I give this tow service five stars. Explanation, even though its also an impound lot... they have great customer service and I personally experienced it through one of their worker Ishmael. He gave me awesome customer service and even taught me ways to get things done here in Texas City- lamarque so that I wont have to go through this again to end up getting my car towed again.
