Very cozy place . I was in and out quick . Hearing test area was big and spacious for those who are claustrophobic. Staff and Dr. Were awesome .

I specifically asked for numbing drops in my 6 year old daughters ear. Dr. Pauls assistant completely ignored my request. Dr. did not introduce himself to me or my daughter. Very impersonal, cold and calloused appointment.

If you make an appointment for a certain time dont have mothers of sick children waiting an hour in your lobby to wind up leaving without even being seen. Receptionist acts as if its my problem they over book their days and i should invonvienence myself for their poor scheduling. Completely rude and uncaring to a persons schedule.

I had an appointment to see Dr Paul Whit because I had a infection in my head and had been referred there by the ER Dr. I was there two and a half hours and treated like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I can’t hear good on one side and was told my hearing was great.

Dr.Hutchins did my surgery, such a gentle Soul, and very Awesome work,Considering I had a mass on my forehead.😳😁😍Ive had Not One issue since day one after my Normal Healty healing. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM 🙏💖Sandral🙏

The doctor and staff were overboard helpful. After one year and so many Drs I cant count, Dr Morton discovered the solution in approximately thirty minutes. Dr Morton was kind, knowledgeable, and possessed a full grasp of dealing with the v a. The VA had not followed up with documenting my electricity for care. No problem! The Morton office staff had things cleared up in short order. Thumbs up all the way.

Failed to diagnose my wife, facility wasnt the most appealing (everything looked old and ran down) and while on the bill, we could hear him talking about taking a trip for a good 5 minutes at least, after we had already been there for a good while. Sure we all shoot the breeze but dont do it within ear shot of your patient when first thing in the morning youre already 30 minutes behind.

I have been a patient of Dr. David Whit for the past 10 years. He has helped me so much, taken very good care of me, and is always very concerned for how I am feeling. He is also very considerate to work with my other physicians to ensure that I am on the correct medications for my illness.The staff there is the best. They all know me by name and are very helpful and considerate. I am very grateful for the ENT clinic and everything they have done for me.

Dr. Whitt was my Dr, and was very kind until he did the wrong surgery on my broken nose... After, appointment and appointment he then told me that there was nothing he could do and could refer me to someone else I then told him that I already had someone else in mind thats when Dr Whitt told me ok you can just get up and go!! Then sent a bill lol.. Never again..

Both my boys have went here and they are so kind and good with children. My oldest now 6 has had 2 surgeries done my Dr. Whitt at the age of 2 and 3. My 10 month old also just had to have surgery so we chose to go back to Texarkana ENT since it went so well the first 2 times. My step daughter is also about to have surgery by them also. We choose Texarkana ENT because they care, are knowledgeable and very passionate about their job.

The nurses are kind and considerate and the drs are very compassionate and patient

Great doctor with alot of experience. Have my daughters tonsil remove within a week of the first visit. Us that lost a baby is very worry to go thru this but the doctor made it fast and comforting. We appreciate alot ❤️. The only suggestion I would make that office personal is that now the FMLA process have change and its time sensitive. They made me cut it to close cause they would seen the papers to my insurance I had to keep calling to remind they they need to send it.

I went to the ENT group with ear problems. Not only was I worked into their hectic schedule, I was seen on time as well. Dr. David Whitt was very thorough and had me feeling better in no time. I would recommend the ENT group to everyone.

We see Dr. Hutcheson and he has always been great with my son. They always call to check on him a few days after the surgery and that means so much to a worried parent. His nurse is also just as amazing.

After an accident about three months, I was really hoping the ringing in my ears would subside, nope not happening, so to the doctor I go.Ive had some ringing in my left since my teens, but not this loud and my left is very sensitive and very loud. But I dont have near the pain I use to have. It was bad enough that I thought it was bleeding at times or a marble was in behind my ear. From that it reduced to only migraines that were at times sharp but fades away to new condition.Anyway, I went through the front door two minutes late at around the scheduled 1:45, we left at around 2:45.$100.00 to go to the testroom.The test took approximately 20 minutes at most. Then after we were escorted to another room to wait for the official report from the doctor.They aquired a result of a CT Scan from the hospital in which sounded incredibly good.The doctor probed my ears and said unless I have internal damage they couldnt see anything unless a MRI was done.Really no solution except a pill that numbs the brain reception of the ringing, if I understood correctly. Potentially possible brain damage causes the ringing....The meeting lasted about ten minutes, with no absolute cure, but understandably so.The doctors ten minutes was $75Still ringing, at a cost of $175 bucks.He did say they looked good, so Im stuck with them ringing and periods of a left headache or migraines.

I went there for my ear, 3 doctors said I had an ear infection and a ruptured ear drum. After waiting an hour after my appointment time he comes in with a steroid shot already in hand, said there was nothing 3with my ears, it was my jaw, gave me a shot in the side of my head and walked out. Didnt take 5 seconds to speak with my about the problems I had been having, the crackling sound in my ear, or anything else. How do you even k ow without seeing me that I need a shot, and why when I left there I went to 2 different doctors and both said it was my ear. I will never let him see me again. Worst doctor ever

Ive Dr. Hutchinson, and he diagnosed me, as having hearing lost. Plus, he found some hardened Ear Waxs, that was stopping me from hearing as well. Ill go back, in this month, and see what my update, on my Conditions...

I went to an urgent care clinic on the 4th of July. I was given the wrong medication for my issue. When my problem worsened, they told me to wait for the antibiotics to take effect. Rather than continue to auffer, I called the ENT group. They were able to work me in the next day. Dr. Whitt was prompt, professional, and gentle. He accurately diagnosed my condition and gave me the correct RX. As a cash paying patient, his prices were extremely reasonable. Because of Dr. Whitt and his staff, I am finally, finally starting to feel better!

They will try to always solve your problem on the first visit if possible
