see if they locked it at night or if it was jammed. The person that answered said it wasnt his department. I asked for their number and he wouldnt give it to me because he said they wouldnt answer. I let him know that I knew they were busy but Id like to try to call them. He rudely refused and said they didnt have time to talk to me. I just wasted $20 in shipping because I cant drop off my package.

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU USE THIS POST OFFICE!!!!!! My packages are CONSTANTLY DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS OR GO MISSING. It is ridiculous that we have illiterate postal carriers at this location. The service is INCREDIBLY POOR. No one at any other type of job would be able to repeat THE ABSOLUTE FAILURE of service from their employees time and time again without making changes except for this post office. Just tried to call about ANOTHER MISSING PACKAGE and the hold time is over an hour. I am getting suspicious about where exactly my delivery is after reading the other reviews here. It leads me to surmise there might be something nefarious going on at this location with all the missing packages. Be careful and read the reviews before using this post office.

Packages are consistently being delivered to the house across the street (which does share the same street number), specifically packages that have special Sunday delivery (through Amazon). Ive event painted a bright, clearly written sign with our full street address to ensure its obvious which house is ours, but it doesnt seem to get any better. I also tried to call the number listed on Google to see what else we can do to make sure this doesnt continue to happen (I mean, come on! You have ONE job - to know where I live), but all I got was a series of odd clicks. Disappointing, since there really isnt a whole lot consumers can do in this situation.

I was sent an international package that required adult signature. I found this out when a notice was stuck on my door, stating I had to be here. I went online and completed the redelivery request for a Saturday. I was specifically waiting for the redelivery, but apparently the delivery person didnt ring the bell or knock, because when I went out to see if the truck was on my street, another redelivery notice stating I was not home was stuck between the door and the door jamb. There is no possible way I could have missed the knock or the doorbell, because I was sitting on my couch speaking on the phone when the delivery attempt was made. The notice said it was attempted at 11:24am, and when I noticed, it was just 11:35, so I searched the neighborhood for the truck with no luck. Since I work an hour from home, now I have to take time off from work to pick the package up at the post office.

The employees here are typically in a good mood. When there are lots of people in line, they are more business-like and straight to the point so people dont have to wait in line as long.Unfortunately, there are people in line who are impatient and think they are the more important than anyone else. Those are typically the ones who have a bad experience because they are rude to others.If everyone would be a little more patient and kind to each other, we wouldnt have as many bad experiences.

Had my mail held while away. Came back to pick it up and it was no where to be found. Someone should be held accountable!!! How do you lose a whole month of mail? I then did a change of address for a place I’ll be moving into a week later. The reps at the annex said that because I’m moving my mail will be returned to sender. I question how’s that if my mail should’ve been at the office. I truly feel like they were too lazy to look for it. As a postal distribution clerk I feel I’ve been given false information and there’s no wonder I’m on here writing a negative review about this post office right along with everyone else.

Never had a problem with this post office. They changed the locks on our mailbox relatively quick when we moved into the area. Sometimes there is a (short) line. The carrier annex to pick up packages across the street isnt marked, but its easy to find and you know to just go there anytime you pick up a package. Employees have always been pleasant to deal with. Always answered the phone when we called.

I feel like we need to find a way to allow The Colony Post Office to give stars back to reviewers. No way they deserve one star and I wish I could give fewer! They make frequent mistakes when delivering packages, cannot seem to wrap their minds around a stop mail request, and God help you if you are unfortunate enough to have to visit the annex across the street!

I was set to receive a package today that was insured and required my signature. It was very important to me. I am at work pretty much all day so I asked my mother to be on the look out to sign for my package. She was on the front lawn at the time that the post lady was delivering the mail and watched as the mail lady signed for my package herself and just threw it in my mail box. It would have been one thing if she had knocked on my door and nobody had been home but she was standing within FEET from my mother.Im very angry because although I received my package, she had no right to sing for it herself.The sender paid for ME or someone in MY HOME to sign for that package. What if she had delivered it to the wrong house?Then, I am trying to reach someone at the post office to notify them and the phone keeps on ringing. They are in business until 5pm. This is freaking ridiculous.

If you have to do mail forwarding..... good luck. This post office is the worst post office I have ever experienced with forwarding mail. Both from previous tenants of my home in the Colony and for myself after I moved. EXTREMELY important documents (medical bills for my wife from when she passed and others) were never forwarded even though I put in mail forwarding on two separate occasions.UPDATE: After months of work and waiting they finally got the mail forwarding figured out. HOWEVER, in the meantime they lost my life insurance checkbook from my wife’s policy that I claimed AND my security deposit check of $1900 and someone cashed the check and we had to go through all sorts of headache to get that straightened out. We suspect somebody crooked and the post office, because we never received any “informed delivery” emails that it was being delivered on any given day.I love The Colony, it’s the greatest town, but their post office is the worst I’ve ever dealt with.

Anytime i order something and it comes through this USPS location there is an issue. There are 2 locations right across the street from each other yet no one at either locations knows anything. They play this game where they pass off blame on the other area - round and round and round until you give up.They never leave a notice in the mailbox if they try to deliver something but will update it online as: Delivery Attempted-Box Full. Even when there is absolutely nothing in your box or the side boxes which have keys!Phone is constantly busy when you try to call so I never get the chance to talk to anyone to find out what happens. You just have to sit idle and be at the mercy of their terrible service and hope and pray someone does their job.

