I love this place! These guys are friendly and knowledgeable! Service is professional and fast! I travel a lot and come in regularly. My last oil change I had to go somewhere else and didnt like it at all! This is the place to go!

All employees were amazingly kind and professional. We came in with an RV class C and Lee, the manager said he would do everything he could to make it work for us and had to get a ladder to take down a sign and work the bay doors to fit our RV in the proper location. Jacoby our tech was so efficient as well as another gentleman who directed us in and out. It was great to be able to stay in the RV and we were in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. We recommend them very very highly!

Sent my girlfriend to do an oil change, my oil was already black and the person said it didnt need one, so i went todday myself to tell them i wanted an oil change not asking if i needed one and when i got home it was still same old black oil and charged me $120 for nothing

The people were great! Even thoughthey didnt have an air filter to fit my car, the tech said if I bought 1 & brought it back, he would install for free.

I give this place 3 stars strictly due to their customer service skills. I have never had an issue with my car until i had taken it here. Two oil changes with only 500 miles in between . My engine kept running out of oil, so i decided to take a look at everything myself. They had the oil filter on incorrectly and the bolt was loose . After trying for 15 minutes using a special tool i was still unable to get the oil filter off that was leaking oil everywhere. From now on i will be doing my own oil changes . I have had friends who stated the same thing about this place as well, so unless you like your engine oil draining, dont go here . Since i did my own oil change, I have not been running low on oil at all. Their mistakes could have seized up my motor .

They are awesome over at Take 5. I tell everyone to go there. They always treat you like a friend. They get right to work and explain any problems. Their upsales are not pushy. If you dont want or cant afford it let em know and they back off, but the friendliness is still there. They make it fun. I have had oil changed there since Take 5 took that spot and have never had a bad experience.

NEVER had an issue until May 2021...my oil cap wasnt placed back on and I drove my car from Texarkana to Dallas! I called the store and the manager on duty said he would get back with me but never did...

Very nice people here and the service was great. They even gave my kid a juice box and gummy snacks to eat while we waited. Everything was topped off, window cleaned and oil light reset. I think it was maybe 15 mins total I was there. Will definitely go back.

I have been to this place to get my truck serviced before.y wife takes the car Everytime it needs it. They didnt have my truck in the computer ( which was odd). I also, dont think I got the military discount that they advertise. I was pleased and the people were great. Just disappointed a bit. Otherwise, a great place and great folks.

Tried to upgrade me to a much more expensive oil. They said the one I selected was like using water. When I asked why they would offer a service if it was substandard, they had no reply. Also tried to get me to flush my radiator when it had been done several months ago and was quite clean. They said my radiator fluid look like mud; it didn’t.

The team did a great job and we were in and out in 5.5 minutes. Great work and a good proce, especially with the military discount. Courteous, fast and thorough. Offered an air filter change, topped off fluids and check tire air pressure. Well done.

Always get my oil done here. People are nice. I service is really quick and I find it fun as they call out whatever they are doing. I know its for safety, but honestly, it helps me know whats happening, and because Im totally incompetent when it comes to cars, I feel like I understand whats happening, which is rare for me when it comes to cars.

This is my new favorite oil change place! Drove in while it was raining to get new windshield wipers installed. My service technician took a quick look at the car and let me know that the size/style of mine are not standard and run a bit higher than most. After taking my information, he made super quick work of changing the wipers. I was really impressed with his personality - he was professional, polite, and genuinely enjoys the people he works with. I never had to get out of my car and was in and out very quickly. Super happy customer!!

Awesome service! They always explain everything that needs to be done to your vehicle. They are not pushy when informing you of upcoming recommended services needed, but do let you know it is important to take care of them and that they can do them there the day of your visit, if needed. Great teamwork up there too. Lots of good communication.

Nice people, but pricey on the service

I highly recommend Take 5. They were great start to end. There were several who did a great job but Lee really stood out. When i first called to check price quotes and time he was very nice professional and told me everything I needed to know before I had to ask. His professionalism and kindness is what made me want to go. They had a special going on as well and once i got there I was given an ice cold water and was treated with much kindness and respect! Never had to get out my vehicle. They worked as a team I was in and out and will definitely be coming back!! Thanks take 5 and thank you Lee. Awesome service, great price. I stop by here on my way through every couple of months to get my F250 Diesel done. They are even open on Sundays which is a life saver for me! Highly recommend them. If you do full synthetic 5W-40 like me for towing then just bring it and the filter and they can get you on the road quick.

Andre was excellent. Very good service. Offered cold waters and explained everything as he was doing it. Did not do the force sale on the air filter we’ve become used to in texarkana. He did the opposite and said we had a lot of life left on it.Definitely recommend. Also one of the few places open on Sunday.

Went in to get a state inspection to get my registration renewed. Everything was going great and staff was friendly. Went to renew my registration at the office in New Boston, where I live, and it turns out that they put the inspection under my 2018 Malibu instead of my 2017 Jeep that I had inspected. Had the license plate for my Jeep on there though. Guess I should have double checked but I didn’t think that mistake could happen. So I had to hurry to get a second inspection done and return to the office to get the registration done by 5, all while dragging around my two 9 year old boys and 7 month old daughter. I’ll have to spend more money in gas to go back to texarkana just to inform them of their mistake than I will in a refund...

Great service and amazingly quick, you dont ever leave your car its that quick. Complementary drinks are offer during the short wait and staff was very attentive and involved throughout the entire process. By far the best oil change experience I have encountered anywhere that offers quick service. Fairly new location but the best in town in my honest opinion, keep up the great work!
