I scheduled a 3-5 hour deep clean while away on vacation. I work 60-70 hour weeks. I thought how refreshing it would be to come home to a clean house after vacation. DIDN’T HAPPEN. Not only did our house look like no one had even touched it except for sweeping and mopping, but we were locked out of our home at 1 am because they locked the lead through door from the garage. My son had to drive an hour from Keller to let us in. I have photos of their “deep” clean. 2 people for 3 1/2 hours. Total bill was $260 and they refunded $75. Really? Yes they offered to come back - but why? First impression and you don’t even come close to the promises made? I don’t want you back in my home. Oh but the relish in my refrigerator was organized. Just dust and soap scum weren’t a priority. Well, I didn’t even want them touching my food. Need to see their work? Here you go.

I haven’t had my home cleaned by the company, but I’ve worked for the company. I can say that the quality of the company overall is awesome that’s not the problem.... i also will say that they do keep the business as professional as they can get. My promblem is with the way the treat and pay their employees. They pay by percentages and by if you’re a team lead or just an associate... but the team lead puts in about the same work maybe less on reoccurring cleans then the associate does... for example if I were to clean five house for them for one day my pay for that day would be 97$ .... but keep in mind all the houses are about 180$ and up... so that means I’m cleaning houses that total up to a value $180 and more so if you think about it you clean 5 of those you’re making the company somewhere around 800$ for that day... I got paid 97$ of that 800$ I made for the company. I honestly do not agree with that.... but that’s just me. I wanted to put this here so that maybe in the future they will decide to pay the employees right and what they deserve so they can have a fully equipped team with no problems.... I cleaned 19 house for them and I got paid exactly 363$Sorry. Someone has to say it though....

Lena, Bethany and Presley did an AMAZING job on our deep clean before Thanksgiving. They were so friendly, prompt, and professional and did a very thorough job! They cleaned crevices I never even thought of! Absolutely a once a year must-have. We also loved working with Winter who set up our services and answered all 1,000 of my questions, shes wonderful and responds so quickly!! From booking to paying, the entire experiences with Youve Got Maids of Frisco was spectacular. We cant wait to have them begin regular cleanings on our home.

I had them come out Friday and do the deep clean and Allyson and Lena did an amazing job!! The house sparkles and even smells clean! I have used Youve Got Maids for a couple years now and I have them come out 2 or 3 times a year to do the deep clean and each time has been great. There is nothing better than having your entire house from top to bottom cleaned, it a magical feeling!

The team of Victoria and Kade from You’ve Got Maids arrives on time and gets right to work. They are pleasant and efficient; no standing around talking. Small polite conversation while they work is appreciated. It makes things more homey.The office is very understanding if we need to reschedule. They want to work with my schedule. With 2 big dogs and a long haired cat, they’ve got their work cut out for them but you’ve got maids nail it every time. We absolutely love Zoey! We’ve had her almost every time and she never disappoints. Madeline joined her this past week and they made an awesome team. They’re extremely respectful, sweet to our pets and toddler and very friendly.

You’ve Got Maids did a phenomenal job on my home. It was by far the best cleaning service I have used. They had several special touches that were above and beyond and I felt the cleaning I received was worth the money. There was an issue with the team arriving on time but Ellen sent out another crew to get the job done in time for family coming in town. Customer service was great and I will definitely use You’ve Got Maids in the future!

Unreliable, Misleading and Unprofessional. Scheduled moving cleaning with Winter and she assured me it was a done deal. Fast forward, time to move and Amy calls with Bad News and a million excuses for cancel because they dont have the staff. No offer for a solution. Youve Got Maids needs to change their name to We have NO Maids! A real let down and inconvience.

Today was the first time Ive ever used a house cleaning service and I am so pleased with the work from Hannah and Bree. They were super polite and had me check on their work and were happy to touch up any areas that I noticed before they left. They even folded the clothes that were in my laundry room, which I didnt even ask them to do nor did I expect them to, as well as putting the bedding on the bed in our spare bedroom, which I didnt ask them to do either. They are super sweet and professional and I would definitely use this company again.

I had my first cleaning by Youve Got Maids today. So far so great! I had a nice home visit with Danielle to get an accurate estimate which was lower than 2 other services I had bid on the job. I like that the owner is a local school teacher and there is and office!Three lovely ladies came out to clean, Tonya, Adriane & Caralee. They were so nice and courteous. I work from home so it is usually pretty awkward having cleaners here while Im home, but they were friendly and I felt at ease.They did a great job!! Even down to cleaning BEHIND my couch that is up against the wall, finding lost items I hadnt seen in forever, and putting a Youve Got Maids sticker on the new roll of toilet paper and putting loose change out for me to pick up. :)

We tried them for the first time a couple days ago after switching over from our previous Maid Service due to unsatisfactory cleanings. Danielle and Bayleigh came out to do our initial deep clean and I was very satisfied with their work. The house smelled fresh and looked very clean. They even asked me when they got there if there are certain areas I would like them to pay extra attention to. Amy is great too. She came to give the initial quote and asked a lot of questions about what we wanted done. I’ve signed up for weekly service so hopefully it will continue to be great!

Youve got Maid has been my house cleaning service for over a year. My husband and I are very pleased with our results each time they come to our home to clean. They come and clean every two weeks and the service I receive is very thorough. You can tell when they have come and put their cleaning touch on your home. Adriane and Caralee are the two who usually do my home and they do an outstanding job. They come in every two weeks and put things back in order. Recently Tanya came in the place of Caralee and she was very good as well. To be honest, everyone who has ever come to clean my home has been amazing. I would not recommend this company. I hired them on 10/4/19 for a the Move In service. Way over priced and did a poor job. I found cobwebs and dust still in the cabinets and some of the baseboards were missed completely.

This was the best cleaning crew I have ever had. When they say deep clean that is exactly what they mean. Skyy and Tonya were fabulous, I want them every time. They did go over the time that was quoted but the owner Ellen came and talked to me about it before the end of cleaning, she didnt just add it to my bill like I have had some cleaning companies do. She apologized and worked with me. Quit honestly the way they cleaned I didnt mind at all, My house truly was spotless from ceiling to baseboards. when they say they hand wash the base boards they do, I was there I saw them do it. Ive been using Youve got Maids of Frisco for quite some time now. I have gone through many cleaning companies and have never been as satisfied as I am with this company. The customer service is impeccable. I have found the perfect cleaning crew and I request them every month. Tracy is my go to for cleaning my house. His attention to detail is by far the best Ive seen. He listens to my needs and follows through. My baseboards have never looked so good. Im not one to post reviews but with a cleaning company as good as this, I couldnt withhold the positive feedback.On March 26th Tracy reminded me about the internal competition the company was having and for every mention he gets entered into this. So, I’m am late in mentioning Tracy for the following cleaning services : January 20th & February 22nd.I’m kind of a geek because I get so excited when my house clean but I’m also very picky when it comes to a clean home. I have no worries when I know that Tracy will be cleaning my home.

$85/hr for two workers! Assume they are making (generously) $20/hr. That leaves $45/hr for YGM. Ridiculous. When I was told $85/hr I assumed a crew of at least 4. So the job took 6 hrs and ended up way over estimate... no surprise. Last time I will use YGM.

We have had a fantastic experience with Youve got maids. They have been excellent in communicating with me, work professionally and are always on time. Zoey and Shanterra did a superb job today and were very friendly and accommodating!