I shipped an item to someone who lives in Colony, Texas. Initially I was very disappointed that, although the item was addressed correctly, the tracking information read Undeliverable as Addressed. I called the Colony post office, and was persistent in my calling. I spoke with a manager. I think he or someone from the post office must have personally delivered the item, for it was shown as being delivered that evening. I appreciate that it was delivered.

This office just makes up rules as they go. I live in an apartment with parcel boxes but the carrier refuses to deliver packages or even put them on her truck. Im stuck driving to pick up every package and I have to watch my tracking numbers because the carrier doesnt even bother leaving notices. Cant wait for new management at this location!

We live in Austin Ranch. Our packages seem to be missing more and more every week. They just aren’t getting delivered to our post box even though tracking says delivered.I bet someone is probably stealing packages. I seem to get bills, but nothing I order of value unless UPS or FEDEX drops it at the door. Ironically.

I wish I could give less than 1 star... My parents sent a package with tracking info... Package showed as delivered... Checked my mail, no package... Reported it to the post office said the carrier put the key in my box, said to check the following day... Still no package, called again was told the carrier put the package in my mailbox... Still no package, was told they wanted to see this thru and find out what happened and was sending someone out to investigate still NO PACKAGE. Tried to contact the woman I spoke with again and low and behold I get ZERO response... HORRIBLE!

Not only do we CONSTANTLY get important financial items delivered to our house which belong to our neighbors, we then dont receive phone bills, mortgage statements, etc., causing our own bills to be late. Many of our neighbors have complained over the years....to no avail. Just yesterday we received mail from Frisco that was shredded and had to be put into a postal envelope. At least every other month we get payments in our P.O. Box belonging to someone else by mistake. Once, returned, there doesnt seem to be anyone who actually cares that this continues to go on.

I thought this post office had gotten better however their emplyess here are not much help at all. I bought a box and paid way more for 1 week delivery when it would have been cheaper and faster to use priority when you ask them questions they tell you depends on weight and where but have no info. If your in customer service help people, know information about your job. If you can help someone and choose not too just makes you a jerk. I will drive to another citys post office from now on!!!!

This Post Office is Terrible! I am from the New England area and packages and mail is always delivered timely. Especially things that I order from Amazon. This Post Office will deliver things 3-4 days after the Expected Delivery date provided by tracking numbers; tracking numbers that place the package AT THIS LOCATION and it just sits there for 3-4 days. It is truly a shame that Amazon has the USPS delivering their packages because this location is TERRIBLE!

Have had multiple issues here and they consistently deliver mail to the wrong address. But, if you have staff at the location. Stay open when your kiosk doesn’t work so that you can accommodate those that work and can’t get to the post office before 5.

The worst experience I have had so far!!! It is so upsetting that they loose my package in transit for the first time. So the next time that I order the package, The USPS guys who should be delivering the package dont turn up at my door with a package at all and leave a note saying no secure location to drop off the package that happened twice in a row... it is so so so upsetting!!!!!

They dont deserve a rating at all, most all my packages that come in from Amazon will show up on package tracking as delivered when in fact they werent. They will put packages in the package box and not leave thekey in the mail box like their suppose too. These people are a total waste of space. How in the hell do these people still have a job? ZERO stars. First, they do not answer the phone or return calls. I called them for 2 days multiple times per day, as they lost my package. It randomly showed up 3 days later damaged. NOW, the left my DIPLOMA OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN IN THE FLOWERBED. There is water damage AND NOW A FEE FOR ME TO REPLACE.

Our mailboxes at my apartment were broken into so the post office would not deliver mail and we had to go pick up the mail from the annex. Since I work the hours they are open, I had to wait until Saturday to go and get my mail. There were 3 people in line when I walked it and took about 30 minutes for them to get to me. When I got to the window I told the guy working that I live at the bristol and need to collect my mail. He was very rude and said “it’s gonna be a couple of minutes, we are a delivery service, not a holding service.” Um, I didn’t chose for my mailbox to be broken into and for y’all to hold my mail.......the guy walked away grumbling something I couldn’t hear........after about 5 minutes he brought me my mail........no telling if he got all my mail. I really didn’t like my experience here and it looks like a lot of other people have the same opinion.

If I could give negative stars, Id give them 100.I live in an apartment, and for some reason that has to be the most difficult thing for this post office to handle.First, we have to pay $30 for them to give us our package. It had been re-routed for two months, and when it finally got here, they never told us. Second, I ordered an iPad as a Christmas gift for my mom. It had been marked as delivered on the 31st of December. We never got it. I made three different inquiries on where my package was and they ultimately said that its been delivered since thats what the online status says. So now Im left to assume that my expensive iPad was put into the wrong mailbox and that person stole it. Im absolutely fed up with their awful service and incompetent staff; and I dont plan on using their services for packages ever again. If you have to use them, make sure your packages require a signature, or you may never see it.

If I had the option of giving no stars for a rating for this post office, I would. This office has the worst service I have ever experienced. I have been waiting for my package for weeks now, and I have not received any notification after they have taken my phone number down, as well as my email. They have a separate Annex location that is hard to find (WITH NO SIGN) and they really expect people to find it. I also have issues with their representative assuming and also letting me know that my package was most likely stolen based on where I live. They need a complete revamp, or gone completely. I will most likely move again for the sole purpose of their faulty postal service, even though I have been in this city for only 6 weeks.
