I had a great experience working with these guys. All the work was very straightforward, done right and finished on time with no surprises. Wayne was very transparent and communicative throughout the process. I will definitely be utilizing their service in the future if needed. Cant say enough good things. They went above and beyond what was expected. Dealing with this body shop was by far the easiest part of the whole process.

Took our scion tc up here for some damage on the fender and rear bumper... they did an absolute killer job fixing this thing! Above and beyond is understatement. This is the only shop I will go to in DFW. They fixed some previous collision work and even painted the wheels for me too!! Cannot thank yall enough!

They are not serious or professional! first they made an appointment to receive my vehicle on 07/13, then they changed it on 07/20 because they dont have staffthen on 07/15 they write to me to confirm the appointment !! and today they write to me again to change my appointment to the month of SEPTEMBER !! what joke is this ?? because they dont have staff !! Gentlemen, it is unprofessional to play with peoples time!I ask that you please tell me that you do not want to repair my vehicle and voila! Dont play with my time anymore! and the answer is that they have no staff !!! I attach the images of the conversation!

Amazing! Every person with whom I dealt was professional, kind and beyond helpful! My Tesla Model X was completed within 48 hours! The repair quality was beyond my expectations! They even arranged for my rental pick up and drop off! I can’t say enough about Gerber! Even the receptionist went out of her way for me :-) Thanks to all of you guys at Gerber… I’ve never had such a good experience! Though I hope I won’t NEED their services again I would never take my cars anywhere else!

Unfortunately, my poor car ended up being a total loss...but I wanted to give a shoutout to the team at Gerber for being so wonderful! Their front desk employee was so sweet and helpful when I visited several times to pick up stuff from my car. I encountered a few other employees there as well and everyone was really wonderful. Really great customer service, I appreciate them! Im grateful that on a whim I chose this place to have my car towed to. I was sad that it ended up being totaled, but glad that it was in the hands of people who were kind and communicative.

I had some collision repair done 5 yrs ago that should have been covered under my warranty, but the company that did the work is no longer in business. One issue was my driver door wasnt sitting in the jam right, catching the wind and shaking the door. They were able to see me right away, listened and were willing to help me before my road trip this weekend. The door bolts were loose, which they quickly fixed no charge. Best customer service ever! I’ve unfortunately been to a number of body shops, and this company by far offers the best customer service I’ve ever received. The are polite, helpful, and happy to help. Should I need body work in the future, this is where I’ll be headed and I’ll be telling anyone who will listen the same.

So far, so awesome! My Toyota is a lease, so any body repair had to be done perfectly knowing I had to turn it back in in six months. From the first phone call, everything has been so easy! I had many questions about service, getting into a rental, contacting insurance...they said, “We’ll take care of everything.” And they have!

I was a little concerned when I found that Earth Collision had become a part of Gerber Collision & Glass. Its not that I heard bad things about Gerber. Its just that sometimes companies can change when their name changes. The team at Gerber put all of my concerns to rest.From start to finish, I felt like I was their most important client. The point of contact, Dustin, was kind and very informative. Throughout the whole process, I received text message updates. Best of all, they finished earlier than quoted. Wow! I dont know of any other repair shop that does that.I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass. If it means paying out of pocket for a repair, I plan on using them for my autos future paint and body repair. (Hopefully, a rare occurrence.)

From start to finish with my hail claim on 2 different cars Earth Collision was extremely helpful. I received my initial estimates from their drive in with my insurance company and was able to immediately schedule my repairs. Throughout the repairs I was kept informed and the quality when it was completed was top notch. I highly recommend Earth Collision for anyone wanting great service and quality.

I first took my Nissan Altima to Earth Collision Center in The Colony to fix a pretty large dent on the front bumper. The staff at the place were very courteous and helpful. 2 days later when I went to pick up the car, i couldnt believe my eyes. The car looked as good as new, the headlights which were cloudy before were all cleaned up, the front bumper was all nice and clean and you wouldnt say that there used to be a big dent in that spot. They even cleaned up the interior of the car. Great job done on the car!!2 weeks ago, the driver side mirror broke while backing out of our garage. On a Saturday, I took it to the same location. I thought I might have to get the whole mirror replaced. The staff at Earth Collision Center, along with the assistance and supervision of JR, came to my rescue and fixed the mirror within an hour. I didnt even have to buy a new mirror. I couldnt be more happier with this business and would highly recommend it to everyone. They do an awesome job and have great, helpful and courteous staff.

