Very rude representatives. 2hr long phone waiting. To get the run around. This is why fathers who try and get ahead, CANT. Consider yourself lucky if you get someone on the line and is willing to resolve the reason you called.

Employees were polite and helpful. They were eager to answer question. Hours are 8-5pm.

The woman that works my case is rude and unprofessional... Shes a black woman with a very deep voice... If you get her ask for another person immediately...

I went there with my son so he could put his self on child support so he would have rights to see and be with his kids for the mother had all rights. But the people that work there could care less. I dont think that whomever may have the kids keep them from the other parent unless its something real bad. It need to be more people getting together for the father. You pay all that money 💰 for court cost and attorneys fees when all that money 💰 could go to the child for some of the people that work there could care less about if you have food, place to stay, clothes ect. THIS IS VERY SAD AND 😞 SORRY ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Very difficult to get a representative on the phone and made a call today and spoke with a very unfriendly and not at all helpful representative. All of this is already a difficult situation. Why cant your representatives be a little more helpful and just a little bit of compassion and professionalism when someone calls in (and can actually get someone on the phone) with a question or concern? Also, the whole automated phone system is ten times worse than they way it used to be. Not user friendly at all. Wondering if this was intentional??

Staff is rude and overworked. Employees dont provide you with basic up dates or information on your case. I had an employee yell at me and stand over me in an intimidating manner while telling me to leave because I had questions why no action had been taken on my case in months. Finally, a supervisor stepped in and had the sense enough to realize I was well within my rights to ask questions and the employee was out of line acting threatening and inappropriate the entire time bc she dis not want to have to pull my file and look over the last entry which was well over a year! Horrible!!!

My son and I have the same name and there was a mix up. To make a long story short, I found out that The Child Support goes thru USPS looking for names of DEADBEAT DADS. Is that legal? 2 people with the same name? How do you know one from the other? Cant give birthday or ssn to determine whos information theyre sending to who. This needs to be looked into. I was told that I NEEDED to COME PROVE TO THEM THAT I WAS NOT WHOM THEY WERE LOOKING FOR. They sent child support officers with papers and letters to my residence after they could clearly see that Im 50 and NOT 28. How can this process be LEGAL??? I have a video available. This process needs to be looked into.

I had a good experience with child support officer Donna Brown. She was professional, knowledgeable, nice, and fair in my case.

Every time I call I have to select numerous options and wait on hold up to 30mins before someone eventually picks up or I just give up and hang up. They should give a direct number to local child support office

They are wonderful Therapists. Educated motivated and nice!!

Irs collects the money but if they overpay u u got to pay it back likes its yr fault
