I have rented from here twice and have been very satisfied both tines. David goes above and beyond for his customers and I will definitely be back. Both times he was courteous, kind, patient and very down to earth. He made my rental process a breeze and took any concerns I had serious.

David and Team are amazing. They are always so accommodating and provide the best service and pricing available. Their vehicles are always super clean and in tip top shape. We were in need of a car rental several times during the summer, and we were so happy with the service we received all 4 times!!UPDATE: The last 2 times my wife and I rented a car online, we were later informed no cars were available. There appears to be some sort of a disconnect between the ACTUAL inventory at locations, and what is being listed online. The first time it happened, they didnt even contact us, we were told when we arrived to pick up our reservation that We are out of cars.Someone from corporate really needs to check out what is happening online and at this location.

Do not rent from these guys, they will charge you $285 extra if have little trash in your car. i rented for 12 days n car was little messy with kids but they are there to rip you off.

David very kind and formal about the rentals, you will be very well taken care of and a speedy process. In and out with all my needs met. No questions asked one of the best places to rent.

I have been using this location for the past 2 years. I wouldnt use any other location. They give me the best deal and friendly service. This location takes every precaution to keep themselves and customers from spreading covid-19. The after hours drop box is very convenient for me.

And if that’s what is expected of anyone, that should be made clear to them. Had I known this was expected, though it was never mentioned when I voiced my complaint in person on said day, I would have chosen a different drop off time.Maybe if this location would spend a bit more time on proper customer service and showing up to work on time instead of leaving less than polite replies on the reviews of people they’ve taken money from, they might not make mistakes like this in the future.Original: 3/5 starsHad to wait for a while which was kind of annoying. My drop off time was 8 am and they open at 8 am and no one showed up til 8:10 and even though I had to stand there for 15 minutes when I should have been allowed to just hand over the keys and walk away as a member with them. I won’t use this location again.

I don’t have a clue why you would have a reservation option online if when you go to pick up said arranged reservation no one has anything for you and the guy at the counter has no idea what day it is or why he’s there. This is the dumbest car rental experience I’ve ever had. Thank God I didn’t pay online so your company could charge me a cancellation fee totaling more than the actual rental.

There are many choices in DFW for rental car services but if your looking for a Professional and Courteous staff that excels at Excellent Customer Service, Budget Car Rental in The Colony is your only option.I have been doing business with this location for over a year and a half and if you need a quality rental vehicle that comes with great service and a good price, give this location your business, you won’t be disappointed!!

No after hours drop box for your keys. When I called the 800 number, I was told I would have to leave the car in the WalMart parking lot, unlocked, with the keys in it overnight, and I would be responsible for all damages.Or I could drive it to the airport to drop it off. Of course that triggers the 3.95 toll fee for every day of the rental, whether you had tolls or not (plus the actual tolls of course)And forget the Well pick you up if youre within 5 miles. They were always mysteriously too short staffed to pick you up, and just as mysteriously fully staffed when you got there.

We got into Phoenix late. We had reserved a midsize car but they only had SUVs left. Yes, it was an upgrade, BUT we also incurred the unexpected expense for fuel of a gas guzzler!*EDIT 6/17/20*Apparently, Budget Employees now have too much time on their hands due to Covid 19. After a year, they respond that I reviewed the location in Phoenix, where we traveled TO and complain that my review says where were FROM. Petty response!

Be aware of extra charge days after dropping off your car.

I needed a rental car while my truck was getting fixed in the shop. This location was super convenient and the staff was very helpful.

Only reason I didnt give 5 was one experience where I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to return a little inconvenced but other than that they were always courteous and quick and no problems.

Peter has been there a long time - we rent every once in a while, every step is easy, quick, professional, friendly. Highly recommended.