I have to tell you that being a customer of Earth Collision Center was an awesome experience! You never know what you are going to get when dealing with car repairs but this place is top notch. When GMC told me it would be two months before I could get my car fixed I started calling around. If you own a Tesla, this is the place to go. Their technicians are one of the only technicians fully trained by Tesla in California. Do not trust the other locations where their technician was trained online. This shop is also, Ford, GM, Dodge, Nissan, Infiniti, Hyundai and Kia certified. This shop also offers a national lifetime warranty and recommended by all the insurance companies.

Great experience! Super friendly people who give you a personal and caring experience. After dealing with a separate accident, I realized how much better Earth Collision treated me than the one Im working though in Houston. The friendly lady at the desk at Earth Collision reserved a car rental, where now Im having a nightmare getting one. Awesome customer service from the staff when I came in right before the holidays. I had to get my front bumper replaced as well as a new coat of paint on the front end of my car. It only took three days and my car looked even better than before my accident!! Ronnie treated me like family and would send pictures of the car to keep me updated on the whole process. Great place and even better experience!

If you own a Tesla, I would highly recommend you do not bring it here. They have such little knowledge that after I explained I still had issues from the repair that he straight up told me that he had no idea where to start. Since I’ve already received back my car, they have little interest in helping me out anymore. They said they would get back to me and it’s been days with no follow up. I should have realized when I talked to my insurance adjuster he mentioned that Parkwood Collision was the best shop he’s worked with for Tesla. I should have saw that as a sign to not leave my car here.*** updated. It’s been months now between going back multiple times. I’ve had to get out of work and wait there while they tell me they will help me and still not resolved. Part of my car under rail ended up getting more damaged because of their faulty work. Still no contact on their behalf. They claim tesla kept sending them the wrong part but I’m wondering who’s really one.

If you drive a Jeep and need some repair work this is the place to go. My husband and I live in downtown Dallas and made the drive out here based off glowing recommendations. We could not be happier with the results. They took fantastic care of us right from the start and always had a helpful attitude. Needed collision repair on my Tesla and contacted them a month ago for an estimate and was told to wait about a month since they are backed up. It sounded reasonable since there are ONLY three Tesla approved body shop in Dallas. After a month, I finally receive an email asking me to bring my car in. Today I took my car in and they briefly talked about the repair process, estimated duration of time for repair process (which he mentioned several months), and just took some photos. Then they rescheduled me at the END OF THE MONTH to bring my car in again for a drop off. I was very disappointed that absolutely nothing was done after waiting a month and cant help but think all of this today couldve have been done through simple emails and a phone call. I immediately called another Tesla approved shop in Plano (AutoNation) and they took a look at my car immediately and explained the process more precisely and gave a better, realistic timeline (5-7 weeks). Overall, was much more pleased with the experience with them and dropped my car off the same day. I shouldve contacted AutoNation to begin with and my car might have been repaired already.

I have nothing but incredible things to say about Earth Collision Center! I was greeted by Matt, whom is extremely professional, giving me his honest opinion about the work my car required. It was an in and out job and the price was more than fair.

My car was severely keyed (I didnt even know people did that anymore!) and my insurance company has an office out of this shop. I was never pressured into using this shop during my appointment, but after a little research this seemed like the best choice - the shop was clean, the location was convenient, the staff was friendly - going out of there way to be helpful, and the yelp deal they were offering couldnt be beat.

They were very nice to deal with. I can not reply on the work, because the mans insurance company opted to total out the car at the 11th hour.

A friend had her vehicle done here and I looked it over afterwords and it was probably the best repairs I have seen after a wreck. She let me know they kept up with her the whole time it was being fixed and none of the parts were aftermarket.

