The prices are no lower than regular stores and, at times, higher than other retailers. This place is only good for buying in bulk to stock up on essentials. The original ideology was to save some money by purchasing a large quantity; the store came out ahead and you saved. That is no longer the case & not worth the cost of membership.

Love the scan and go app, can add items to my online cart as I shop, then pay via the app and out the door I go, no check out lines. The store is well organized, I find what Im looking for (and usually more 😀).

The staff there is really friendly. The store itself looked horrible. The managers need to learn how to merchandise better. They available product was poor and the prices are much higher then other Sams. I have been to 6 Sams in a 200 mile radius and this store is 2 dollar higher on average

Always love shopping at Sams. We got a buggy full of stuff and went to check out, and it said that my card had expired like a week earlier. I got frustrated and went to the member information or Services desk, and they hooked me right up. Everyone was extremely nice. I dont know why my card had expired, because I am a associate and have my membership fees taken out of my paycheck every two weeks. It looks like someone would have notified me before my card expired, but they didnt. But its all good. Enjoyed this shopping experience very much.

Easy in and out, get what ya need with fast self checkout and your done. Large selection, great prices, helpful employees, and not over crowded.

The lady at customer service when I had previously called before going there refused to give me her name & the cashier that checked me out insisted that I unfold the money that I was handing to her & I heard her say, under her breath that I had a attitude by the way I placed the money on the register. Then she just pulled my cart out of the way with my groceries as fast as possible to attend to the next person were I even had to tear my own receipt off the register tape. Extremely bad customer service & I told the front end manager about my concerns because their attitudes were not right by no means.

Not quite the selections Costco has. The hot dogs are very yummy 😋.

Its really a good place to buy double pack stuff, but sometimes it can get really expensive at times, and when you add up everything in your cart. The employees are really good, and its nice and clean in the store.

I shop here weekly but have to go to longview for a number of products they just dont carry here. The store is too small and adding the alcohol ate up even more space. They need to relocate in town and carry what the customers want.

One of the worst Sams Club stores I have ever been to. The parking lot is difficult to get around in on the weekends, the lines to check out/get your receipt scanned before leaving are way too long, and the customer service is horrible. I mean, sure, its a wholesale store and all, but it does not take that much effort to be polite to customers.

SAMS is now fully stocked. However, they dont carry Celery anymore. The ladies that assist the checkout on your own are extremely nice & helpful! Thankfully, you can enter this store WITH OR WITHOUT A MASK to shop. No discrimination going on here.

Terrible experience today. Many items were out of stock. Layout of floor forcing shoppers to crowd one another during the pandemic. Seem to be fewer and fewer reasons to maintain my membership.

I have been somewhat disappointed in Sams Club in Texarkana, TX since shortly after I joined when I realized they do not compare favorably to the soles of Costcos shoes, so to speak, as far as quality of products offered goes.. Now, two events have truly made me consider terminating my membership. They sell a cut up sandwich rolls supposedly of turkey, cheese and sun dried tomatoes among other things. Last week.I brought it to a managers attention.that while labeled as having sun dried tomatoes as one of the ingredients the vegetable ingredient actually was red pepper. He offered me a refund, which I declined because I needed the sandwiches but he also assured me that he would correct the issue and either they would relabel the product to show it contained red peppers and not sun-dried tomatoes or in the future they would use sun dried tomatoes. A week went by and they were still selling the product labeled as containing sun dried tomatoes when in fact they still contained no sun dried tomatoes but red pepper in its place. That is an outright fraud in my opinion.Then two days ago, I went to the Sams Club Pharmacy to get the covid-19 vaccination. When I have gone to any other Pharmacy to get a flu shot on any other vaccination they always give an information sheet as to the possible side effects that you may experience after the vaccine is given to you.. They did not do so at Sams Club, in fact they did not even tell me that there would be any possible side effects. They had me sign some document via one of those little small signature pads and did not show me a copy of it. So I may have unknowingly signed for receipt of such but I certainly did not get one; they told me I was signing giving them permission to treat me.Anyway, yesterday when I awoke, I had general malaise, then a couple hours later in the day I developed a slight fever of about 100 degrees Fahrenheit and a runny nose. My aches and pains got worse and I felt like I was coming down with the flu or Covid-19 for a second time. I am 65 and it scared the heck out of me having already had covid-19 once before thinking I may have it again. Little did I know, until I checked the CDC website, that everything I was suffering from was a likely result of the Covid-19 vaccination. For the pharmacist at Sams Club not to have explained to me that such would be the likely result was, in my opinion, less than meeting the Professional Standards that pharmacists need to live up to and was a gross disservice to me. I will get my 2nd shot there and after that will never use their pharmacy again.

Prompt courteous curbside pick up service. My first such experience with this service at Sams Club during these Covid-19 times. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to maintain their social distance and safety. Even received a small token gift for shopping at Sams Club.

I like Sams for their meat market and bakery. Just picked up some skirt steak for fajitas and some frozen dough for hoagies and croissants that I can bake in the oven at home.

No italian sausage and that sucked but the store was great. just made a big dinner from there heat and go section .

I can always find what I need in Sams Club. I like to sometimes just go and look to see whats new.

Always a great shopping experience! Excellent choices at good prices make for cost effective shopping. You do have to buy in larger quantities than your average grocery store trip, but the aavings over time make it worth it. Great snack area also!

Very rude custom service. I wanted to redeem my group membership. I had followed directions online but I couldnt pull up the membership number fast enough. One lady just started helping another lady behind me and the other lady seemed to be bothered i did the Groupon price membership. Either way both ladies seem very short with helping.

Got what I needed and left didnt have to wait long

Empty. No toilet paper, no fresh meat other than 18.38 per lb ribeyes. Missing many other things. Might be the holiday coming up. I should have ordered all dry goods online. No seats. Its not like you couldnt leave a few for us disabled. Even 10 foot apart would be fine. Took every seat out of the snack area and throughout the store.

They are still restocking but it was still a pleasant experience

This a busy location. This Sams is normally well stocked and organized well. The only negative is access from the streets. Depending on time of day, it can be hard to get in and out on the streets. The gas prices are normally a little cheaper than other stations.

Great selection. I love this store, but they have doubled their prices on some of my favorite items and were completely out of chicken legs.

Love having a sams club in our town, great products, customer service is excellent, but the BAD experiences Ive had at this club has been TOO MUCH!! Management is the worst!!!!!!!!!! They will not call you back, they do not follow up on product inquiries, most are very disrespectful, and Ive had the worst at peoblem solving issues!! Still waiting on Corporate Office to resplve and issue placed with them over two years ago? So Cucos tp the store but dont try and get an issue solved. If Ihad another club to go to I would. So beware SCM

It is a great place to save money buying in bulk. I do alot of holiday baking so it saves me money. I also like that you can find everything at store or online. I just wish the membership didnt cost so much to upgrade. I am an early morning person.
