All around great experience, I worked there for a couple of months during the time HBO was there. Great people, Great trainers, good atmosphere, 10/10 would recommend.

They Offer a Contract Saying you will have a job Until December 31st 2020. Then Give you a 4 day Notice that wont have a job anymore. Days before The holidays. The Supervisor Charlie will get mad and Criticize your only and ONLY after you point out a mistake he has made. My first Day I worked 8am-7pm which is 11 hours. No lunch 2 15 minute breaks and was only paid for 8 hours (10am-7pm) they assumed i had lunch I guess. My Supervisor knew I hadnt and also knew he told me to sign in at 8am then refused to pay me. Were people with Families to feed that was just told to figure it out. Its sad and horrible they do this to people during a Pandemic. I pray this doesnt happen to other families.

I worked there a few years ago. HR and our trainer was great. However once I went to the floor it was all downhill. I has a terrible supervisor. The bonus offered at the time was impossible to get.

Been working here for 6 months and it feels like Im in high school all over again! The pay sucks to put with bull and the main supervisor Robert... lol yea hes a joke they all say they are there help you better yourself but theyre really not they try to keep you at bottom as much as possible.... Do not work here!!

Very unprofessional once you get out of training!! If youre not with the clique then you might as well not work there cause they will find a reason to get rid of you.Just like in highschool in order to succeed you need to fit in

As a job its rough but the pay and PTO are like clockwork, and they do try to take care of the employees.

The job vs the pay is not equal. But they do offer PTO and Bonuses.

Pay sucks and supervisors in international trace are not willing to help you on the floor.if your not good they let you crash n Burn then send you out the door. AND THEY DISCUSS WHY OTHERS HAVE BEEN FIRED WITH OTHER AGENTS.some supervisors be on facebook and when its time to take a sup call they leave and go to the breakroom or to another department and chit chat.I work for fedex else where now and pay is double .. dont settle for less PEOPLE.speak with hr if any racial,bullying, or misconduct is being conveyed.The big guys have no idea what goes on in that call center but I do.....