I brought my Range Rover there on the referral of my insurance. They did an amazing job removing the hail damage. My Rover looked like swiss cheese. I am so happy they had it fixed so fast. Had a great customer experience. My car had damage to both the front and rear and had some unseen damage to the radiator when the initial damage assessment was done. When I was actually driving the car to the shop for my actual appointment a few days later the car overheated and became undrivable. They paid to have a tow truck pick up the car and drive it to the shop. While the repairs were being done I would get email with photos of the current state of the vehicle which was also very helpful. The car looks great. Cant tell at all it was ever in an accident. Was very happy I chose Earth Collision center for my repairs.

I cant speak for anyone else, my overall experience with Gerber/Earth Collision was not good. I brought my car here in June after a very minor wreck and it took until August for repairs to be completed. I constantly had to have my car done over, due to poor workmanship which resulted in damage that the wreck didnt even cause. Also the wrong parts were put on my almost one year old car and I had to report Gerber to BBB to have the right parts installed. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone after all the stress, no deadlines set, time, constant concern regarding my car, and inconvenience brought upon my family. If you have a new car like me, I recommend taking it to your dealership collision center for repairs after a wreck.

Had damage to a car after an accident. They took care of everything pretty quickly, although they were having some troubles. I was updated on the status with pictures.

My husband and I recently had our Pontiac Grand Prix repaired at Earth Collision Center. This has been out second accident in this vehicle, we had it repaired at another shop and that experience was horrible! At Earth Collision they found previous damage that supposedly had been take care of at the other shop. Not only did they repair the original damage but they also repaired what the other shop messed up. Our car looks impecable!!! Earth Collision Center is definitely the place to take your vehicle!

I dont even know where to start...Earth has had my car for 2.5 weeks for a simple sideview mirror replacement. They are now on their third attempt at getting the paint correct. Also, while the car was in their possession they somehow damaged the front end and had to repair/repaint the entire front end of my car. The damage to my car while in their possesion should be enough to scare away anyone looking for a bodyshop..The best way I can describe this place to people is - its a body shop that cant get paint color to match on a 2 year old car with 15,000 miles and damage customers cars...To top it all off, the only time I ever get a status update on my car is when I call and ask for one. Even when THEY DAMAGED MY CAR and had to repair THEIR MISTAKE the only way I found out was becasue I called and asked if my car was ready! I would avoid this place at all costs

My wife made an appointment to have her drivers side window and trim replaced because of a few deep scratches from a rock flung up while she was on the highway. They told her they had pre-ordered the parts and made no mention otherwise when she dropped it off on a Thursday.Her vehicle was supposed to be ready 2 days later on that Saturday but the day came and went without us hearing from them. We figured they were running behind but when we still hadnt heard anything by Monday afternoon, she gave them a call. They said it was still being worked on. They again made no mention of the parts not being in.When the following Thursday came and we hadnt heard from them, she gave them another call. Someone finally told her that the parts were never pre-ordered and, in fact, they were on backorder for at least 3 more weeks.We were renting a car for her while hers was in the shop. By the time they told us they didnt have the parts and we were able to make it over there to get her still unrepaired vehicle back, the rental fees totaled close to $450. Weve now paid just about the entire cost of the repair ($500) and her vehicle still has the scratches.

Called up the place on a saturday as it was almost time to close. Talk to the guy to make sure they have time to get a rough estimate on my wifes car. So i get a tow to drop off the car and 20 mins later he writes me the estimate. I told him of our situation,that we are being relocated to flordia and that time was of the essence. He assured me they got experienced workers and that we are fine. So i had to discuss the quote with my wife to make sure everythings good on our end. So he let me leave the car since they were closed on sunday. We decided to go through with it. So i head back on monday with the key to get the ball rolling,as i walk in another person approaches me after me standing there for 15 mins. Tells me they are booked and they cant help me even after i told her i had the estimate here. She keeps telling SORRY SORRY THERES NOTHING I CAN DO. So now i got to pay for another tow and hopefully can get this car taken care of before we drive across the country. Unbelievable,thanks for nothing earth collision.

This shop will jerk you around with repair times, payment owed to rental agencies, and complete failure to communicate while they hold YOUR car. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!
