Would not pick up my mower because I did. Not buy it from them. I understand but, I have only used them for maintenance, repair work, oil change, air filter ECT... Over the years I have become a old man 73 with C O P D and unable to load or unload it, it is need of work to run and setting in the yard where it quiet . I would so APRESHEATE it if they would reconsider their older customers needs. I will pay for the pickup & return service. Thank you Jim anderson

Never had a problem. I have my little zero turn serviced there. They are always helpful. Yes, it may be a couple of days to fix but, they always have me up and going. I will continue to trade with them. Thomas, is very knowledgeable and has never steered me wrong. I bought my zero turn at this store and they will have my continued business. I took my mower in for repairs. It was surging and I suspected it just needed a little carb work.After calling two times in 13 days and getting no clear answers, I stopped by to ask how long it would be. He explained that he couldnt tell me because anyone who came in that was a commercial client was put in front of the individuals. That means that theoretically at least as an individual they may never fix your equipment. They will only look at your equipment when all of their commercial clients are taken care of. So, they are moving to the front of the line the guys you are having to pay to cut your grass while they arent fixing your equipment.I cant stand dishonesty. If they only want commercial business thats their right but they should be honest about it. Be upfront, put a sign up, tell the truth from the get go. They could have told me upfront, you are at the back of the line and may remain there for a long time. I would have taken my business to someone who appreciates the individual client and saved my valuable time as well as the money Ive spent paying to cut my grass while my mower gathered dust in their shop. Most of all if they would have just told the truth they wouldnt have lost a loyal customer.

Hands down, the most professional and knowledgeable people when it comes to lawnmower equipment. I was very impressed that they did not try to sale me the most expensive equipment that was in the store. Instead, they asked me a few important questions, such as, how big is your yard; does it have hills, stumps, trees, do you plan to cut other yards etc.? It was not about a sale with them, it was about truly identifying what the customer (me) needed. I have been in the Military for 19 years and I tell you one thing, these people are Stewards of their Profession!Additionally, two days after taken my new Cub Cadet home, the battery went bad. Not only did they replace my battery, they came out to my house afterhours and changed it out for me. If that does not speak volumes for Premier Outdoor Equipment, I do not know what does!

Bought my first zero turn mower today. Not only did the gentlemen I delt with go the extra mile, I was thoroughly informed about the operation and features of the machine. Being a newbie, they wanted to make sure I knew everything I needed to. I will go back!
