The billing department for this company is not something you want to deal with. I asked them to reach out to my second insurance company for payment and they proceeded to charge my debit card. I do not recommend receiving services from them.

I cannot comment on the counseling services because I was unable to get past the sweet young lady at the front desk who repeated her response not less than 6 times until I finally asked her to stop insulting me. This administrator refused me an appointment because I was unwilling to give them my credit card number so that they could bill me at leisure (They were provided information from my insurance stating coverage at 100%). I guess Im old fashioned as I prefer to manage my own resources, and am fully willing to pay after services are rendered. Buyer beware.

Jodi is an amazing counselor who has done wonders with my son. She is compassionate, caring and helps people truly dig deep to learn their true selves. I am extremely thankful that we met her as its made our lives so much better. She helps work through divorce, abuse, loss, grief, social skills and so much more. We will forever be in her debt. Thank you.

I think any 1 star review below has nothing to do with her counseling abilities and everything to do with confusion about payments for the sessions. She is an amazing therapist who challenges me and has helped me grow as a person more than she even knows. She will also incorporate Christianity into her counseling if you choose to, which I absolutely love because of my own walk with God and combining it with strategies to improve my mental health. I recommend her to everyone I know who I think could benefit from therapy! I cannot say enough good things.

I am SHOCKED by the 1.8 stars. Jody deserves 10 Stars. She has changed my life. I literally feel like I can tell her anything and she would never judge me. Jody is compassionate, caring, and loving. However, she doesn’t just listen. Jody provides realistic solutions that work. My husband and both agree that seeing Jody- both alone and separately- has been the best decision we’ve ever made.So, if you’re upset because you didn’t provide 24 hours notice for a cancellation, that’s on you. Yes, you were charged because you did not adhere to the contract you signed. That has absolutely nothing to do with the services she provides.

I have had an incredible experience with Jodi Valentine Counseling. My counselor has been extremely supportive, caring, knowledgeable and an integral part of helping me succeed in accomplishing my personal goals. I highly recommend this group to anyone seeking quality counseling.

Ive been to a few counselors over the last several years trying to find some relief from the anxiety that Ive struggled with for quite some time. After my first session with Jodi, I was amazed! I felt better than I had felt in years. After only 8 sessions, I am so proud to say that I have conquered anxiety and truly feel like a different person. I absolutely recommend Jodi and her group to anyone and Id give 10 stars if possible!

I asked my councilor to cancel my appointments so I could plan around my work schedule, and she didnt have a problem with it. But the day after the appointment JV counseling took 50$ from my card, and when I called and spoke to the office they said Id missed a scheduled appointment and had to charge me. Even after talking to everyone I could and explaining what had happened they still wouldnt budge on the matter. I would NOT recommend this place, the counselor I spoke to was ok but its not worth dealing with that office. Look elsewhere.

Worst counseling ever for marriage. If you want marriage counseling that will save your marriage do NOT go here. After counselor failed to do any proper counseling she revealed she couldnt save her own marriage!!
